for the most part, sureway has what you need when you need it. that’s something that I really appreciate, it’s a close store. It’s not overly packed with things, but they always have it pretty well stocked. Things that I don’t really care about for Sureway, are they pride themselves on no cart racks in the parking lot because they have a carry out service. I’ve been going to this sureway for quite a while, and I very seldom ever see anyone get their groceries taken out. Sureway says that sometimes their prices are a little higher because of the service they give you. Well on top of that there’s been a couple of times over the last month, where there has been no cashier only self check out. Which means in point you’re going to be carrying your groceries again after you’ve checked out by yourself. I think that if you’re going to be the small town, grocery, that offers the service then you need to continue with that effort. I’m not going to stop going it’s just I think they need to be a little more honest about what they’re trying to accomplish.

I don’t understand why all we really have here is Sureway. Who in local office has stock in this place for real? Overpriced but sometimes have deals. Check your dates, I’ve run into expired things once I get home if I forget to check at the store. Deli fried chicken is tasty and employees are nice. But for real…check your dates.

I believe people try to be good and good to customers but get real the people that work at the sureway on sandlane in Henderson ky are very dishonest I've tried on several occasions to speak with John the manager and he continued to walk past me on several different occasions while I tried asking for help the woman cora she is very disrespectful and rude and there is a woman by the name of Shannon who gossips and spreads lies to customers I'm a regular customer and been one for several years and I don't appreciate the customer service at all

The Sureway on 2nd Street is closer to my house. But to be honest the Sureway on Sand Lane is much better. It is easier to find things. It's definitely cleaner. The aisles are wider just all around a better grocery store and then the other sureway.

Sureways a fine place to get your groceries, the 5 4 $20 in there we get five meat items for $20, which really isn't bad. And I've got lots of things to choose from they got vegetables, fresh produce, if you are getting groceries it's your go to grocery.

I have been coming here for years never have I ever had someone be completely rude to me and this person is a manager unbelievable . First walking in this woman is always rude when I come in. I asked for assistance couldn’t even direct me to where anything was had 3 gallons of spoiled milk I had requested for a refund she said I couldn’t even do that . Managers here can’t even do a a lottery ticket let alone cash a check or get you a refund then why are you a manager . And persisted to argue with me about my spoiled milk then asked to see my receipt for all my items I had already paid for . Like that in the hell. Ashley whatever her name was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had . On top of I waited almost 20 minutes at the counter for a manager to even come up and assist me by then my ice cream was melted . I couldn’t even get new ones don’t even bother coming in at night to get groceries .

This place is nasty and rude and a joke and chad is a racist against black people and he’s against lgbtq people has roaches and mice and resells expired food they also pull the coupons off items and resend them to corporate so they can get more money they don’t grant you breaks or meal breaks and definitely favoritism and the managers don’t know how to manage anyone but sit in the back and do nothing . Expect you to work over time with no over pay and definitely favoritism here chad speaks to you and yells at you like a slave. Your checks will be 150 to 200 dollars but you put in over 40 hours a week. Check your dates on your food most is rotten spoiled or expired the meat isn’t properly processed in the back . Don’t eat from the deli nothing is up to health code being cleaned or detailed or the oil isn’t being changed out properly friers haven’t been cleaned in a long time .

We are all always Wal Mart bound some time or another. I like Sureway foods because of the quickness of being able to get in an out.I know Wal Mart as all those lanes open know for self serves, which is great.But Sureway is quicker for one that doesn't have all day. Another wards you don't have to walk a mile for the Milk. An that is way I stop there more.

Weekly sales are wonderful to help with the cost of food and drinks. A meat counter selection that can't be beat in a small town. The 5 for 25 deals at the meat counter help keep the weekly food budget under control.

Really gone down in recent years. With Walmart arms their only real competition they have a dual monopoly and no real customer appreciation is given. Great people work there but the corporate side of things drags the chain down.

Spent $15 on two big packs of pork chops and all but one were good. All the others were a dark brown with a greenish hue. Please make sure you check your products people do not have the money to waste. I bought extra to try and help friends in need and couldn't even have any for my family

This stores straight nasty and ghetto. Always out of everything. Customer service can never do any transactions from money orders to cashing checks, nothing. Western union never works. Chicken is held to long. Doesn’t carry basic items like fresh basil. Go to a different store or better yet make the trip to evansville you won’t be disappointed. Ps store is always dirty and stinks and cashiers are dirty looking.PS better price everything you buy! I kid you not they had a pint of heavywhipping cream for $8.00. Walmart had it for $1.97Watch you buys! Absolute GREED

They have very good food Fried Chicken and Potato Wedges, IF you can manage to actually get any. We use to go there often, but here lately they are "closed" even when they aren't, or you order ahead and they never seem to have it together. This last time, I called to verify that they were open, was told that they quit cooking at 5:30, so I told the lady we were on the way since they couldn't take the order by phone. We then we get there at 5, but wasn't waited on until 5:22 and are then told they stop cooking at 5:15 and so wouldn't take our order.

Absolutely horrible!! Only automated cashier,no humans, with the exception being the woman monitoring the machines glaring at us the whole time we were checking out, like we were thieves!! No positive things about that store

Love the service I get. Everyone is so friendly. The employees seem Anxious to help in any way they can. I have always shopped there, and will continue. I have to say I have seen a big change (for the better), and love it . I don't think it is because I am now on oxygen, because I have only been on oxygen for a short time. I have always felt special in your store. Oh, and the prices are great.Thank you employees of Sureway !!!!

It was Well stocked and clean. I had a great experience over phone with ordering my first cake and pick up on NYE. The girl answering the phone, explained sizes and costs.and very helpful. But Surprise, the Message melted by the next day. No real problem just GTK!

I love our local Sureway grocery stores. There are 3 in my community. It's becoming a world with distant customer service while Sureway still provides the comfort and treat of receiving the personal service that has seemed to be long gone in most current grocery stores.They still run great weekly specials too!

Shelves were well stocked for a normal day. So the fact that this is the day before Thanksgiving it makes it even better. The store was very busy, but they had most lines opened so there wasn't much of a wait. Prices are slightly higher than with some of the big box stores but not outrageous. Employees offered help and were kind.

This place is amazing. I will shop her before I would Walmart. They have really good friend chicken and it's cheaper than anywhere else. It is greasy sometimes but what is fried chicken without grease lol. The employees here are great. Emily is the sweetest. My daughter loves her to death. I will continue to shop here as good service. Would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great store to shop for all your foods. Everything is fresh as well! Come in and look and buy for yourself. You won't be disappointed at their store!
