Customer Service is very important and Jodi did not have it! For her to be a Supervisor she provided poor Customer service. She was very dry, not friendly and definitely was not engaged with her customers. I won't say she was rude, however she was not welcoming and when customers are spending their money they should receive better service. A "hi, how are you" and a "thank you have a good day" goes along way! It's a shame you have to speak to the employees first.

Big store with a vast parking lot. The workers were friendly enough. Prices and big selection is why we shopped here & we werent disappointed.👌

Why are there only 2 fitting rooms now? Same 2 people have been in there for 20 minutes and there's a long line behind me. Terrible change. I ended up leaving with nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a new pair of boots 2 weeks ago. Bottom completely ripped out of one. Had lost receipt but had online register to show purchase date/price, which they didn't deny. Would not do store credit without tag, which I naturally had cut off shoe. Manager said company is updating to have an electronic journal to look up receipt. You're only about 10 years behind on that one. Never buying from them again.

Great store, just took off one star because I'm a size 11 in woman shoe and there was hardly nothing in that shoe category stocked up to buy. I want to continue going to that amazing store but I need me some shoes to go shopping there. Will definitely return and hopefully next time find me a pair and give a 5 ⭐.

I went in this store looking specifically for flats & a new purse, which I found right away. Score! While perusing the rest of the store I found items that I needed and others that I just wanted, in seasonal, housewares & decor. I do like to go when I have time to shop as I always find something unusual, unique, or an item to complete an outfit. Their people are helpful & kind, the store is clean, orderly & neat, & is handicapped accessible, with automatic doors.

Cashier super rude. I said hello she just kept looking down. She never told me my total just stared at me when ready for me to pay. I said thank you when she handed me my bag she said uh huh. Manager sat and watched the whole thing. Only thing I did wrong to upset her was be there right at closing time i guess.

First time ever shopping at Ross yesterday. Super enjoyable experience. The employees were super friendly as soon as I entered. They were practicing great social distancing and cleaning protocols. The store was very clean and organized and the employees were very helpful...especially for me being there for the 1st time.I made a purchase of 6 or 7 items. Absolutely pleased with the price and quality of products. Only downfall, the jeans I bought I couldnt try on til I got home. Tried them..LOVED LOVED LOVED them. Unzipped...zipper completely disassembled😫 Nonproblem I thought go and exchange them because I loved the feel the price everything about them. Never heard of the brand either. Downfall = Not 1 other pair of that brand of jeans in the ENTIRE store😫😫 I found some similar (once got home to try them...not similar 😢) and the price was a few dollars more for the pants I had to settle for. So that part of my experience was not enjoyable but definitely not a direct result of Ross's performance or anything..just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes🤭 Overall, WONDERFUL experience shopping at Ross...I WiLl definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I stopped by the Hopkinsville Ross store Thanksgiving evening on our way through Hopkinsville. The store was not crowded at all. So we spent about an hour shopping all the areas of the store. Checked out and spent $131 and ATTEMPTED to pay with a check. This is where our problems began. It took about 5 minutes of trying to get the check to read before help was called. She was no help, however. So they manually entered the check information, a few times before getting it right. Then they had to call a number and speak to someone because their system was down, although no one else seemed to be having problems checking out. We waited patiently for the first 10 minutes, but the next 5 is when I started to ask how much longer. I was told after more than 15 minutes that it would be 5-10 more minutes. I finally just told them to cancel it and give me my check and ID back. I left with a young daughter crying because we had found such good deals on some of her favorite clothing items and had to explain to her that some things are just too good to be true and that we didn't need them that badly! I was so upset when I left that I called the store when I got to my car and, much like we heard in the store, we're sorry. That was it. Not, we're working to make sure that doesn't happen again. Or let us make your next trip better. Nothing. It was our first and last trip to Ross.

Went to return item in Hopkinsville store today. They would not take the item back. Sarcastically the manger said its mine to do whatever i wanted to do with it. And i did! I went to store in Clarksville tn and got my refund without a problem.

If i could I'd give zero stars . 3 weeks ago I came in and asked if I could try clothing over top of my clothing . She said yes. Thank ypu for asking most people sont so, I ended up buy 120.00 worth of dresses . Well, today I thought I would do the same . And a manager stopped me and said thats not allowed. I explained to him that I was told before it was okay. He coped an attitude with me over it. So, I decided to leave the store . As I was leaving the "Manager " and 2 other employees were talking horrible about me. ROSS will never get another dime from me . .

Was wary of shopping in public during Covid19, but I had my mask, they had arrows on the aisles and plenty of hand sanitizer pumps set up. Found a cute romper for a reasonable price (not cheap, but 13.99, still good) and it matched my new purse!

This is a great place to find discounted clothes for the whole family as well as loads of household items. They have a really great selection of all sizes. Where TJ Maxx has closeouts from higher end stores Ross has a lot of closeouts from department stores.

This Ross location is good, with the same selection as the previously closest Ross in Governor's Square Mall over in Clarksville, but the smaller store feels really tight and uncomfortable. They've reorganized it a few times to make it less uncomfortable, and I think it's worked pretty well, but it is still an uncomfortable shopping experience when compared to the Governor's Square location.

The men's clothing selection was not good. Two minimal and although up North, skinny jeans are in, most people around hear abhor skinny jeans. This town leans more towards southern styles which include baggier jeans. The shoe section's only real standout lable was Under Armor, which were few and far between, and no Jordans at all which I have seen at other stores.
