All the customer service stretching from the drive-through all the way up to the pay window employees were very rude nonprofessional they demanded us to pull up then the guy that bought our food out look like he hasn’t showered in a month never said a word to us just handed our food and walked away we get home all of our food. Most of the top workers have been there for a long time they're quick and caring about how you feel about the food and service.. it's always clean with an inviting environment.Parking: This is the one on ft Campbell Blvd in hopkinsville ky. I come in almost every day to get two Frappe's & here lately they've been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! $10 Dollars adds up each day for something that is not worth even a dollar! The past 4 times I've come through the drive thru, they've told me to pull down! Yesterday I sat almost 25 minutes waiting and then they gave me a Frappe that had nothing but chucks of ice in the cup and you couldn't hardly get anything out and here today it's been the same thing.

Love their ice cream cones..my fav wish there was a option on there app for a extra empty ice cream cone. My dog loves them .. Ordered for delivery and we asked extra salt on fries and got NO salt and fries were stale. I mean we understand if we get it delivered they won't be really hot but they tasted like they were made over an hour ago and warmed up. Asked for sauces and napkins and didnt get them. They bagged our fries and put them in big bag upside down. 😡 Only plus side was the door dasher was really sweet.

This was our first time at this McDonald’s, and it was absolutely terrible to say the least! The girl at the register that was taking my order was very sweet and there was some confusion going on where she got mixed up with the order, so she finished taking my order when I got to the window. right after I pulled up to the second window where I encountered a lady named Tamika.. I got handed the wrong order so I gave it back to Tameka.. I could already tell she was frustrated, but I didn’t think anything of it. I had to explain what I had ordered , and before I got finished, she had walked away while I was still talking to her. So then she came back, and I told her that I was still missing food in my bag. This adult threw her hands in the air and started getting upset and raising her voice at me because she was not understanding what food was missing in my order.. she was absolutely beyond rude and emotional when it is her job to fix some thing if it wasn’t right. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years, and I was Beyond disappointed.. .

Gross Attitude, unprofessional, Disrespectful, ZERO counter service. Shift managers are Non existent, and completely cluless on managing a decent place of employment. Customers walk in and disregard rules and common sense taking cauces from the back of the counter. Lack of dicipline and resoect for the elderly. The employees act in disregard to customers at the front counter. Employees at the front counter are off shift and working the register.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I am deathly allergic to chocolate. I ordered a caramel frappe and made sure like always to point out im allergic to chocolate. Someone put chocolate in my frappe. I shot myself with epinephrine and wemt to the hospital by ambulance. My blood pressure was high and i was tachycardic. I told mcdonalds what happened when i was released from the hospital and not one person has contacted me back. I could have died due to their negligence. I am currently looking for a lawyer.

You can't get any type of decent service. If they make a mistake, they'll tell you how you're wrong and they're not. They will argue and belittle you. The drive through workers hang out the windows talking to their friends and screaming calling each other names (like they're not at work or anything) while making the line of traffic behind them wait. I've seen them eating fries as they were filling people's bags. And yes, we drove away without the food that day. Both McDonald's in Hopkinsville are exactly alike when it comes to the workers and service

Stopped to grab a coffee before headed to our destination (we’re coming from Chicago)Wanted to give a shout out to the very nice, accommodating and respectful employee who took out our curbside order. She explained that the mocha machine for the coffees was down for maintenance and offered a whole bunch of suggestions on what we could order. I didn’t catch her name to give the proper shout out. But she was lovely and helpful and we really appreciated her taking the time to make suggestions. Other establishments we’ve been to back at home usually give attitude and don’t seem as friendly.Anyway, we appreciated the interaction, and the suggestion she had made for our coffees was DELICIOUS!!!!! So thank you, mysterious lady!

Not the greatest place. The lady that took our order sounded frustrated and was very rude while taking our order. When we got home, we realized that they forgot one of our kids chicken nuggets. It was just the fries and napkins in the box. When I went in there, the same lady that took our order greeted me and was rude from the start. She was also the manager tonight. We usually don't go to this McDonald's for this reason. People are always rude and disrespectful towards their customers.

hateful woman at the drive thru window. rude service. she tried arguing with me and getting upset when all i asked was, “deluxe?”. she should not be working in customer service at all with that attitude. i did not get her name but she was in her mid 30’s in a blue shirt. i didn’t feel like arguing with her because i’m not a hateful person so i drove off. do not work in fast food if you can’t handle it. i’ve worked in it before and i had NEVER acted like that to a customer.

Aleah the shift manager was extremely rude and didn't want to deal with the problem at hand in an adult manner. Called corporate while in line and talking to this rude...... Lady (using the term extremely loosely) so they could hear what I'm dealing with. Needless to say corporate apologized profusely. If in hoptown and craving mcd's. Make the trip to oak grove/clarksville. Seriously the rudest most straight up b#&ch I have ever come across in customer service.

Quality of the product was spot on. However, I have never seen such a staff with zero customer service skills. Almost like it paines them to have to hand the sack to me. No acknowledgment. Did not make eye contact or say anything. This has happened my last 2 visits. The only good thing is the quality of the food.
