The job on the alignment was fine, however the "complimentary checks" were not performed. The invoice I received stated that I received the checks which included battery check, washer fluid check ect. But the hood on my truck was not opened once during the tire alignment, so no complimentary checks were made.

The staff was quick and very friendly. I asked one of the service advisors if I can bring my dog inside since I had him with me at the time expecting to be told no but he kind enough to let me bring him inside. All of the service advisors were excited to see my dog even going as far as lining up to pet him and asking me what kind of dog he is. The gentleman did advise me that I should get two tires instead of one even told me about the credit card but understood that I could only afford one tire and that, I was not too keen about applying for another credit card. I wish I could remember their names because they were angels to me and my fur baby Moe

Its hard to trust the honesty of Firestone employees anymore. You never can tell whether A tire can be repaired that they say can’t. I NEVER see them repairing tires, they ALWAYS have A reason why you NEED A “new one”. Also have had A HORRIBLE experience with honesty of employees at tha Clarksville Tn. location, who wanted to “START” with A $900 rotar replacement toc”see” if that would fix ny brake issue, THEN, “go from there”. Went to another shop, it was an $800 sensor. The mechanic at G&G automotive SAVED ME THOUSANDS , had I trusted or listened to Firestone techs. They all appear to be crooks the last few years… Thanks

I hand an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours to have 2 tires replaced. Had to listen to staff talk to people on speaker phone. When cashing out the employee was watching a video on his phone

Well, as a newbie here. I haven't been there as of yet. However touched by phone for a few in questions/answers kinda thing about my connection to them for two brand new tires while living in Chas,county SC area for a while. Nice fella on the phone so far, and they ok'd their acknowledgement of one Firestone to another as from different states, and the 5/10/ thousand mile warranty and changing the rotation of tires for free. Sounded like a good experience to come in the near/far future. Amen here,and a prayer if peace for all. Amen.

Came in for an alignment after a poor experience in another location. During my visit I met the store manager along with one of the service techs. Both were very kind and personable. The store manager was very informative and made the visit well worth my time. I will gladly drive past the Clarksville location to come back to Hopkinsville again and again.Service: Wheel alignment

Broke my windshield replacing a strut and did not let me know about it. I realized it was broken after I had left and it got noticeably worse. But hey! It only cost me $2000 to get my windshield busted.Aside from that, no one there seems to know what they are talking about. I spoke to 3 different people about what the timeline for repairing my car was. I left it with them when it was going to be done "tomorrow" and it was ready 3 days later.Nice staff, but I don't recommend businesses that break my stuff, charge me for doing it, then don't mention it to me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I needed the bearings in my front left wheel replaced. I shopped around for the best price. This place had the WORST price. In fact, they wanted more than twice the amount I ended up paying elsewhere. This place is run by thieves, pure and simple. They will rob you blind if you let them. Be warned. Don't let this shop get hold of your car.

I have not had a good experience at all,I have spent a lot of money and not got the service I paid for, when they couldn't find a part for my truck and my truck should have been done already, the front desk guy ignored me until the mechanic came out to talk to me then I ended up going and getting the part myself, ( in town,might I add) with no thanks or discount, and with my truck not being properly aligned! Great people otherwise, atleast till they get the monin hand!

While the workers were nice, they took out my airfilter and never replaced it. I had gotten a full vehicle inspection and paid $650 for new brakes before a big trip (1,000+ miles without an air filter) and now on top of that I have to go buy a new filter since they literally took mine.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery

Dropped truck off, requesting tire balance and alignment. Waited 3 hours, called to see if the job was done, being told it was... I then asked how bad off the alignment was, they stated pretty bad.. Then asked how bad the balance was off... Was told sir, we complete everything you requested. Got there, no balance was done, i was charged for a tire rotation which i did not need nor ask for... Greasy black hand prints all over in my vehicle as well that I had to clean off.. not coming back.Service: Wheel alignment

We were traveling and noticed a bubble on our tire. We stopped at this Firestone store, which was the closest tire shop in the area. David helped us in a timely, courteous manner while juggling several customers at a time. Luckily our tire size was in stock and we were advised that it would take about an hour to install the new tire. We went for a walk in the strip mall and ate lunch at the Popeye's. Our service was completed before we finished lunch, which was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you for a job well done!

