My dog was in these peoples care and could have died. These are the pictures are my dogs elbows after I picked him up. He was running 102 fever and very lethargic . I will gladly answer any questions. I took the owner to court. And I won.

Well my grandma’s pride & joy Patsy (Phat Dawg) needed a weekend get away while she (grandma) went out on the 17th annual riverboat square dancing & slap boxing competition cruse & like the old Christmas tale goes “the inn was full!!!”I was recommended to the B & B from one of Grandma’s ex-lovers & he said his purse poodle loved the place.I was concerned for Patsy due to I didn’t have her shot records, but the sweet lady I spoke with assured me that they would call and secure all information.I picked ole Phat Dawg up and she was as happy as a pickle in a vinegar based salad!!!Thanks for giving her back to Grandma & me like we gave her to you all, it meant a lot. Thank you & God Bless....

Shay is awesome. Bear (my Jindo/Pungsan pup) actually enjoys going here and comes back well groomed and super excited. Their prices are very reasonable and take great care of my pup. He even gets a cute bandana after each visit 😊

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!! Your dog will end up hurt and neglected!!! This is the worst boarding business I have come across. Your animal could die here. I came to pick my dog up (lady at the front desk is so rude) as they brought my dog out he had scabs on his elbows and a fever of 100 degrees. He was covered in urine and feces as if they never let him leave the kennel. He had scabs on the bottom of his paws as if he was dragged. The bag of food I brought for him was NEVER OPENED. This business needs to be shut down. They were already brought to court for animal neglect twice that I know of. I wouldn't doubt if they were brought tocourt more

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. Let me start by saying I brought my German Shepherd to their doggie day care on several occasions and she seemed to do fine. When I decided to board my dog from 6/30 to 7/5 I left a healthy dog behind and picked up a very sickly dog.My dog contracted not only kennel cough but a bacterial infection all over her entire body. When I contacted this business for reimbursement for vet bills and boarding costs I was met by an owner who would not take any responsibility saying things like “I’m not giving you a double wammy on repayment”, “your dog spends most of its time alone that’s the reason it caught kennel cough at a boarding facility” or “maybe it came from your house” I asked for just reimbursement of one vet bill and the boarding cost, I’ve lived in my home for a while, my dog lives around no other animals, and my dog just got her updated shots three months ago.When I brought up the fact that my vet has notified them on several occasions that kennel cough is coming out of their facility and they acted negligently by not informing me. The owner got offended and said I signed a release saying they can’t be held liable. Well that only holds up in court if they were not notified prior to me signing that they had sickness coming from their facility. I am 35 weeks pregnant and dealing with giving my dog anti bacterial baths two times a day, my dog constantly coughing and trying to keep her dry.Kennel cough can be transmitted to humans that are immunocompromised (which the owner denied but a quick google search will give the answer) being 35 weeks pregnant with a surrogate baby this facility put multiple people at risk because of blatant negligence.Not to mention the owner was gone for the past 30 days unreachable and the manager was out of the facility for at least a week. So who was in charge? If something happened who would have taken responsibility because the owner clearly stated “they don’t hold the purse strings I do” so again what type of business owner disappears for 30 days and leaves nobody in charge?This facility and owner obviously has a past with denying any wrongdoing or taking any type of responsibility for the neglect of animals. Please. If I can offer one piece of advice to anyone who wants to/are currently bringing their dogs here. DO NOT CONTINUE. If your animal gets hurt here they do not care and will not assist you. The owner is greedy and genuinely a vile human.

My elderly dog almost died here. It took only 5 days of being boarded for him to have deep, infected lacerations on his elbows (one of them having an abscess), and a high fever. The owner lost a court battle with us and tried to deny the cruelty and neglect inflicted upon my ole boy. This place seriously needs to be shut down. How many more animals are going to suffer here unless we do something about it?

Took my dog here after her surgery because I had to go out of town. They were very nice. But now my dog has been coughing and sneezing and digging at her ears since the day I picked her up. That was on the 5th.

They were able to watch our fur baby for the afternoon, overnight, and into the next day. He seemed to really like the staff. Even though we couldn't see in the back, he was returned to us flea free and in good spirits. Cost was normal.

took my cats in for baths to get fleas off of them. i told them to bathe them as much as needed and that they could even shave the cats if needed. i paid $70 for two baths and picked them up and they were still covered in fleas. i sent cat food for them to have for the day since they were there for 10 hours and the bag didn’t even have any food out if it so i guess they weren’t fed. i asked staff why they weren’t able to get fleas off of them even after bathing and combing but they were extremely rude and so was the owner. no compensation or any refund or anything. terrible customer service, absolutely do not recommend.

I called last minute to board my Yorkie due to my other person backing out. They were very nice and informative. When I go to pick her up, they had already given her a nickname, haha. I could tell they spoiled her and took good care of her because she was all happy and was not all hyper when she seen me. Needless to say, she slept a lot when she got home. She had played hard all week. I will definitely be using them from here on out. Thank you all at Bed N Biscuit.

We just picked up our dog after being boarded. He is soaked with pee, and it seems like all they did was spray a masking agent over it to try and cover it up. I don’t know if they just didn’t come in and let them out on Sunday or over Christmas or what, but the condition we picked him up in is foul. I’d understand if he was a puppy or wasn’t crate trained, but he is an adult fully trained dog. We will never be using this place again.

