This grocery store is conveniently located by several neighborhoods and the bypass. They have a good section for ethic goods and a variety of fruits and vegetables for sale that come from Kentucky-owned farms. The store has a nice layout and the employees are courteous and friendly. I prefer shopping here to Walmart because it is convenient and the workers are helpful.

The lady at the bakery (I'm so sorry that I didn't ask for her name) went above and beyond to make my son's birthday cake just the way he wanted it. She was so nice and pleasant, I can't say enough good things about her.If she happens to read this: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fulfilling my 5 year old son's birthday cake wishes literally last minute. I really appreciate you!

Clean, very friendly, well stocked, great prices. Have an excellent selection for gluten-free products. Food Lion brand dairy is excellent and very tasty. Produce is fresh and last long in the refrigerator. Just don't have as big of a produce selection as other stores. The hand rolled Amish butter is delicious.

If you was taught how to shop Then this place is a hidden gem . However you need to be watchful because of current nation leadership ; all fruits & vegetables are more often substandard .Food Loin is once again has found a way to deliver good fresh produce . Lately I've been incredibly satisfied .They are very active in finding ways to bring good honest deals to their customers .You know they are doing something very right , just by seeing most employees have been there for considerable time

Great store for deals! They try super hard to keep up with demand for sale items which is way better than some other store. I save so much money here with the shop and earn! It's a nice pace and the store is always clean. Some employees aren't the friendliest but other make up for it. My favorite store to shop

Their prices are fair, the store is always clean, the cashiers are pleasant, the produce is fresh and looks amazing, and you can save extra money with their MVP Rewards Program. I enjoy shopping there often. It's a nice change from Walmart and more affordable than Kroger.

They seem to always have good prices. Nice to have another grocery store on this side of town. They added a wine and spirits store that cheaper than most in town.

I go here a lot. The place is nice, clean and plenty of foods. The cashiers, I guess it's to hard to say hello or how's your day going or something. Feels like I'm a bother to them every time I check out. At least I'm there for the groceries, not to make friends at checkout. Lol!

This is a nice grocery store. Back in my home town, Food Lion was known as pretty much the bottom of the barrel. But here, in Hopkinsville, Food Lion has outdone itself. Everything is bright and shiny and clean, the produce looks great, and the aisles are well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. If the Food Lions back in Virginia were as nice as this one, they wouldn't have such a shoddy reputation. This place is what all their stores should be like.

Always clean with helpful employees. I feel like my business is appreciated when I go there. Can't remember going and not finding what I need, including special spices and ingredients. Get a free shoppers card and save more.

Erin the store manager is wonderful! She quoted a price on the phone for a product I was looking for and honored it; even though that product was not part of the sale. Not only that, when there were several people in line she opened a register. When is the last time you seen that happen at one of the other stores in town? Highly recommend Food Lion for your grocery needs :-)

So while this place is a little high, there are so many things there to choose from which you don't get that a lot with Walmart or the dollar store. Well today was my first experience there it will not be my last. The cashiers were very friendly and very attentive. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Definitely recommend!

I love Food Lion, the employees are always so sweet and helpful, they are on top of sanitizing their carts. If you have kids-- they have those awesome, but hard to steer carts that look like cars, with steering wheels. Fits two kids!! They have little carts for little guys to shop with too! My son loves going to Food Lion. :D

I love Food Lion. They have the old fashion customer service that focuses on the customer. I could write a few pages maybe of the things they have done for me, they help load groceries, they'll check to see if they have additional stock in the back. They are very friendly people. Even when they are busy it is easy and fast to check out. The employees are always willing to help in any way they can. I can't say I have any complaints, every place has something yes, but complaints no and definitely no complaints here. I highly recommend Food Lion. I have been to Food Lions in the Hopkinsvillez KY/ Clarksville TN area and the customer service seems the same across the board

Overall, the individual stores and people in them are pretty good. But on the occasion which I complained to the store and then usually to corporate about the discontinuation of a product, I am being lied to by somebody, and I believe it is corporate. I spoke with corporate about a product that I preferred that their local store just stopped carrying, corporate said they would let the store know that customers wanted the product back. I think that's a total lie because I don't think the local stores make that decision. I am getting tired of being lied to by corporations.

Super clean, well lit, quality meat and produce. All employees wearing masks and cleaning between customers even though our state doesn't require it. Isles are wide and all merchandise pulled forwards. And... with a friendly staff. 7/13/21 Hopkinsville ky.

10.28.2020 had some very good sales, I always stock up on long shelve life items now to mid November . One item I keep my eye open for ( Victoria pasta sauce , normal $8.99 got for $4.99). But anyway I visit several stores simply because spending 10 - 12 dollars in gas now to saves several hundred dollars over the next 10 months.

Low on stock on something, not sure if it is because today is Easter Sunday or if this is normal. If thus is normal I feel sorry for the locals, not a lot of options. Store was clean, employees were friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 star's but because of stock issues I can do it.

My kid has made it a goal to try as many exclusive Mountain Dew flavors as he can. I randomly found myself in Kentucky last weekend and discovered that Food Lion's of Kentucky recently partnered with Mtn Dew to make the exclusive 'Uproar' flavor. It only comes in 2L bottles though so I had to check my bag on the flight home. Then TSA searched my bag because I guess they don't often see people bringing 2L bottles of Mountain Dew across the country.Whatever. I got ALL the parenting points because we live in Seattle and my kid had never even HEARD of Uproar before.