We arrived very late , however they were able to diagnose the issue . We had to overnight a part and they facilitated the hotel for us as well as provided transportation. They had us back on the road by late morning and even picked up my husband at the hotel so he could pick up the truck.

If you are looking for a great reliable place for tires/tire repair well LOOK somewhere else! I took my car in to have a flat fixed and not only could they not fix it they broke my hood latch. They called and said my tire was to worn for a patch but I needed an oil change, new air filter and new tires. They didn't happen to say the broke the latch. I did notice it on the invoice for $0.00 they gave me. Someone had wrote it on the ticket. I have no idea why they ever opened the hood in the first place. I have contacted Firestone for the third time today but still have yet to get someone to call me back.

Worst place to go as long as David Riener is the store manager. I had a scheduled appointment for 2pm. As I am waiting to be to be greeted, there is already a customer sitting outside on the ground-complaining about having to sit outside and being there for over 3hrs. I noticed the lobby was under renovations (which was never expressed to me over the phone when I made the appointment). The store manager David Riener was rude/short from the start. I asked him how long it would be, he told me I was next up. I left for an hour and came back; my car had not been touched. A completely different vehicle was now in the alignment bay. So I go and ask David Riener what's going on. He became very aggressive, saying he is short staffed. I counted at least 7 employees,with only 4 cars being worked on. Mr. Riener then stated if I didn't have an appointment I wouldn't get service. Obviously, that's why an appointment was made, to ensure I would receive service in a timely manner. He kept cutting me off as I was expressing dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and customer service. David kept saying you have to wait at a doctor's office (which didn't have anything to with this situation). When I told him he lied, I could see the veins pop out his neck. He became a bigger jerk and was making all kinds of excuses to why my car had not been serviced. As he is insisting that I'm next, a tech by the name of Jeff is pulling a different car into the alignment machine bay. I say to Rude David Riener I thought I was up next. He looks at Jeff and waves him to remove the other car and to start on mine. I then ask him where are we to sit. He starts huffing and puffing, saying outside on the ground or inside with the painter and strong paint smell. He then went on a rant of how the seating area was recently reopened today because customers where complaining about having to wait outside. Against my better judgement, inside I went. Not even 5mins passed and I witnessed David Riener get very aggressive with a 58 yr old woman and her son, who was only getting a oil change. They had been there since 1 pm; it's now 3pm. Now it's 4pm and my car is done. I asked Jeff was everything okay with my vehicle; he became rude. Jeff walked off while talking to me, not trying to explain anything to me. The place is horrible. Zero customer service, very rude, aggressive, and poorly managed. Morale in the store was completely down, all of the technicians looked defeated and beaten down. The store manager, DAVID RIENER, was completely unprofessional. And his response to him being reported to corporate was, "I don't give a @#@# (f expletive)." A huge thank you to the technician Mike. He was the only employee that treated me and the other customers with some dignity.Service: Wheel alignment

Called the Hopkinsville location on a sat to schedule my vehicle for 2 new front tires, the appointment was for Tuesday. My husband arrives at the appointment time and they had no clue he was suppose to be there, nor did they have my tires ready. Also told him a completely different price then what I was told on the phone. On top of all that he gets a discount for working for Firestone and they couldn't even apply the discount for him. I guess they have new manager, which constantly changing. One particular Manager. I thought my tire was low Air, so I came in, he saw me, but ignored me for several minutes, I finally said, I believe my tire is low. He told me to go and check it myself and so I looked at him and said I'm not mechanic. And how am I supposed to do this without tools or anything else. So he dropped his pen on his desk really hard told me to pull over to the first Bay. And so he goes around the car checking the tires with a gauge I don't have. He said well they are all on 25. 25? Sure. As he finished, he said ok leave... I was trying to get my seatbelt back on yo leave. He yelled leave and his guys in back were all laughing at me. Not going there anymore. Clarksville I will go there.