My first time to Bed n Biscuit was pretty good. My dogs were well-groomed and the prices were much better than most other places. My second visit was a big disappointment. The groomer from my first visit had apparently left since, and the new groomer I was surprised with was nice, but maybe a little inexperienced. My golden doodle was nicked in several places, his head was completely uneven and there was a range of lengths from bald to scraggly all over. My other dog also had one nick, but thankfully his cut was more even. Also, I ended up paying more for the second visit. Wanted to keep patronizing this establishment, but I don’t think I want to risk it next time.

Efficient staff both in becoming a new client and with pick up of my dog. My daughter loved the crazy array of animals in the lobby. My dog was a bit rough smelling when I got him back but to be fair my previous kennel set the bar pretty high. I will go back and buy a different shampoo for his next trip.

Owner has completely overlooked the most important rule in customer service. "LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE REASONABLE CHANGES WHEN NEEDED" I will never take one of my dogs to a boarding facility that does not let the customer tour the facility. Riduclious and highly suspect. My dogs are very close to me and they feel like family. I think it would be negligent of me not to see where they are going to be kept. It makes me think that when they are crowded, they may keep dogs in crates and they don't want you to see it. I needed peace of mind...and they denied me the right to see where my dog was going to spend a week. However, the competition ( Pet Lodge) did a fantastic job showing off there facility. Guess where my dogs are going?

I love Bed n Biscuit and Sherry. My little dog Eleanor has been going there since she was a puppy for doggy daycare as well as baths and cuts. I tried a place closer to home and she got sick! I will only trust Bed n Biscuit again. They definitely know what they are doing.

When I picked up my Black Labrador, Eli, on Aug 4, 2020, he seemed really happy and nurtured. The Bed N Biscuit is safe, reliable, and very friendly place to leave your pet. They are very professional and loving of your pet. Seems to me, that Eli wants to go back, so that will be the place where I will take my Service Dog, Eli again. Great job, and thank you so much in taking care if my black labrador.

My dogs love this place! All I have to do is say, "Who wants to go to the beauty parlor and get their hair and nails done?" and they are jumping around! Whenever we go on vacation, our dogs stay at the B & B. They know when we make that left turn onto Skyline Dr where they are going and they go wild. We've been taking the dogs there since 2005. A+

Katie was wonderful with my dog. A certain employee at a large pet supply chain traumatized my very friendly puppy. And when my puppy wouldn't do as she wanted she had her on a dog catcher pole. I was sorta scared to take her to another groomer. My dog wasnt happy but Katie at bed and biscuit was fantastic and feels that after a few more visits my baby will be more comfortable with being groomed again. So if you are looking for a good caring groomer for your furbaby then call bed n biscuit.

If I could leave negative stars for this place I would. Not only was the owner extremely unprofessional when I came to speak with her but they would not allow me to tour the facility (because it would "make the dogs bark") or even show me pictures of the rooms where they would keep my dog for boarding. It makes me think they are just crating all the animals, for $15 a night. Additionally, the smell was extremely foul in the lobby and it only makes me wonder how bad of condition the areas where the dogs are kept are. If they would atleast show me pictures or have cameras showing the facilities (if they are worried about the dogs barking), that would have put me at ease of mind. However they left me feeling extremely glad I did not leave my dog there.

We took a trip for 10 days and left our two dogs there. This was there 2nd visit to b&b. When we returned to pick them up my wife went in while I got the SUV ready to load them. After a few I went inside to help and immediately made a u turn and went back out. The smell was horrendous. Urine and feces that was gagging. As my wife brought the first dog out, the dog acted very lethargic. As this is a pitbull pup I thought this was odd. Usually very energetic. I bent down to kiss her on her head and smelled what I believed to be a baby powder type of deodorant. That's strike 2 since they were not given baths. As the larger and older dog came out, we noticed dark reddish brown patches on her front shoulders. Was she laying in feces? She also smelled but badly. We did not let her in the house till we gave her a bath. That evening the pit kept having to go outside. At sleep time she had #1 and #2 accidents in her cage. Called our vet they suspect uti.Called b&b told them what was going on and our concerns, and that our animals are ALWAYS HEALTHY. Asked them for $60 of the $314 they charged us, to cover the vet visit. They have refused. They can find someone else to steal from....not my family. SO BEWARE. And they won't let you see where they keep your dogs while there.

Poor customer service. They had my dog for 9am until 4 pm I picked my dog up after all that time and he smelled as if he never was touched. I called store Owner To let her know what had. So told me she wil not be able to see my dog until next Monday..? Like really. Never had this problem before. I feel they getting to min dogs for the money and not doing the job🤷🏾‍♀️ For sad!!!

This is the only place I will bring my pets for grooming. The groomer *knows* my dogs, and knows how we like them to be cut. Never have to repeat the information. They come out looking and smelling awesome! Plus, I always leave feeling under charged, as both my dogs cuts here costs less than one of their cuts in el Paso tx! I also appreciate that the owner knows her way around birds, and I brought my mother's cockatiels in to have their wings clipped when she came to visit.

After specific instructions, my elderly pet was bathed in something she was allergic to. Their reply to me when I called was, “Just rinse her off” . I had to ask for an apology. They were told in advance that she had allergies and was to be bathed in Dawn only. She already had a skin yeast. Now she is covered and will require medication. They never offered to bathe her again. Almost rude.

We leave both of our dogs here intermittently the past 2 years. We have always had a good experience. They are friendly at drop off and pick up. Great prices too.
