The outside lawn and garden area is well organized, beautiful and well maintained. It's so much nicer than many other Lowe's around the area and the employees are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable

A refrigerator was ordered to be sent to our condo. First time they hung the door incorrectly. Then they ordered a new fridge and installation team showed up without the correct tools. 2nd installation took over 10 hours and no compensation was offered for my spoiled food. Spoke with manage and negotiated compensation for spoiled food. One month later, still haven't received compensation. I don't even have a direct number to reach supervisor. When I finally get through to someone after explaining to severs people the situation, the supervisor is at lunch. This experience has been maddening, unprofessional and gut wrenching. I do not recommend lowes delivery in highland heights.

Lowe's always has a great variety of plants when I go. I love to check out the clearance plant rack always a bunch of great deals. Lowe's also has motorized carts if you are unable to walk a lot in the store. So don't let that be an issue that prevents you from checking out Lowe's.Lowe's also offers a variety of different lumber options, and will cut for you on the premises.

We appreciate the wide isles. They have everything we are looking for and shopping is a calming experience. The call boxes located throughout the store are a welcoming addition. Total opposite of the Home Depot around the corner which has narrow isles + finding someone to assist you is nearly impossible.

I think this store is getting too automated. They have installed more self checkouts and the one person they have by the register is busy teaching people how to use self checkouts. I want a person to ring me up. How long before we have to unload what we want off the trucks. Easier to get Amazon to deliver to my door.

Ashley and I were finishing up our laundry room project and we both decided that we needed to include some tile to bring everything together. She had found a pattern on a DIY Website and it just so happens that Lowe's had it in stock...problem solved, project complete 👌 👍

Just stopped in for a furnace filter. Love their Christmas displays though. Passed a couple of associates trying to find the right aisle, but they didn't offer me their help. Found it, used the self checkout, which I like.

Horrble! I went get a bale of straw. It was small bag,$12, expenive bag, for there was les than $2 of straw. Oh and i drove least half hour, 1 way. Then i go to check out, 3 people employees hanging around the regsters, SELF SERVE,wth. I usually go other end. Ill be very desperate to go back HORRIBLE MANAGING

Well what's there to say, it's Lowe's. But the thing I like about this store what they actually had plenty of stock and everything was neatly organized and where it should have been. We did interact with customer service personnel only one time and the gentleman was super nice. I did not like the fact that it was all self checkout though. I'm old-fashioned I like talking to somebody at a register. And the fact that it was very convenient towards my location I was staying at

The flat llumber carts are impossible to move through the store and parking lot. All 4 corner wheels are in full contact with the floor and all four wheels pivot, making steering the cart impossible. When you're moving a couple hundred pounds or more it's impossible to steer without running into things.

I went to my local Lowe’s for some holiday decorations. They had several to choose from but one particular one caught my eye!! Sadly they were out of that one, except for the display. Preston, Pat, and Gary went above and beyond to get that display for me! I am so grateful for the people that work at my Lowe’s!! They are always so kind and very helpful! Thanks again

I love this store!! Staff is very friendly and they seem to have adopted a cat that I've seen more than once. Prices are usually the same as competing hardware stores. Their plant selection is amazing. They sell annuals, perrinials, houseplants, succulents, exotic, and topical plants and flowers!!

I generally like Lowe’s, the products, the amount of stock. But the service is spotty, at least it was today in Highland Heights. I needed help in the Blinds section. Pushed a handy button to ask for it. A pre-recorded voice asked an employee to respond. It repeated several times… no one came. In another department I asked a guy sitting at a desk with a laptop if he could help me, he said he doesn’t work there. So he just comes into use the Wi-Fi? The young man monitoring self check out seemed unconcerned when I mentioned the lack of help, didn’t offer to find someone for me. One bright spot: the woman in the paint department was very helpful.

Where has customer service gone? In here spending $500+ on 30+ items and only registers open are self check out with 2 employees watching people struggle(no thanks) and contractor register where there are 9 of us in line.... When I asked employees to open register said they can't, asked for the manager "not one on duty at the moment". 17 mins and counting. Menards PLEASE build more stores in Cincinnati!

I went to the Lowe’s store in Highland Heights KY to purchase a new high rise toilet and have it installed. I picked one out and took it to customer service to schedule installation. The girl at the desk said she didn’t know how to set up the installation. She said I needed to take it back to the plumbing dept. After searching for 20 minutes I found a guy to help. He said I needed to take it back to customer service. I went back to customer service. No help. Same girl tried to call a manager. No help. No manager on duty. I was just about to walk out when someone else, (Douglas) came up and checked me out and set up installation. I spent 2 hours in the store to get this done. But at least Douglas came out and helped me load the toilet onto my truck. Well after a week of hearing nothing about installation I called the store. They said my toilet was out of stock and when it comes in they would schedule installation. They were surprised when I told them the toilet has been sitting in my garage for a week. Apparently something was entered wrong in the computer and said I was ordering the toilet. So here I sit, (and not on my new toilet), still waiting on the installer to call. I paid over $500 for this misery. My advice is to go to Home Depot. I wish I would have. I’ll update this review after or if it ever gets installed.Update: 05/25/23Finally got on the schedule for installation. One day before the install date they cancelled due to illness. They rescheduled for the following Friday. On Thursday they canceled again. Said they had food poisoning. They wanted to schedule again but I just said no thanks. I returned everything to Lowes for a refund. I lost 2 days wages because of this. This was 3 weeks of a total waste of time and money. Absolutely ridiculous.

As a Lowe's Pro member who spends $50k-$80k a year, you'd think I'd get better service. First, they won't honor a rebate of a few hundred dollars because of a technicality, even after the paint desk set me up with a huge $4k order of paint with the idea of taking advantage of the Memorial Day sale. Then, I ordered two separate laundry sets this week. Delivery service failed miserably on both, with difference excuses on why they couldn't complete the delivery, leaving two of my tenants without laundry services. I called and complained to the store manager, and the MANAGER said it's out of his hands. What? You are the freaking manager. If Lowes can't deliver, my business can't depend on them. Going to be trying Home Depot in hopes of better service for my business needs.

Went to get 2 15 Amp Breakers the guy was knowledgeable about what I was looking for and what kind to get very friendly.
