This store is great and Denice is fantastic but Shirley is so rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and she told my husband he had to walk away from me. And she would not check me out unless he did so. I have never had anyone be so rude. She has a mask and gloves and a shield and we had masks on as well. Will definitely reccomend you have someone else check you out. She has no customer service skills and no manners.

This is the longest line I have ever seen at dollar tree. There is only one employee at a register. Now I feel for poor Eric, he’s just doing his job. But the manager Stacey is just sitting in her office and not opening another register. The line is literally to the back of the store. Update: she didn’t open a register until we got to the front of the line.

Nice clean building and the parking isnt too bad either. I liked the fact that it had more of the items i see hauled by people on utube! It made the DT visit so *NON*-disappointing and i must say not all DT's are that way. The workers were very polite and very busy. This DT is an hour or so from my home and was a visit after a Dr's appointment but i will totally make the drive again. I wish the crafters square had been bigger but over all it was a pleasant surprise! Oh! They had some flower picks out on the sidewalk in front of the door and that was a 'very pleasant surprise as well. I loved the lay out and the size of the building and it was clean nothing laying on the floors. I loved it had more items than the DT's closer to me but i do wish it had more in the crafters square area. Then i could see making that drive possibly a regular one.☆❤☆❤☆❤☆ i did

I love the value and quality Dollar Tree offers. Our local store needs to do something about management. Today was the worst of all. I walk into the store there are 10 people in line, one register open. I do my shopping I become the 10th person in line and there are 4 others behind me. Cindy is on the only register open. She asks for help, manager says"other person is on break and she doesn't have time". I became the 4th person in line when the manager comes out of her office to open a register with an attitude of being bothered. I'm sorry but you just don't treat people this way.

I have been in this store every week for the last 2 months to get Birthday party gift bags and the same cart is setting in the middle of the isle with all the shipment still in boxes still waiting to get put out. I always have to drive to Oak Grove, Ky to get the items I need. Oak Grove Store is by far a much better store to shop. Store is also alot cleaner and friendlier staff.

I like Dollar Tree on Fort Campbell Blvd and at the Indian Hills Shopping Center. They are great for Senoir citizen shopping. But they can accomodate the large family as well. Everything a dollar in the store. Not much brand name item but some.

Fun spot to stop in and shop around; you never know what kinda deals you'll find! They have regularly stocked items you can always count on as well as a variety of come and go things. Seasonal and festive items, too! All for just $1!

In this location merchandise is like the other stores. Which I feel is a good value for the price you pay. However, the people that work at this location act like you are bothering them. In the amount of time this store has been in this location I have encountered one nice person and she didnt last long. Most of the time I avoid going in to the store. I dont care to pay more some place else but at least in the other places I shop I dont get attitude.

Our cashier was Denise and she was absolutely amazing. Honestly all the employees that I came in contact with were amazing. Everybody should be getting raises very soon

The best Dollar Tree I have been to in three months. I love the gardening glove options and got a better deal here on canvas board. Dollar Tree is a better place to get cheap painting canvas boards. Cheaper than TJ Maxx! I could have saved $2 for ten canvas boards. Lines were short. I, also, got energy drinks I had eyed at Piggly Wiggly a few days ago. Rip It Energy Tribute Active Mandarin Live Wild Lime. The day just got better!

This is a bigger Dollar Tree! I was greeted with a booming hello. Then everyone was nice enough, no one was going out of their way to help anyone. Nothing bad to say, but nothing really great either.

I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Is there anywhere there's not a dollar store nearby?(not in western kentucky anyway). We do seem to find more bargains here than others, but I can't say why.

Dollar Tree in Hopkinville Kentucky is seriously under stocked never enough employees on the floor or registers if don't have daytime employees then maybe nightshift employees would help to stock shelves during after hours.

They are always slow to help out when the line is long. 1 maybe 2 registers open, and rude. You might find 1 cashier that will open her mouth to say hello and thank you.
