We have used this Lowe’s a lot over the last 7-9 months doing a remodel for my girlfriend’s house and we have always found what we needed. We have also found the staff to be very helpful and kind. We enjoy coming to the garden center to add some color to the house and it never disappoints us. I will continue to use this Lowe’s when I can as they have earned my repeat business.

Went to Lowe’s today to purchase a new garbage disposal. Thank god for STEVE!! This guy is always there to help and today was no different! He got me everything I needed to get the new disposal installed. So Thanks Steve, appreciate all the help!

I have tried to order a countertop to fit a 48 inch base cabinet TWICE. The ONLY person in the cabinet/ countertop area is Alicia. It has been a terrible experience and when i finally call to check on it, it's been in for a week and no notification. The Countertop ( had to order a minimum of 8 ft but only need 4ft) it would not fit. They clipped the front 2 corners by 2 inches without making counter longer. Obviously, the base cabinet stuck out past the edge of the countertop. Why can't you clip the edges by 3/4 inch?Anyway, wasn't right and then I get the big surprise of a 20% restocking fee for special orders. THAT WASN'T EXPLAINED until the countertop wasn't right.So, I won't be going back there for any cabinet or countertops again. I wished I had read the reviews before I went.

I went in there to purchase some things today. When I went to the checkout area I realized that they had zero open registers and we're requiring all customers to go through self-checkout I left without purchasing anything and will not be returning

Never any carts. All sitting around store with junk on them. Then when I complained at the register, they were mad and wouldn't get anybody to help me carry to the truck.

Personnel are nice but there are minimal to help. I had to wait several minutes for electrical wire and paint. The military discount helped a lot. The 6% sale taxes saved my a lot of money compare with other branches out of state. The selection of items are limited. I had to order and wait for some items. They no longer cutting tiles. No variarity of merchandise; but resolve like a convenient store. Thanks.

Lowe's in general is the worst for customer service. They don't offer help and act like it annoys them when they are asked for assistance. Madisonville, Owensboro, and as of today, Hopkinsville can be added. They can walk around and play on their phones all they want as far as I'm concerned, I'll take my business telsewhere.

The only place that has AAAA batteries, I'm so glad I looked them up. They we're very helpful n we found them after a little searching🤘 I needed them for my pen and had projects to finish and also rushing for work 😂Lowes saved the day FR. Also (update) this place is great for lawn furniture pillows and decorations the Halloween decorations are super cool and always out early 🤘🎃🤘

Bought a stove and refrigerator on a Monday told me they would be here on Thursday of the same week! Called and said it was delayed then they said that they would have to reschedule for Monday! They showed up first thing Monday morning with the refrigerator only and told me they didn’t know when I would receive my stove!! Called manager he said it wasn’t on them but the delivery company to call them!! Been waiting for a callback!! Will not shop at Lowe’s again!! So disappointed!!

This is by far the best Lowe's store around. I live between Hopkinsville, Owensboro and Madisonville and everyone told me to go to this one. It's been two years since I moved to this area and I wish I had have listened! It's a large store, very clean, nice employees and I found exactly what I came for. Thank you!

The refrigerator I wanted was not in stock, but an associate checked the availability of other locations and even suggested a different model that not only fitted our needs but was also more affordable. The other staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Help is hard to find sometimes. Then they have to go talk to someone else, then they look on the phone and say we don't have those here. But to be fair I've gotten some good deals by being attentive to the seasons. I got really good deals year before last at Christmas. I just bought something yesterday and saved some money. It was down 20% from last week! But that's the first time in a long time I got a good deal. Things have went up..A lot! I guess nobody has heard of selling at lower prices to keep the volume up to make more money, instead of keeping prices up and people going somewhere else or on line. I would rather see it and touch it but that's me.

i have called 3 times and every time someone picks up the phone and hangs up, i call again to try to get to a manager and she got me transferred and they didn’t answer so it brought me back to an associate and they pick up the phone and hang up. this isn’t right what so ever. it’s ridiculous. iv been trying to get ahold of a manager for days and this is the first time it has happened. 😑

Great for being the only large chain home improvement store here. However the cashiers can be slow, it’s hard to find and with saying that I mean damn near impossible you'd have better luck finding a leprechaun at a rainbow end then find anybody that actually works there to help with loading anything, and when ordering for in-store pickup they have never had an order actually ready and pulled ever or not had back and forth and back and forth between this one and that one just to be able to assist with "finding the order" at all and so I've just always prepared myself and went and pr-pulled the items myself or had to wait at least 30+ minutes before they even found the order or was getting someone to pull my items from the shelves. The manager there is tired and overworked it seems like. Their policy is to hear any customer out on a price offer and tow barter but they act like their grabddads made each item by hand and they have sentimental value in stuff they will just throw it in the dumpster once they write it off any nohow. But for it to be the only large chain home improvement store in the entirety of christian county with nothing else to truly compare to what is there too much to say at that point other than please dont leave or jack the prices up anymore ...LOL
