Bought a recliner from them about 3 months ago. The recliner is leaning in the bottom pad. Said they would have to order parts. How do you order parts when you haven't looked at the recliner. It has been over 4 weeks since I told them about the problem and nobody has contacted me at all. My wife has cancer and is going through chemo. That is the reason I bought the chair is so would be comfortable. I guess I might as well throw this one away and go somewhere else and get another one.

I do not recommend this place at all be aware of the quality of what you get from this place we paid in full for a sectional over 3k took 5 months to get out and it's very cheaply made we are a military couple and it was not the best experience so I want to warm people I don't want anyone else to be ripped off like we did in sure the furniture we got was preowned and that is not what we paid for. You got it all wrong we paid for delivery and my mom passed away 2009 so get your facts straight the fact that you get defensive about your poor quality and poor business ethics is funny but thank you for your comment that had missing and wrong information let me just tell you that you need to get it together lol my review still stands and my reviews are always honest so nice try. The responses you make on all your 1 star reviews doesn't look good on you at all your hurting your business now than the reviews

Have warranty and have contacted manager now going on 3yrs about a recliner… saw these reviews which got a reply since last year…. Maybe I can get some assistance my number and email is the same! I’m in shock how fast you all reply to reviews but not the costumer first hand about an issue. :(

Furniture shopping can be so stressful but I was so happy to shop at rooms for less in hopkinsville. The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with big smiles and lots of warm welcomes from my now favorite sales person, Arielle. Arielle was pleasant and never gave me the oily salesman vibes. She helped me pick out a sofa that fit my space, preferred asthetic, and family needs. I never felt like getting my money was her main goal, she made me feel so at home. I got a beautiful new sofa( in stock!!!) and at a great price. It's nice to shop somewhere that treats you like a friend and not a dollar sign. Thank you to Arielle and Rooms-for Less for a beautiful sofa and a great experience.

Spent over 5000 bucks. Received damaged furniture and cannot even get it fixed or replaced. No response from management. We will be charging back damaged and missing items as well as placing a complaint with better business bureau. If you do get anything from here make sure you open it before accepting it and allowing delivery people to leave.----------------- We have never been given any type of credit. Please be careful what you believe. I know they responded to this review and its not true what they are saying but I am unable to respond to their response so that is why I edit my review. They have paperwork showing my signature with missing/damaged items. Please do not get screwed like they are trying to do with us. Contact me for more info.

In June of 2021 I placed an order for Living Room furniture. The amount was close to $2,000. I had just moved. It's now 2 months later, and after 3 phone calls and 4 emails to Rooms for Less, I STILL HAVENT TALKED TO ANYONE ABOUT MY ORDER. This furniture was IN STOCK when I placed the order. I just sent them an email to cancel the furniture, we will see how many months it takes for them to reply. I worked in Customer Service for years, in a supervisory position, and I believe this is the worst Customer Service I have dealt with I will never order from them again, there's just too much headache involved. If I see a credit to my account before October, I will be greatly surprised. SO DISSATISFIED.

Great service and good products some items can be a little pricey but no more or less than similar shops in the area. Staff is super friendly and very helpful, they will help you through all aspects from product choice to color matching similar brands and items. Delivery with removal of old furniture is a great option and the donate your old furniture to charity.

Very good customer service...friendly...good memory, too! Some of the items had to be ordered so delivery has not arrived yet and that's ok as I needed specific pieces. Good prices and choices. Plenty of parking including handicapped but will have difficulty maneuvering inside the store.

I will never shop anywhere else. Rooms for less and especially CSR Sandy Mabry and Zach went far beyond their required job duty’s to handle what could have been a trying Warrenty problem with a mattress. Within 24 hours they put me in a top of the line sterns & Foster with no head aches. I was prepared for a battle but left with great professional friendships. I highly recommend this company and people for all your furniture needs.

The furniture is okay, the prices are a little much (many of what they have is Ashley brand and if you go to Ashley in Clarksville you get it cheaper. The salespeople are annoying. They will follow you around and talk to you about each piece. It felt as if they were breathing down my neck. The delivery fee was expensive, we chose to not buy furniture here.

My daughter's sectional was delivered no plastic on it ,saw dust on it, and she only paid 50.00 curb side delivery so it was left out in her driveway we told them she is 8 months pregnant and they wanted 50.00 more to bring it inside.
