Literally, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The hours are now 9-6 M-F At Klutey. I work 7-7 a day off on weekends. My script was accidentally sent there and filled and it's narcotics and can't be moved easily to another pharmacy. It was filled 3 days ago. I get off early to pick it up and they say its not ready. I said it was 3 days ago. She basically went on to say I already picked it up and that she can see if i picked it up, to she can't find it, and had to fill it again. 30 minutes, I spent with this lady. I was not happy. If you dont know something, don't blame the customer, get help to resolve it. You get paid to be at work. I don't get paid to stand there and wait. Rant over.

INCOMPETENT! I can not wait to get back to the city. A real one! Only in the country you could take a profession Pharmacy position and turn it into trash. Staff look unwashed and unclean. Girls working with pink hair, and 1 year old braids. They still don’t get anything right. The sad part is that they take forever to even get it wrong.

Ever since Walgreens has changed their hours due to Covid they have gotten worse! I ended up switching to a different pharmacy when it took all day to get my medicine. My father went to pick up my medicine for me just to know they gave me the wrong prescription! They had to look at the camera to see what happen! Since it was a medicine for my headaches if they didn’t have camera I would be screwed getting my medicine. The drive thru is ridiculous. They make you wait forever in a line. The inside isn’t any better. They always pick one side or the other inside. Your on the phone for 30 minutes and they keep putting you on hold! They are the worst pharmacy! I used to love them now they are the slowest in town! I don’t recommend them at all to my friends and family!

I ordered curbside pick up. My husband picked up and did not check the package. I ordered 2 items, buy 1 get 1 50% off. I only received 1 I called the store and told them of the mistake. The lady said well that's all I had back here for you so I would only have been charged for 1 if that's all I received. Told her no that my bank account shows they took out the total of 2. She said will need to bring it back and ask to speak to manager. I am probably not use this device again or will make sure to check the bag before the employee leaves the vehicle to make sure have complete order.

I've shop here for over 10 yrs. I love being greeted at the door. My only issue is the Pharmacy. They really need to have 3 people working all registers when they are packed.

Our prescriptions were purchased by Walgreens when Kmart Pharmacy went out of business. I could not use the automatic refill because I had Kmart RX #'s instead of Walgreen's. Called in daughter's refill. Waited 2 days to drive by to get, then was told they didn't fill because they needed insurance card (couldn't they have asked for that when I called in refill?). Had to wait another day. 2 weeks later, called in for myself and husband. Or, I should say TRIED to call in. Started calling on a Tuesday, approximately noon, and kept getting recording stating 3 people were waiting ahead of me. Tried 6 different times (remainder of Tuesday and Wednesday), still got same recording and after several 20 minute sessions of waiting, no answer. Finally called in at 6 a.m. on Thursday, while I still had to hold, the machine said only 1 person ahead of me. Waited for 18 minutes before receiving answer. Asked the pharmacist did they need my insurance card because of what had happened with daughter's RX. Was assured he did not. Received an automated call after 10 a.m. advising the prescriptions could not be filled because they needed insurance information. Called back, again - long waiting experience (while at work!!) and finally got thru. Gave them information and was told would be ready in 2 hours. Went by at 2 to give additional time, stood in line, only to be told by the clerk that my prescriptions had not been filled!!! Totally unacceptable. The clerk assured me they would get filled ASAP and call my name over the intercom. My name was never called and I went back to the counter ONE HOUR LATER (stood in line again) and when I got there, the prescriptions were ready - THEY HAD NOT BOTHERED TO CALL MY NAME. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT WALGREENS AGAIN! I think they are using this slowness as a marketing ploy to get you to buy something in their store while you wait, which is insensitive to the customer's time-frame. This negligence was the reason I left them for Kmart several years ago. Some things never change. Thank goodness the Kmart staff is opening a new pharmacy (Midway)!

My husband's scripts were sent in around 5pm. We figured it would take some time so we went and had a bite to eat and came back. 2hrs later he goes in and has been waiting another 30min. This is the slowest pharmacy we have ever used and won't be using again.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy in the country! Every time I come here it takes forever to get any service whether it is inside the pharmacy or out in the drive through. Something needs to be done about staffing the place accordingly or get everybody on the same page. Everyone is cutting up and joking around when there is definitely need for some professionalism and work ethics that need to be worked on soon.

My son was diagnosed with the Flu today, dropped prescriptions off at 12:45p asked if we could pick up in an hour, told no problem got there at 2:20p was told they were sorry they just put them in it would be 30 more minutes, they are so bad the doctor we use hand writes prescriptions because when you get there they never seem to have them!!I’m done with this place

This walgreens is terrible. Always delay your scripts hangs up on you when you call most in pharmacy have bad attitudes. Stay away from this one. It's one of the worst walgreens and been to walgrerns location all over the country. My script has refills due on the 14th they had it prior and it now the 17th and can't get an answer on why it's delayed.

Waited 1.5 hours just to find out that the pharmacist "Chris" who was handling a transfer of prescriptions had left and failed to let anybody know what was going on. Ended up waiting a total of 2.5 hours to fill a simple prescription. Most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I will NEVER use a walgreens pharmacy again and will refuse to do any additional shopping at Walgreens anywhere for the principal of it all.

Horrible service. It's bad when you drop off your prescription and they tell you it will be an hour before they will have it ready. I waited 2 hours and went back and they told me that I didn't have a script that was called in. So right there tells you they lie and they don't want to look for it. I told them your right it wasn't called in because I brought it in. Then she says oh it will be an hour before we can have it ready. I didn't leave and had it in 15 minutes. That place is a joke.

Slowest pharmacy in town. DO NOT USE. When got medicine through outside lane it flew out on ground had to pickbup off of ground. Awful experience took 3 hours to get meds.

Has improved alot over the last few months. Feel bad for them because they have way to many customers verses employee's there so the people working there constantly have to deal with rude customers when they are there and trying.

This place is PATHETIC!!! Never in my life have I seen a pharmacy take as long as this place does. Highly recommend anyone to go anywhere but here unless you want to spend 30 tob45 minutes (sometimes longer) waiting to be helped.

My son had a very bad experience today with this pharmacy. I looked at their reviews and I can believe them. The pharmacist was very rude and hateful to him. Bet they won't be getting any or our business again.
