Best experience I had. Was nervous only 2nd time ever taken both to a veteran. Took me 2 hrs just to cage one of my cat's. Went to pick carrier up open door the clamps came off. ( fat cat was in that one) From the time i walked in front desk to the back was a great experience am happy I called Pet Wow 1st.

We have been taking our dogs to Petwow Highland Heights for many years. They always have an available appointment to address those unexpected doggie injuries/concerns. When we had a leg wound reopen from a surgery 9 days post-op that was performed at Medvet, they were able to see our pet when Medvet could not. Happy to say, Jak's leg healed and he is running strong! Thanks for all you do!!

It was my first time here as I needed to find a new vet as mine had passed away last October. They were very nice and explained everything that was going on with Rusty. Dr Meyers and her assistant I think her name was Lillian were awesome. I would easily refer friends and family there.

SUPER friendly towards both animals and people! I've been taking Millie (Golden Doodle) to them since she was a pup and she loves them too!! They are quite flexible with drop-off and pick-up times which is a HUGE help with busy schedules.

We just got done with pet wow today and I can't express how much I appreciate them taking care of our baby. It was our first time and they came out the vets were really good with our cat. He got updated on shots, blood drawn and he did a great job with them. We are now pet wow lovers

We adopted a kitten and needed to have her spayed as soon as possible as she was 5months old. PetWow got her in very quick. It was super convenient - we dropped her off before work and picked her up after work. They were fantastic! I highly recommend!

We took a stray cat that had been at our house for about 3 months in for neutering. Dr Stamper & staff were outstanding, showing their love of animals by their genuine concern & caring. The stray tested positive for FIV, feline aids. The tech kept us informed & after the procedure, Dr Stamper phoned us & explained what to expect in a feline with FIV. He answered all our questions & spent a long time just reassuring us that this big old stray was otherwise in good health. We will be back!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the treatment my 2 pitbulls have experienced at Petwow. Not only did the staff come to my house last year and treat both my dogs for allergy relief. I had to take my female to Highland Hts. Location today. My female is very nervous and can be unfriendly. The staff treated us with kindness and compassion. We were only there about 45 minutes and for someone like me the prices are so reasonable. I have nothing but high praise for Petwow!

Dr Meyers and her team are wonderful. I brought in an outside cat that was being cared for my my neighbor. We were able to obtain an appointment that same day fortunately. The 3 yr old kitty baby was very sick and under weight. The Doctors wonderful team, were very kind and courteous. The staff helped me carry the little kitty in a very large cage, from my car then into the building then into the office. Dr. Meyers listened attentively, advised me before any tests were run etc. I am content with the Pet wow services that both me and my newest cat receive. Her rates are extremely fair especially since I have 5 fur babies.

I met with Dr. Rice this past week and It was such an amazing experience! I have neglected my 19 year old cats health due to the trauma to everyone involved with taking him in, but The Dr. And the vet tech were both fantastic! Patient, kind, understanding, and nonjudgemental! Definitly recommended!

I just want to say the staff and doctors at the Highland Heights PetWow location were very professional and courteous. Their prices were also very reasonable. Bogey, my 16-year-old Pomeranian Maltese mix, was having an extremely hard time with his teeth. His original vet had retired, his replacement vet, of 3 years, was booked out 6 months. He was starting to experience an extreme amount of pain. After 3 or 4 phone calls to other vets one of them referred me to PetWow stating that they would most likely be able to get him in within a day or 2. Long story short, the Highland Heights location was able to look at him that same day and we did the dental the following day. Bogey is almost back to his “normal self” 10 days after 6 extracted teeth that included 2 large lower molars. Bogey and I thank everyone at PetWow for their great care and support!

I have taken my first adopted cat here since 2021 as well as my second cat that we just adopted, who has had several medical needs. Dr. Myers and Dr. Foster have seen both of my cats and they are absolutely incredible. They have taken the time to really listen and answer all of my many questions about my cats, especially as it relates to my new adoptee with multiple health issues. It is absolutely incredible and rare that I have felt totally comfortable being able to ask every single question I have had (which can be many), without feeling rushed. The vet techs have also been absolutely fabulous every single time as well. Thank you, Pet Wow, you are so dedicated and caring. I have referred many clients to you thus far and will continue to do so!

They do a good job. I take both of my long-haired cats here for their annual grooming appt. There seems to be a shortage of cat groomers in the NKY area, so just be aware they are usually booked at least three months out. Due to high demand, the cost is a bit pricey (mine include sedation) but because I only take them once a year, this is fine. Once you're scheduled they are flexible with the drop-off and pick-up times. The cats always seem happy with their haircuts afterwards!

My parents have been taking their dogs here for about 5 years now so we of course had to bring our pup here when we got him. Two locations: one in Florence one in Highland Heights across from NKU. Their call center is in Florence though. Big or small nothing is too tough for the people at PetWow. Our 25-30lb dog is about a $60 cut which is pretty reasonable for the quality and time. They take diligent notes from cut to cut so they make sure your best friend stays looking how you want. They will always confirm whether you want it cut like last time before taking them in too. They take amazing care of your pets, our dog is always excited to see everybody and the other animals. They even sent our lil guy a Happy Birthday postcard! If you need medication or other pet supplies, you can generally get them here too for much cheaper than your vet. We refill Simparica for our dog here and it’s about 1/3 cheaper than our vet for the 6mos.

Dr. Line and the assistant (sorry I don’t remember her name) were excellent! My greyhound, Ben can be very anxious with unknown surroundings and they took the time to help him feel comfortable. Dr. Line was very knowledgeable and I look forward to Ben responding to his recommended treatment.

I will never take another animal anywhere else for vet care!! I have plenty of vets within a short radius of my house, one I can walk to, but we used PetWow Highland Heights for an emergency for our SAAP dog and they were able to take us the same day when other vets couldn't or the vets couldn't be reached (and they wouldn't dare call the vets) to tell us whether we needed to take her to a hospital or not. PetWow was there for us when that dog was having multiple seizures and needed to be seen to make sure she was ok. PetWow was there for us when that dog passed away 1.5 weeks ago (they were literally on the phone when it happened) and were quick to act, comfort me, and help us with aftercare. We didn't have her for very long but the PetWow staff, especially Brittney and Dr. Myers, were there for our family.I drive 30 minutes (assuming no traffic) to get to PetWow Highland Heights but I won't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We adopted a new puppy and I took her to PetWow for her post-adoption visit and a booster. Our new puppy will continue care here because everyone there has made us feel so welcome every time we walk in the door, our dog so loved, all of us cared for, and their pricing is great!
