Nobody greeted the customer upon entering the store. The very few employees in the store are working and are too busy to help the customer. It was a very clean store and well organized. Just no customer service readily available. When I was a kid, many years ago, there was always somebody greeting you and saying good morning, afternoon or evening. 😢

Great store... And they have T- Shirts, Hoodies and Hats that ALOT of people dont even know about, and they are VERY HIGH QUALITY material at CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP prices!

Never cashier's, always wait in line here. I go to Walmart to avoid this sometimes. It's busy enough to have more casheirs

Tyoical of the Green family greed....David Green and his kids are anything but Christian and the store now is an expensive cheap version of Pier One....far less than Hobby related...all greed!!

My favorite store is called Hobby Lobby and the customer service at my store in Hopkinsville is excellent customer service and I know every time I go in there I will be treated kindly and I will be taking care of with any projects or anything that I need. Thank you Hobby Lobby in Hopkinsville

It's my favorite place to visit for home decor and arts and craft. You can find everything there to make your home feel and look great. From candles, to posters, to beads, to ornaments, to dresses and much much more. It's a great place to check out even just to look. You'll be amazed at what they have. And some weeks they have 50 percent off on store items and it switches from weekend to week. Simply amazing.

I knew that a particular item was going on sale via the Internet and other people's posts from different areas. I called the store and talk to a man named David he took my number and told me he would call me before he started marking these items down the next day. I showed up in the store and he has not marked them down yet and was on lunch but just as I was going to leave and come back he came inside and marked them down for me so I wouldn't have to make another trip. He was so nice he even called right before that to say he was going to mark them down after his lunch but I happened to beat him to the store. He was absolutely wonderful and nice and so was everybody else. The store is clean and wonderful and I will definitely be coming back.

First time i ever been. Love all the stuff on display.. still seemed a little pricey but had really good discounts too.Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully it wont be another 52yrs!It was clean and full of friendly people! Keep in mind it was almost quitting time when I got there. It was my first time in the store I was lost like last year's Easter egg. I ask several different employees wear something was everybody wanted to point your finger and tell me about where instead of showing me. I feel like they need to work on their customer service.

You can always find cool items and it is definitely the best place in town to buy t-shirts for your craft projects. Giving four stars because Hobby Lobby needs a map of the store. It is hard to find what you're looking for.

Love this store for its home decor. Cannot beat their prices when on sale. Regular prices are a little high, but they always have sales. They rotate through their sales pretty regularly, so if something not on sale, ask a salesperson when the rotation for that item would be.Christmas sales are always awesome!

Typical for most Hobby Lobbys Ive visited. I like this one bc its in my town and I dont have a long distance to drive. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have great prices on yarn and much better quality than a discount store in town. The staff at this store is always very pleasant and professional. Ive never had any problems.
