The individuals working at the front desk have been shockingly rude during our recent visits. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, attributing their demeanor to perhaps just having a bad day. However, our most recent encounter left me seething with frustration. As another customer entered with her reactive pug, I immediately sprang into action, training my pitbull to divert her attention away from the chaos unfolding. Despite my proactive efforts to ensure the safety of both dogs, I was met with cold indifference. My offer to assist and prevent any potential altercation between our pets was met with stony silence and a dismissive attitude. Could it be because of the breed of my dog that they chose to ignore me? The lack of acknowledgment and basic courtesy shown towards me and my dog is simply unacceptable. As a professional dog trainer, I am appalled by the level of disrespect and disregard exhibited by the front desk staff. It is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the reputation and integrity of your business.

I love them they are fast.Nice staff.Reasonably priced. And they treat my Apollo like he's one of their fur baby.He doesn't Eben flinch when receiving his vaccines. They hold and talk to him the whole time.

Dr. Dunn is awesome! She was great with my three cats and did a wonderful job giving them their shots and drawing blood in the most comfortable way it could be done for them.You also can't beat the prices and availability of this vet office compared to others in the area. They made my appointments quickly so that my cats were taken care of before we moved states. I also love their office cats are super frisky and sweet to interact with while waiting.

Sad I wasn’t offered to come in as a walk in to humanely euthanize my actively dying pet, but they were very kind, caring, and compassionate when I brought in my deceased pet and when I picked up the ashes. They were very speedy with returning my pet’s ashes back and the price was very reasonable. I loved everything that they did for my cat’s memorial. Thank you Mansfield

They are the best! My puppy loves it here. They answer all our questions and are very caring towards my puppy. I would definitely recommend this vet. Plus, they work with a nonprofit organization called Max's Hope, which is a no-kill rescue.

This is by far the best veterinarian clinic in the area, and they do amazing work with Max’s Hope Pet Rescue. They have seen all our dogs over the years. Yesterday we had our senior pit euthanized, we chose to have her cremated. Yesterday was definitely a hard day for our family, the wonderful people at Mansfield made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Our family was able to pick up the ashes of our dog just 24 hours later. I can’t explain how much that means to us to have her back home where she belongs.

We had an appointment set for our dog of which we waited for 45 minutes still after our appointment before we decided to leave. During those 45 minutes a lady with her cat came in about 10 to 15 minutes after us and the cat peed in its carrier making it somehow reasonable that the cat be seen before us. She had came in after along with another person. She and 2-3 others left while we were there waiting. After the 45 minutes and seeing her come out before we got back to a room we decided to call Skyline Animal Hospital who got us an appointment the next day, so we left. As we leave they wanted to try and get us a room finally. We will not be returning here.

My pets and I have been treated amazingly here. They are always patient and answer any crazy question I have without making me feel like I am ridiculous, which I really appreciate.

I am absolutely blown away at the top tier service provided by Dr. Johnson and his amazing staff! I brought my English Bulldog in for a emergency C-section and they took action immediately. If you haven't heard Loki's story, it's thanks to the wonderful people at Mansfield that he is here today. They let my best friend and her girlfriend see him whenever. They were so great that Loki even got to bring his therapy cat home with him.These people truly care about our furbabies and treat them like they're their own. 💜 I cant recommend this place and people enough.

My husband and i want to thank you from the bottom of are hearts.. you have been there for us an most of all you was always there for are great Dane Rory for many years.. what a great amazing caring kind hearted man and his staff are so amazing as well!! But so sad to say we had to put are 11 in a half year old baby. She crossed the 🌈 rainbow on Friday evening. A must go too vet.. thank you again.ALWAYS & for ever .The Widricks!!!!

I continue to be impressed by this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, supportive, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure the best care for our fur babies, even if it means they cannot do what is needed. I have spent years seeing a number of different vets and I have to say, this small town clinic is, hands-down, the single-most impressive place I have gone to. Everything is reasonably priced, there are no unnecessary procedures or labs conducted just to get a little more money, and the care of the animal AND owner is their top priority, which is clear through the ways they interact with us. We asked for recommendations from friends on the best veterinarian in town. Overwhelmingly, Dr. Johnson and Mansfield were at the top of the list. Today we took our dog there and could not be more pleased with the visit. A real down to earth conversation and relaxed atmosphere. We really felt like Dr. Johnson took his time with our pet (and us). Highly recommend!

Doc Johnson is the best veterinarian I know he is taking care of my animals for years they are my babies and he knows that they have my heart and he would do anything in his power to take care of them we had to put one of our Huskies down not too long ago and he cried I think as much as I did it was when we had rescued that had heartworms but it was too he was too far gone. The staff there is unbelievable they're attentive they're extremely friendly and they help you with every need you ever thought it was possible

The hospital itself I’m sure is great. The problem I have is we found a stray on the weekend who had a rabies vaccine from them. People had called all day before the on call finally called back. We ended up bringing it home and waiting for them to call back. I had to call multiple times over a span of four hours on top of the multitude of people that called all day about the same dog. The on call was sweet and I’m sure they were busy but they need to have a better system in place for situations like this because they were the only ones who could identify the dog.

Our first visit here was just last week on Saturday when we adopted a pet from Max's Hope Pet Rescue (a terrific facility with wonderful workers that provide excellent care for the animals they house). We met here to pick up our pet after she got her shots. Mansfield Animal Hospital provides care for all of the animals at Max's Hope Pet Rescue as well as many others. The staff was very kind & showed true concern for all of the pets. The doctor was very gentle petting our kitten trying to make her comfortable before administering her shots. He was quick with the shots & continued to pet her afterwards to try to soothe her. He examined her thoroughly & talked to her calling her by name while he was checking her. The staff made sure we got her tags, a copy of her shot records, & an appointment reminder for her upcoming visits. The facility is very clean, organized, & nicely decorated with a comfortable waiting area. This is a great place to take your pet for high quality care from a caring staff of professionals. We will definitely be taking our pet back in the future.
