I have used this hospital for two minor surgeries. Both were very professionally managed, including the administrative portion of being registered and follow up. Nurses and doctors were extremely confident and cared highly for any need I may have.It was a pleasure using this hospital for the two procedures that I hadMy overall experience was wonderful.Thank you very much, especially to the numerous nurses that cared for me. You made my day much more enjoyable.

This has got to be the worst hospital I have ever seen I was treated really bad. The doctor was the least bit concerned about me he discharged me with my blood pressure being really high and my oxygen really low but he did make sure to tell me about me being overweight. One of the nurses slammed the bathroom door in my room open so hard that she knocked the table making it run over my foot and she never said sorry or nothing. That staff is really there just for a paycheck. If u make a complaint it is never followed up on. They ignore complaints also. So if u cherish ur loved ones do not take them there. The only thing they are fast about is getting ur insurance card. Please stay away from this hospital especially thier emergency room.

Went there the past two days and was given no meds my condition still the same and I'm being told that whatever meds I need can be bought over the counter....I was told I have a virus but since they do not know which it is I cannot receive anti-biotics. I really used to love the treatment here. What has gone wrong?? I'm in excruciating PAIN. and basically being told to deal with it treat it myself (smh) 😢

Went to ER after an accident on Saturday. No waiting time! Dr. Allen and his RN were very prompt and attentive. X-Rays were quick and Tech was great! Very concerned, caring and helpful. BEST ER experience I've ever had!

Stellar service in the emergency room. The nurses, doctors and the CT scan operators were all super knowledgeable in their specific skill set and friendly the entire time. My nurse David was a blast to hangout with for the duration of my visit and I would 100% recommend him to anyone that comes to this hospital. Will defiantly come back if more issues arise.

I recently had to visit the emergency room with my 19 month old while we were visiting family out of town. My son was having respiratory issues and we were listened to, taken care of and respected by all staff. It’s always nerve wrecking to take your babies in to be checked out especially in an unfamiliar area, but I was pleased with our visit. The staff was respectful, kind and listened to me and my concerns regarding my son. I know moving forward if I have to take my kids in they’ll be in great care.

Just delivery my baby here was really affraid because of old rumors. I have 6 live births and this was my best experience in the staff taking care of me and getting things done for me. I would have done 5 stars but i clean for a living and no lie they need to higher people who clean with love. Cleaning can be better. I hint a bit of some under acheivers but im sticking with. Great place.

12/07/23, Jennie Stuart Urgent Care transferred care to the ER for probable pneumonia. I was triaged immediately but had a long wait (3 hrs) in the waiting area. But, once I cleared that hurdle, I was cared for by an amazing staff!! Nurse Jessica was very kind and professional. She kept me comfortable and was very attentive! I needed X-rays to rule out pneumonia. X-ray tech was very busy but very focused on getting me taken care of. My labs showed possible blood clots so I was taken for a CT scan. The technician was the epitome of professionalism! I didn’t have to ask for anything: I mess given warm blankets and covered properly when being wheeled through a congested area. The attending physician seemed a little burned out but was still very courteous. I returned 12/08/23 because I had a problem with my prescription. No problem! Dr. Hindi took the time to write a new one! Mental fog following COVID is real because I can’t remember most of your names. But, I refuse to let your altruism and professionalism go unnoticed. Thank you, so very much!

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!! I literally just witnessed an elderly elderly women and a newborn baby sit in this waiting room for 6 hours. It CANNOT be that bad that these people cannot get the help they are looking for. A lady was cut severely screaming in pain bleeding and they literally told her to hang tight there were several people in front of her. And to make matters worse….THE STAFF HAS THE AUDACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH INNOCENT PEOPLE. Jennie Stewart advertises their “New Rooms” but what’s the point when you won’t let anyone have them. People were leaving headed to Tennova and bless their hearts because that’s the worse hospital around but even they can do better than Hopkinsville. This hospital is TRASH. I said what I said ….

I've watched Jennie Stewart Hospital go straight down the tubes over the years. My wife was going into (what seemed like) another seizure. With her limbs twitching, and her body going into Armageddon, they shoved her in the corner in her wheelchair, and that's where she sat for two (2) hours. They had no concern for her what so ever. I finally put her in my car, and drove her to Madisonville (Jennie Stuart). Here we sit again. We've been here for about two (2) hours as well... Mr. Lee, should be replaced immediately... He has driven this hospital straight into rock bottom, with allegations of fraudulent activities, and whatever else you have to do to totally drain the facility of it's resources at the expense of the patients. If this guy isn't replaced as CEO, I weep for the future of the hospital.

