Doctor Dell and the team at the Cat Vet of Hebron have always been good to me and treated my cats with care and love and treated me as their owner. With equal care and respect. I refuse to use any other vets for my cats. My experiences at this vet make me wish that Doctor Dell had another practice for only dogs so my dogs could receive the same great care.

Wow, can I say I am amazed. I was a bit hesitant due to other reviews, but this vet office is perfect! My kitty was well taken care of at our appointment and the Dr showed me around the hospital. 10/10, I recommend and I will definitely be keeping this as my main clinic! Pricing is reasonable, and the Dr and assistants are very informative!

We were initially pleased with Dr Dell. However, the more we visited the more we began to feel she was mostly interested in $ than the health of our cats. She recommended our 15 year old male, neutered, extremely stress sensitive cat be put under anesthesia for a tooth removal. Quoted $400, charged over $700. Our cat developed a urinary blockage and needed emergency treatment the next day. She charged another $440. Unfortunately our precious Checkers did not recover, suffered immensely and had to be euthanized 24 hours later. We had a balance outstanding for the post op work she did. They didn’t wait more than a couple days to start harassing us for payment of the $440. You would think someone who specializes in cats would know about male cat urinary blockage problems, and that our cat was a prime candidate for post op problems. She has caused immeasurable pain to our family that could have easily been prevented. Our cat was fine until we started taking him to Dr Dell. Now he’s dead.

Maggie saw Dr Dell for the first time for her yearly checkup. Her staff is gracious and that includes Charlotte the office cat. Her assistant did some of the initial checks while Maggie sat in the sink. We chatted about her health and behaviors as she made notes. Dr Dell came in to find Maggie hiding in the basket under the bench. 😻. After a thorough check of her physically we spoke about her eating, activities, vaccinations and general needs. Dr Dell gave me a tour of her facility. It is very comprehensive and she is set up to handle anything a cat needs. I like being back with a “small town” style doctor. Having someone that focuses specifically on cats is a plus in their knowledge and care.

Absolutely amazing staff here! So very helpful, kind, caring, and patient with my multiple questions. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, the vet is an absolute gem, and I was even offered a tour by a young lady who showed me the whole office and how everything is catered specifically to cats. Major kudos to the staff today; I misunderstood their closing time on Friday (thought they were open till 5:30, but it's really 5:00 closing time) I strolled in around 5:15 to pick up special food for my diabetic kitty. They could have easily turned me away, they were already closed and about to escape for the weekend. They could have grudgingly helped me while making it clear that I was disrupting their schedule. But no, they were gracious and courteous! Booted the computer back up just to get me taken care of and all with smiles and polite conversation. Thank you Cat Vet of Hebron staff for your care of my special guy and awesome customer service!

I took my cat to a different vet before I found this vet and I just want to say that I would never take my cat to any other vet now that I've found this one! It's a wonderful place. My cat doesn't throw a fit getting into her carrier to go to this vet and I trust everyone that works there. Doctor Dell is knowledgeable and just wonderful. It's quiet and very clean. It's a perfect place for cats. We love it.

A huge thank you for the worst couple of days... My 16 year old cat was very sick over the weekend, Cat Vet got me in on Monday after I submitted an email for an appointment on Sunday. Dr. Bell & the staff were wonderful with him, he had to stay a few hours for tests & treatments, when we realized his best route would be to be put down, they allowed me to come take him home & return for an appointment the next day (today) to put him to sleep. I was super emotional but Dr. Bell was very patient with me every step of the way, and explained everything completely & made me comfortable with our decision. I will be making future appointments for my other fur babies.

I have not taken my cat there yet, but wanted to express how helpful they were when I called on the phone. I was trying to get some information or possibly a second opinion before having my cat go for a costly procedure that required him to go under anesthesia. They were significantly more responsive than the vet I have been taking my cat to. I will be looking to move my cat's care to this office.

Calm, cat friendly vet! My Tiger was all over the place and enjoyed the window which was build in so our cats can jump up and enjoy nature's sight. Their surgery tables are heated!! Prices are a not really higher, but you get a vet who is specialized in cats! As a cat lover, this is priceless...

I have taken my cats here for 5 years. Dr Dell is an amazing feline only vet who goes the extra mile to ensure the health of your furry family member. The office is quiet, clean and comfortable. No antiseptic smell that is common at most vets. Her staff are knowledge, caring and friendly. I live in Ohio, so it is a bit of a drive. She is cognizant of this and will have meds shipping if needed. She is truly the vet you want for your cat.

My cat hates the vet... as most do. The entire experience is very stressful for her. Recently, she was having some urinary issues, so I decided to try a "bark-free" vet this time around. I am immensely happy I made the switch! I was very impressed with Dr. Dell and Jackie throughout our first visit. This will be my cat's provider for as long as I live in the area. If you have a cat, please consider improving their healthcare experience by taking them to a cat-only accredited vet!

Dr. Dell is amazing with our cat Winston. The Cat Vet of Hebron is always really clean and all the staff is excellent. I changed vets to a feline only practice because of his health problems my past vet couldn't figure out. It is slightly more expensive, but 100% worth it to give your cats the specialized care they may need! I wish I had chose Dr. Dell from the start!

This place is amazing ... quiet, clean and professional, and designed just for cats. They fostered and raised an amazing young cat for over 6 months that I just adopted. Amazing people. Amazing service. We have two adults that we bring to them regularly. We recently saved saved two six week old kittens and brought them into the office five minutes before close, since they were riddled with fleas. Dr. Dell and her staff happily helped us out and gave us additional advice on what to do from there on out. The kittens had multiple issues (fleas, worms, ear mites, and more), but they helped us keep them healthy. Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are incredibly helpful and seem to genuinely care. Thanks for all that you do.

I should have taken my cats here from the start. Dr. Dell has now seen 3 of my furbabies in a matter of months and has provided quick and accurate diagnoses and treatment after feeling failed by another vet office. Best of all, my cats don't even realize they're at the vet. My littlest one got a "cheez-whiz popcicle" out of a syringe and was in heaven!!! The office is incredibly quiet, clean and I finally feel heard! The individualized care my cats have received is commendable and I have never felt rushed out. Thanks Dr. Dell and staff!

This veterinarian not only takes care of the cat's body, but also the cat's mind, heart and soul. They know how to charm my cat and have him eating out of their hands and following them around, when under ordinary circumstances, he really doesn't want to be touched. Most of us don't want to admit that we typically take our pets to the vet only for yearly check ups and the occasional vaccination unless there is something majorly wrong with our furry friend. When that happens you either have to pray for an opening or pay outrageous prices at one of the emergency vets.When my 9 month old kitten had been vomiting repeatedly and I knew something was seriously wrong, they were able to get me in asap and took special care of my baby. They let me view the entire facility including all of the stuff working in the background for the health of our kitties. They explained everything in a way I could understand and the prices for treatment were very reasonable!I love that they specialize in cats because they are such finicky creatures and hard to read sometimes. You could tell they have a real passion for what they do. They got my baby all fixed up and even called the next day to see how she was doing! My cats are like my children and I felt like I could trust them completely!Very kind, very professional and very understanding of your cat's needs!
