Went looking for lumber today and was not very happy. The two guys working were not very helpful and actually were pretty obvious about not being interested in helping us. Ask about a price on a pile of call lumber, and the guy said he didn't know yet and didn't feel like checking it at the moment. Overall, I am just very disappointed in the customer service.

Bald guy driving truck 194290 was driving wreckless and not being very nice. He was very rude and being very hostile. The guy does not represent the company very well. There were workers on the side of the road working on the lines and I had to go around them well before this driver mentioned above was in sight and he honked at my flipped me off and acted a fool. He didn’t slow down he wanted to keep going like he owned the road!

I wouldn't even give one star. Purchased lumber. it didn't come in was told they dropped the ball on the other end.don't even bother telling me that just give my refund and leave it at that.No they both dropped the ball.The Nashville supplier for not loading my order and Kight for not checking up on why this order wasnt on the truck.we were treated like we were inconveniencing them for having to do their job.You need to train your people in customer service and how to work the computer.

Contractors/Home Builders: Count, CHECK AND PHOTO ALL RETURNS!There is consistent fraud with this company involving the check in of returns and you will NOT BE GIVEN Correct CREDIT. They routinely cheat customers. Numerous pieces of lumber were delivered that were junk, scab pieces, warped, cracked and broken. We had to shift to another lumber supplier mid-build due to the terrible quality of their lumber.
