Seems like a bright, clean store. It seems to be undergoing some construction but not an active work site while I was shopping. The employee at self-checkout was friendly and greeted me.

Went to Starbucks here and my drink was made wrong. I ordered chocolate cold foam and they made it with mocha. I went back and asked them how they made the foam and I was immediately greeted with sass. They told me *twice* its made with sweet cream(obviously), I said “no the chocolate part” and a second employee stepped in to say “its made with sweet cream and mocha” i asked them if they had chocolate malt powder and they said no. I work at a different location so i can say very confidently chocolate cold foam is made with chocolate malt powder and sweet cream. Please retrain the staff to know their recipes and not greet customers with attitude

If you add coupons to your Kroger Plus Card then they should automatically come off! Since they did not, the cashier stated they was used already. Explained they weren't. Employee reply "Well someone in your family did". Customer Service did NOT honor & others in line having same exact issues!! Normally this Kroger is wonderful but my opinions have changed now. Prior week earlier 2items was $3.99 regular shelf tag & they rang up $4.29! I had to take pics from shelf to prove customers are right! Imagine how many ppl shop & don't catch that! Not cool!!

This Kroger allows their employees to bare hand food they serve to the public. I was told I couldn't buy pre cooked fried chicken because they were out. I wish I took a picture of the POUNDS of chicken they had on display. When I mentioned it to another employee, the response I got was "Oh yeah, they lie a lot". Do better.

In this Kroger, you bag your own groceries while the employees watch. You have to move their Starbcuks cups out of the way to do their job. Don't worry, the management stands there and does nothing to help. They only clean when Kroger big wigs are going to be there. They never clean for their own community. Want something from their chicken/pizza counter? All you have to do is wait for 20 minutes. Someone will be right along to tell you they don't have anything to sell you, even when it is plainly visible. Want to complain? The employees openly admit they lie to you. What an absolute joke of a business. Has been for a decade.

I have picked up EXPIRED products on multiple occasions. Not even just a few days but by months. I feel like it isn’t my job as a customer to make sure the products on the shelf aren’t expired…

Parking lot filthy with broken glass in handicap area. I reported but no one went out to clean up. No real registers open just self check out. I am elderly and my body hurts. I do not want to unload, bag and reload my groceries. The store was a mess.

It's Kroger, the biggest grocery chain but bigger doesn't always mean better. Customer service in the aisle is non-existent and many items advertised are not even carried until months later. They offer an app which they change every month ( keeping it confusing), and the service desk closes too soon to be useful for the working public. Now they are playing games with my fuel points. Points are supposed to expire at the end of the month. Watch your points carefully because 3 times they have erased my hard earned points before the close of business on the last day of the month.

The only problem with Fort Mitchell Kroger's they let the Beachwood high school kids park in their parking lot and sometimes we'll most all the time it's very hard to find a parking spot which can be very annoying

The worst place to shop they have attitude problem every time I go in there I have to wear sunglasses due to the concrete floor being real shiny due to epilepsy they said don't worry about it so apparently they could care there are people that has epilepsy floor to shiny for our eyes

Been standing in line for over 30 minutes only 5 self checkouts were open at 9 pm. Where are the cashiers? Managers?Somebody could at least open the other 12 self checkouts that are closed?If this place wasn't a monopoly for the next 3 cities I would shop elsewhere.

Just called a waste of time by a manager over an incorrectly priced item that was then given to me for free. Also, pressing Call Attendant doesn't actually do that. No flashing light or beeping to alert someone. Maybe it does but idle banter takes presedence They still chat with other employees while you wait for them. Only reason I interrupt them is my patience wears thin when it comes to not being attentive. Second, if you are going to have a price right guarantee, make sure policy is what it says and is standard across all stores. If my total is $5.49 and the product is $4.49, then you deduct $4.49. The employee was going to adjust the price without any discount. I understand it only applies to one item and not every item that may come up incorrectly. Have a discussio a corporate on how to handle situations like me better than saying you don't want to waste time on me. Can't wait until Publix is up here.

Between having to walk completely around the click list workers and their huge racks and having to scan a full cart of groceries since the 2 lines with cashier's had long lines, it was great. Are we going to have to start going to a warehouse to find our items next?

Kroger’s in Hebron is actually pretty good to go in there when it comes to shopping sometimes but not all the time because how people treat other people but the lady at the kiosk does not give her the right to start yelling at customers and refusing people service, and everything and yelling at someone is not a good thing either even complaining to other people and then talking to someone not realizing someone was actually related to that person. It’s ridiculous if she was working where I was, she would’ve been fired.

A little mad right now. Bought bananas and i guess they went in someone elses cart. It was the first thing i put on the conveyor, so I'm assuming the person in front of me got them. Open up some more lanes so maybe the cahier and the bagger won't feel so overwhelmed.

Love this krogers always has what I want everyone is nice. Well until lately of course had to do shelf check out. Well the light started flashing the guy came over and said I have to watch the video we think your stealing. Also just purchased some boneless wings. Sell by the 26th there was a sticker under it with the date of the 23rd. Sad krogers

Wow!! This Kroger is so nice! Clean, great produce and wide selection of groceries. I was especially amazed at the clothing section! I’m pickier on clothing and these were very cute women’s clothes and nice clothes for men, children and babies too. I only wish we had this nice of a Kroger in Texas.

Hire more employees and pay them more. I have to bag my groceries regularly and the line for the Deli takes 30 minutes every time . HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM MORE.Thanks

As far as this Kroger goes, it's not one of the worst ones. The employees I've encountered have all been lovely. The bathrooms could absolutely be cleaner though, and they should definitely have public wifi available; it's almost 2023! Get w/the program Hebron Kroger.Also, the parking lot is...weird. It's just this unbroken, unshaded, stark expanse & NOT welcoming at all. If we lived in a hotter climate, it would not surprise me to see tumbleweeds blowing across it. They need to bring in some landscape architects STAT!I do have to say that I only stop here when I can't be bothered to go to a Walmart. Although Walmart's are very few & far between in this area, they are MUCH less expensive than Kroger; Kroger has just lost their freaking minds where pricing is concerned. Just one appalling example? The yummy Lance brand Captain's Wafers Cream Cheese & Chive snack crackers here?? Last time I checked, they were over $4 a box. Exact same product/size at Dollar General? ONE dollar!

I used to like to shop here. Today, the cashiers weren't even wearing their masks. They were shouting to each other about something the management said. When they weren't making fun of the customers as they were walking out, they were too busy talking to even ring you up. I had to wait a good minute just standing there waiting for the cashier to get off her phone to finalize the transaction. Never again will I shop here.

Look, if you go here expecting to be pampered like you're at a high-class resort, you will be dissappointed. This is a grocery store in a subrban/rural area of Kentucky. With that in mind, this store has remained as clean and well-stocked as any other grocery store around. The workers are generally friendly and helpful. They will get you checked out and back in your car as fast as possible. I think some of the people leaving reviews need to join the real world and stop expecting so much from a grocery store.

Shopped on 1/05/24 and the register charged my debit card twice for the same amount. Followed up with management to no avail. Kroger refuses to refund the erroneous charge, even with proof.