I've had several instances in the past that have required medical treatment and hospitalization. Each time was with Jennie Stuart. I have always received topnotch care from the teams at JSMC. My recent visit on 12-17-23 required me to be admitted to the hospital. The ER staff were amazing. They jumped right in and took excellent care of me. I went to the 5th floor and was taken care of by the team up there as well. Every single person I came in contact with was amazing. Thank you all so much for helping me and for being so friendly.

This hospital is THE worst hospital I've ever been to and I've been to hospitals in Yonkers, NY lol. They nearly killed me when I was already dying of sepsis. Gave me Vancomycin. I was getting tunnel vision, my body felt super flushed, and felt prickles throughout my body. Told the nurse and she told me you can't be allergic to Vanco. Then I couldn't breath and I was coming in and out of consciousness. With whatever will I had left I told her to shut it off. She kept trying to refuse but seeing as I wouldn't budge on the subject. She rolled her eyes and finally did. I was 3 months postpartum. They did every test under the moon, including a spinal tap. After nearly 2 weeks they still couldn't find the cause of my sepsis. I finally had enough and left, even though they didn't want me too. Went to another hospital who told me that my spinal tap hadn't been closed all the way and I was leaking spinal fluid. The headache I had was excruciating when I left Jenny. Still never found out the cause of my sepsis. This doesn't even conclude all that they've done wrong. My daughter, who is medically fragile had to come here. They refused to draw any blood, xrays, or breathing treatments. They said she was fine. After being ignored and discharged. I went to Vandy. She was VERY sick. Had RSV and pneumonia. She was in the hospital at Vandy for nearly a week. Now my sister is here dying because they are ignoring her. She has pre-eclampsia. They have her on antibiotics that she's reacting to but once again Jenny is ignoring people. Telling her she's fine. She asked them to get a manual blood pressure cuff, they say they don't have one lol. She wants to be transferred but since they are making so much off her right now, much like they did with me, they are refusing. If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs new management. The way this place is ran is sick. Jenny Stupid is their name for a reason. Cause you have a bunch of idiots pretending to be doctors. No better than Gateway to Hell in Clarksville. Honestly, it's definitely way worse.

I don’t know the experiences of some of these negative reviews but believe me I sympathize with them. However, a few years back I was hospitalized here in critical condition due to a drug interaction and almost died. This hospital and staff helped save my life when I was at the most vulnerable point in my life. Thank you for that Jeannie Stuart staff for that I’m forever grateful.

Only gave 1 star because I HAD to! That damn Nigerian whatever doctor in the ER. Let’s start with EMS not even knowing how to check a temp on a baby. I had to tell the doctor to examine my child. Said I should’ve never come to the ER for my child having a SEIZURE. Had to ask multiple times if she could have a drink and kept being told “let me ask the doctor”. 2 X-rays because the first one was done wrong. You got a virus have fun for the next 6 weeks.I work in peds so I know how viruses work but you still got to examine my child. Ear infection? How would you know. Wheezing? Wouldn’t know.I have never in my life.

Took my 5 month old to the ER with Covid after he would not take any fluid in for over 6 hours. They proceeded to take his temperature which was 103 degrees. Then would not give him Tylenol until three hours later and us asking more than 4 times. They tried to get an IV in him for over 4 hours with no luck. A nurse that said she used to work for Vanderbilt pediatrics came in and tried with no luck and said she would give him a break and try again. We waited for an hour in an er room and when we finally waved her down, she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to talk badly about us to the office staff directly in front of our room. Her name is Sarah. Then someone else came in and asked for a urine sample which my son could not provide as again he was a 5 month old that had not taken fluid in at about 8 hours at that point. I told them I was taking him to Nashville and they proceeded to throw a fit and rudely say “well it’s not our fault he has dehydrated veins”. They got an IV in on last attempt and our friendly nurse Sarah told her coworker “thank God I was so done with that baby.” My son had no voice from crying all day. He was in pain and needed care. Nothing was done after I called and complained. The worst nurses on the planet, especially dealing with very young children. Maybe that’s why our friend Sarah here no longer works for Vanderbilt pediatrics.

Absolutely horrible. My wife is 26 weeks pregnant and sat in a triage bed for almost 2 hours. When the doctor finally came in, only because I called labor and delivery, he said that he wouldn't do anything because she "said she thought it was a kidney stone." Didn't even check the baby...just assumed the patient had nailed the diagnosis. We got up and left for Baptist in Madisonville which we should have done initially. Nurses were kind.

