They were wonderful about answering the phone and letting me know the items we needed were in stock. However, when I went inside to ask where the product was, they told me aisle number, instead of showing me where it was themselves. Furthermore, the product wasn’t even on the aisle that they told me it was on. I had to ask someone who didn’t work there to help me find it because apparently customer service is lacking at this location. I am not a tool person, but simply running an errand for my husband.

Decent store. It's clean and pretty well stocked for the most part, but if you need help with something, you're on your own. I was in the store for about 40 mins and never saw a floor associate.I added the "for the most part" because both sale items that I went there to check out were out of stock.

Store has great items and decent prices when they have a sale.....I miss out on some of the sales because the store in my location closed and the closest store is more than 30 minutes away....perhaps at some point there will be a store relocating back at some point......else would give 5 stars

Store hours are up for a reason not so employees can close when they decide to . I drove 4 miles down the road from my pickup in a rush to get rail strap and I arrived at 7:57pm and got to the door at the same time to be meet with locked doors. If ur hours show to close at 8 then I expect u to lock the doors at 8 not sooner.

Cheap Chinese tools that are cheaper to purchase than going to Lowes or Home Depot but the employees are not as knowledgeable about their products and the tools break easily. I always say if a tool breaks after 1-2 projects though it’s still cheaper than labor.

First time there. Geez, I liked it. The prices are very reasonalble. The quality of the tools, etc are acceptable. Lets face it I'm not looking or need Snap-On quality tools. Staff was great. It was well stocked and clean. Definitely recommend!

One of my favorite places to shop for tools. This place has a little bit of a lot of things.Power tools {Battery Powered & Electric} - ✅.. Hand Tools {Sockets, Ratchets, Screwdrivers,Nut Drivers, Hammers,Vices, Specialty Tools & soooo much more} ✅.. Air Compressors✅.. Generaters,✅.. OBD/OBD2 Scanners/Readers.. ,✅ Security Cameras {wired & Wireless}✅ ,. Welders {MIG, Tig, Wire, Stick, Flux, Multiprocess} ✅.. Sump pumps, Motors, Power Washers, Screws, Nuts, Bolts, Shovels, Tarps... OH MY!!..The list is endless... I could go on and on and on. I'm gonna stop though and let you just go see it for yourself. The sign outside said "parking lot sale". So we go inside and ramble through the store. Noticing some tags were blue and above them the tag read if you are a member you can access the parking lot sale early. Knowing that the sale was already active i assumed (yes i know) that the tag was the sale item. When we learned to get that price we must pay $30 and join we were unsure if we wanted to purchase since obviously we dont shop here often.i then asked the person at the register where the "parking lot sale "was and she replied she didnt know. We went to our car to think about whether we were going to purchase our items and when we returned they were restocking our items. (Which was definately on us we should have told them we may be back)The cash register attendant was very rude and after purchasing our items (even though all she was doing was playing on her phone) she asked " are you going to put the cart away or just leave it"? Well i guess since you are soooo busy playing on your phone ill do your work for you. Customer service has definately gone down hill. The customer used to be right now they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you shop in their store.

They didn't have the wrench I needed as a single, the idea that the set was less money than the single down the street. It is a huge problem for the guys down the street. The selection is very good and the price is significantly less than everybody else. I'm going to get a flashlight from Harbor today

Great store with a whole bunch of tools that are priced well below the other guys. If you're worried about the quality of tools sold, break one and return. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Have a great day y'all.

I love coming in and buying things I need. I have never had issues with HF before. Just bought a shopvac. I ALWAYS use a coupon. Only this time they yold me iy wouldnt work on what I was putchasing. Upon closer looking at the very fine print its is not eligible on the brands listed. One huge problem I have is that 99% of the brands they have listed are the brands they sell. I have never had a coupon turned down in here before. I guess i will think teive of shopping here when i can get discounts and coupons from other places for better brands cheaper then here.
