If you’re looking for a personal and top tier professional groomer, this is the place! We’ve been bringing our pups to Clippendale’s for 3 years now. We started with them when they did house calls & now we drive 45 minutes to their shop to have them care for our babies! We have not once had a bad experience! Danielle & Kevin love our dogs as if they’re their own and have not only shown our fur babies so much love, but have also poured love and care into my husband and I. They take the time to give our dogs exactly what they need each visit, making each experience unique and personal. I couldn’t imagine taking my dogs to anyone else for their grooming needs!

Two ladies working there were pretty nice. The service was not the greatest as we were expecting as per previous reviews. Our dog ended up with cuts, we drop her at 11:30 and didnt finish until 18:00 even though I was told my dog was going to be done by 15:30 to 16:00. When we received our dog it was nothing close to expected. Overall 1 out 5 stars is my experience with this grooming service.

We love Clippendales! Danielle and Kevin do an awesome job with my 3 dogs- golden retriever, lab mix, and mini Aussie. They’ve been so patient and gentle with them and my lab will finally let them do his nails without a fuss (the vet refused because he wouldn’t sit still). They always come home looking and smelling great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great groomer for their pups! 🐶 🐾

They take very good care of our babies and are very knowledgeable with certain coat types and how to groom them properly! Dachshunds aren’t easy but my two love Danielle and Kevin! We have gone to Danielle in the past for our Great Pyrenees Maximus and she had always done a phenomenal job! Recently we decided to take our little shichon Gucci to her as well, Gucci has always been scared of the groomers and unfortunately he bit Danielle at his very first appointment with her. My husband and I felt absolutely terrible about the incident and when we came to pick Gucci up we didn’t expect anything other than to get him and go home. Danielle not only offered but wanted to try to groom Gucci one more time and try to give him a positive experience at the groomers. We came up with a game plan that included some anxiety medication and mom (me) being present and our goal was accomplished. Danielle could’ve easily turned us away but the fact she didn’t and she took the time to give him a second chance means so much to us! If you are in the area I highly recommend clippendales the staff is beyond amazing and truly kindhearted people! Thank you again!

Just moved out to TN/KY and needed a groomer for my brindle pittie because it was looooong over due!! My husband and I typically bathe her and cut her nails at home but with a newborn it was tough! This spot was recommended by someone in a FB group I’m a part and man they surely didnt disappoint!! My coco girl is super loving and energetic but is nervous when it comes to nail trimmings. The customer service is top tier she shared with me that they are familiar with anxious dogs and always keep the dogs stress level manageable. To my surprise they were able to trim her nails and recommended monthly maintenance for her to get used to the trimmings (and hopefully the filings too!!) overall wonderful experience, sent pictures and even recommended some treats for next time!! If you’re in the TN/KY area they are worth the drive!!

I will never use this business again. I dropped my 2lb yorkie/mini daschund off at 8:00 this morning. At 4pm my mom went to get her. My dog was still not ready and when I inquired why my mom said that Haley told her that it was because Danielle got bit by another dog so it slowed things down.Ok, but it was your responsibility as a business owner to contact me to let me know you’d be running late. Not only that but she was completely unapologetic about it and gave a passive “sorry we’re dealing with live animals” is there only one groomer? I don’t understand why it took so long.I should have been made aware of the situation. I could have said that’s fine I’ll just come get her and we’ll reschedule. None of us wanted to hang around until close to closing to pick her up especially when Haley was hard pressed to give us an estimated time frame.This just wasn’t a very positive or professional experience, it’s certainly bad practice for being a new business in the area. Won’t last long if this is what happens to customers.

Danielle is one of the best groomer’s my dog has ever been to. He ALWAYS looks amazing when she’s done grooming him and she treats him like her own fur-babies. :) I had to reschedule my last appointment because my baby boy got sick. She was so understanding and kind about the schedule change. And she even checked in on him the following week!! Finding a groomer that has a genuine love for your fur-baby and doesn’t just view grooming as another “job” ... is hard to find but Danielle is a true gem. We will always be her clients and I will take my dog to no one else but her.

We have taken our Sheepadoodle here for the past year and couldn't dream of going anywhere else. Not only does our girl come home looking glam and feeling soft but she also has the time of her life. We get personal updates on how she did, know that she's well cared for and the themes are always amazing for the final photo shoot. It's a great bonus that we get an updated photo of her everytime too. Highly recommend and would tell anyone with a doodle that this is the place to bring them!

I wish I remembered to grab a before picture since he was looking rough but the fact that Danielle got this fluff butt to cooperate for a picture speaks for its self. Rhaegar gives us such a difficult time with brushing him & blowing his coat, we tried another place and he actually bit the girl. We were nervous but Danielle kept him so calm and happy during his groom, he did fantastic. She blew his coat 3 times & got off soooooooo much hair. But my favorite part was honestly getting to watch it live on TikTok, that was awesome! We found our forever groomer for sure !

Ms.Danielle was so accommodating, she made sure to keep in touch with me the whole time Gucci was in her car, she sent him home smelling amazing he was not scared or acting shy at all! Her prices for what's included is the cheapest i've seen and she offers MORE than some places that are more expensive. ALL AROUND 10 out of 10 . We already have our next appointment booked! We have been using clippendale’s for about 3 years now. We LOVE Danielle. I tried a few other groomers in the area and Clippendales is by far the best one. My fur baby is loved on and always looks and smells great after each groom. Danielle pays attention to every detail and our pup looks amazing when she is done. I enjoy being able to watch my baby get groomed on TikTok as well so I can see him while he’s gone. She’s so gentle and patient with all the pups I’ve ever seen her groom. She’s hands down the BEST!!

Not only did Danielle get class clipped that I thought the vet had ruined for life, she somehow got my crazy boy to sit still for a handsome picture! Not only is she informative, your dogs are her dogs when she’s with them! I still can’t believe the transformation of my boy. Danielle saved my weekend when I needed a last minute drop in sitter for my 2 dogs and cat! She sent me updates every visit and my babies absolutely LOVED her and her husband!! They also clipped my dogs’ nails while they were here because they were overdue. Definitely recommend!!!They came to my house and did wonderful! I was so nervous because my smaller dog has been turned away by so many groomers since he gets aggressive and moves too much. They handled him so well! And my bigger dog just loved them!