Wonderful staff! We came in at 1 in the morning because of my daughter’s worsening cough and the staff has been nothing but sweet and supportive to us and our baby girl. Thank you all so so so so so much ❤️

Back in 2012 I was in Elkton, Kentucky over in Todd County, I'm on my way back to my mother's tobacco shop she worked at while walking I start to get a bad headache and it gets worse the closer I get to the shop, at this point I'm as pail as I could possibly get, so I get there and I tell her I'm not doing so good, she flys down 68-80 to hoptown to the hospital and runs me up to Dr. Campbell's office where they are fixing to close and he's checking me over, they try to take blood and they couldn't cause my veins were so shallow, he then calls the hospital and tells them that he's got a patient on they're way, they get me up there and they tell my mother I probably won't make it through the night, I was severely dehydrated and the best care I received was from that hospital and thanks to them and Dr. Campbell I'm still here at 31 now

Avoid this hospital as much as possible! They lie, not compassionate, and the case worker my mother had should be fired. No reguards to what the family concerns or wishes. Your just a number like a animal. Please don't take anyone you love there.

“Jennie Stuart Health is committed to excellence in service; we exist to promote, to preserve, and to accommodate the growing healthcare needs of our community”This is the biggest lie I’ve read. This hospital has no regard for patients. The staff is by far the rudest people I’ve ever spoke to. 5 hours for a flu test result. The 2.2 start rating is 200% accurate. The staff who answers the phone are the rudest employees I’ve ever spoke to. I called and they said they had results for my daughter but they are waiting 3 hours for a provider to speak to her mother. The CEO needs to make change starting with his staff. I left a voicemail for Human Resources and will post the end result but when you post a vision on your website uphold it . If I had a word to describe this hospital “trash would be the first word that comes to mind . “The key for change, is to change”. I will post a follow up whenever they decide to call back or discharge

The medical staff here will let you die just to go smoke a cigarette. If you ever get shot, get hit by a car or have any other serious medical emergency. You would actually be better off just duct taping yourself together at home. But at least the junkies get treated well here. Lmao.

I'm an active duty service member and my family and I had to be treated at this hospital after an accident. They refused to take my insurance and after about 3 months finally accepted it only to not send Tricare what they need to pay them and send me to collections. They don't answer calls and the off chance someone does pickup they say "let me transfer you". Only to hang up. I'm going to have to take leave and get this mess sorted out.

Jennie Stuart’s Emergency Department deserves to be shut down. I would give zero stars if I was able. If I myself wasn’t in the medical field, I wouldn’t have advocated for myself to receive care. They did my intake and had me sit in the waiting room for 3 hours. Without being seen once, they tried to discharge me. I did not receive any care they just asked me questions as to what I was coming in for and took my blood pressure. The amount of unprofessionalism and lack of care is disgusting. When I was finally taken back after advocating for myself and refusing to leave without being seen, I listened to multiple nurses speaking ill of a patient in the hallway. I would recommend you take yourself anywhere but their ER.

The surgical team was great! Dr Robinson is a great surgeon. The nurses Christy and Kristeena were great with keeping us updated during the entire process. I can’t thank this team enough for making our minds at ease during the process. The Great staff on the 5th floor after my dad surgery were impeccable. We had some of the best nurses Sonia, Stephanie and Karen and we had the best CNA- Nea. We couldn’t be happier with the service we got from this staff. The Pharmacist came to my dad’s room when he was discharging to see if we had any questions and let us know we could call his department anytime.Highly recommend

Had my baby here a few days ago by C-section and i just want to thank each and every person who was a part of my stay. Dr. Abbott and his team are absolutely amazing. The nurses in the postpartum area are wonderful, you can definitely tell that they love what they do. I am a bigger woman and have always been treated like i was just a burden, but here I wasn't.

Totally ignored at emergency room. Signed paperwork to be discharged as I was in horrific pain and very sick. The nurses were all exceptionally rude and uncaring. Ended up at Tennova in Clarksville and underwent emergency gallbladder surgery. Do not go to this emergency room if you can avoid it. They are not only mean, they have no idea when you will see a “provider” regardless of your condition.

First, I was surprised how unclean this medical facility was. It was extremely unsanitary. Second, the wait times at the ER were way longer than the amount of patients would indicate. My fiancé came in with chest pains. Which is level 1 priority and has been waiting for hours. Lastly, I can’t say the staff was rude or unfriendly. All I can say is they are nonexistent. They seem to dodge patients like a Walmart employee ready to clock out. They are carrying pizza boxes and hiding in rooms. Needless to say we haven’t had much interaction. Would not recommend. It it’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.
