I am so very grateful for PetWow Home Veterinary Service! My cat Winston was unable to be seen at a traditional vet's office. His condition was causing quite an unintentionally violent and uncontrollable reaction that had resulted in a nasty injury to my finger when attempting to take him to a local vet. The person who booked his appointment was able to get him in quickly due to a cancellation. Dr. Line and Jordyn were also very caring, understanding, patient, kind, and gentle. Dr. Line was able to diagnose and treat him without incident and answered any questions that I had. Words can not express how relieved I am right now. PetWow - My heroes! Thank you so much!

Excellent service, very professional and more importantly they offer a mobile vet service which is a huge stress relief when you have to bring multiple dogs. Contacted them Thursday evening via email last week about my two bulldogs, and they immediately responded the following day and was able to see my the following Tuesday for a nonemergency visit. The mobile pet truck offers the same level of care as you receiving in office but I feel a little better because there is no waiting..Plus it's so much less stressful on my senior dog who isn't his younger agile self anymore...I also thought it spoke volumes the fact that one of the issues my senior dog was dealing the doctor said could be resolved with OTC Zyrtec instead of prescribing a more costly expensive allergy medication. The whole process was a lot less stress on both me and the dogs having the mobile pet option which the primary reason I chose this vet to start a relationship with for all their future pet care..

Great service and highly recommend! My pup has become terrified of going to vet and this was a saving grace. Quick in and out, about 10 mins to administer shots and trim nails and check her out. They let you take the pup back inside when they’re done and waiting for fecal results and payment which is great. All flea, tick and worm meds are either on truck or will ship to you. Will recommend to all friends and family whether dogs are afraid or not. Pricing very competitive even in comparison to taking them into an office. Erin and Parker were great!

I have been using Mobile Vet care and the hospital at Highland Heights for years now and they are a lifesaver for my pets and me, literally. During the covid crisis, I had emergency after emergency and Highland hospital was always there for Harvey and me. The convenience of home visits is critical for me as I have a disability and it makes it so much easier for me and the kitties to not have to endure rides. Shout outs to Dr. Line and Dr. Stamper.

Vet appointments became simple and stress free with PetWow's Home service. The cost for this convenience is comparable to an office visit. Their truck is fully stocked with routine supplies and medications. We adore the warmth of Dr Line and his helpful assistants. They always call when they're headed in your direction or if delayed by traffic. It's a delightful visit that is void of anxiety for you and your pet. After two years with PetWow's Home Veterinary Care, involving three different dogs, I'm more than satisfied. Ten percent discount for seniors too and CareCredit is accepted!

I've had both in office appointments and used PetWow's home veterinary service multiple times. My cats, like most, are not fans of car rides or extended carrier time so we can appreciate having a vet that provides service at home and spares them that and the unfamiliar sights and sounds of the office. There have been a couple times I was able to have my cat seen quicker because the mobile vet had available appointments while the office was booked and it's great having that option. Just like in the office, they are always prompt, polite and professional, and will spend the time to answer any questions you have. Every time I've needed them, they've been able to help me.

Very professional , I would definitely recommend PetWow to anyone whose animals needs Home Service , Hack I was recommended to PetWow years ago from a co-worker who didn't have any transportation, My dog is 15 yrs old have trouble climbing stairs Dr's assistant picked him up and helped him in the Vet Mobile, Phoenix is a big boy he looked back at her as to say Thank You for picking me up.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone . They are a professional team from the time you schedule your appointment until the visit is completed . I called in need of a last minute home vet appointment for my 16 year old chihuahua and they were able to accommodate us. The vet team arrived at our home and answered all our questions and took time to ask our concerns. It was the best vet experience for both us and our fur baby. Thank you PetWow! What an unexpected find PetWow was for mobile Veterinary services! Courteous scheduling, Prompt arrival, Wonderful Vet and Tech assistant, with fully equipped medical office in my driveway! I just want to first of all Dr. Meyers for taking care of our pets. I want to say a great big thank you to Dr. Brewster and her assistants for coming to the house and helping my Ginger cross over the Rainbow Bridge. They were so kind,thoughtful and gentle with my fur baby {and me}. My heart is broken and I know we have to grieve but, they made it a little easier. Thank all of you !!!

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday and the lady said my appointment was at 230 then when I showed up at 2 and texted the number I didn’t hear anything so I texted a second time then got a call around 230 telling me my appointment was actually at 215 and that all the doctors were leaving. This was supposed to be my first ever vet experience with my first cat of my own and all I have to say is that this experience was so horrible I cried on the way home and will not be coming here ever again. Whoever worked on Wednesday and scheduled me needs to be held accountable for their mistakes instead of me and my kitty having to deal with the repercussions of their mistakes.

I had the pleasure of having Dr Hannah Rice and Lydia arrive at my home on Tuesday at the correct time....they were the most amazing technicians to deal with, working with my dog and was comfortable around Roscoe... highly recommend this service...courteous, very informative and friendly...I praise these young Ladies!.. thanks 👍👌