I would NEVER go back here they told me my problem was with my alternator I went to get it fixed he approved me for a credit card so I wouldn’t have to put anything down they put 3 different alternators in just to tell me that wasn’t the problem got there at 8:45am and didn’t get finished until 12:35pm no one kept me updated on my car I went to the side of the building and they where grilling BURGERS this is the worst service I ever had in my life I would not recommend anyone going here!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My wife and I walked in yesterday and literally waited for over 45 minutes. We walked in and the man working the front was on the phone which I had no issue with but what was disappointing is the fact that once he got off the phone he walked to the back. He never came back out, he never acknowledged us and worst thing is he didn’t ever bother to let us know hey I’m sorry but can you give me a few minutes or something. Definitely not coming back here. Dude kept looking at us just standing in the lobby while he filled a car with windshield washer fluid because that was more important than my business. Don’t recommend this location, they look sketchy and have no customer service.

I just wanted to Thank the guys at the Firestone in Hopkinsville , KY. I have always had great service there the past few years but I must say by far this afternoon was the most appreciated of them that I have ever been. I was in a situation with an overdue oil change and new filter. I have been dealing with my Father getting diagnosed with Stage four Cancer and quickly passing just last week, so I was in no way shape or form to realize it had been time for an oil change. That is until my engine light appeared this morning and we scrambled putting the last of the oil in of what we had.Immediately after work I drove to Firestone and for those who work understand why I couldn't drive there first. I was in a bind and bless them so were they. However the Manager (I believe Billy was his name) took me right in and made sure that I was taking care of. That is service that I always appreciate and keeps me coming back to your store.The kindness and the hospitality has always been great. I have never had any problems and if anything it seems that they always go out of their way to make sure things are fixed so my car will be safe. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much and I will definitely be back! Once again you guys are great!

While traveling I had a blowout. It was quite stressful being in an unfamiliar area. I had to have the car towed to Firestone not knowing if they had the tire I needed or if they'd be closing before a tire could be installed since it was after 5pm on a Saturday. Mike at the front desk immediately went to work checking to see if the size tire I needed was in stock. Thankfully, my tire was in stock so the tech went to work immediately to change the tire. I was back on the road in no time. Mike was very friendly and helpful, making a difficult situation more bearable. I was very happy with the service I received.

Went it for a noisy brake and got quoted 1000$, because all of my rotors and brake pads where “really bad”. I got a second opinion and realized the only thing bad about my brakes where the rear pads, if you can’t get an appointment with goodyear or any other mechanic shop, it’s worth the wait, rather then going to Firestone

I had a tire issue and called to see if they had the tires i needed in stock (tricky sizes and staggered) They didn't, but Dede assured me she would get them ordered and in by Friday. I called on a tuesday. I left work friday afternoon, called to confirm my tires where there and went to my appointment. I arrived a little late, but they were a little backed up(a couple call outs will do that). No big deal. Life does happen. Marty checked me in when i got there. He was nice and kept me informed through my tire installation. Overall excellent experience. Did it take a little longer than expected ? yes.. but it was 2 hours total and my car was done. In the mean time, I was privileged to have a great conversation with a Vietnam Vet and another older gentleman.

Dirty dirty birds!! My son took his jeep there because it was making a noise. They told him he needed new rotors and brake pads in the front. His exact words were the rotors were too thin to resurface. They gave him a quote of $415 to fix it. I told him to leave and go get a second opinion. He took it to another place and they told him his rotors and brakes were in great condition and all he needed was a front end alignment!! I believe they saw a 19 year old kid and tried to pull one over on him!! That's just dirty and there's no excuse to run a business that way.
