I had to work so I left my son and husband at home to be there with the installer. The first day my son messaged me in just a few hours to tell me his room was done and he loved it. The next day the second room was done in less than 3 hours. Doug did a remarkable job and the flooring looks great as I expected. Great, professional job CFI yet again! The crew came in and switched out our doors. After removing the old floor, they also walked me through where past issues where just covered up and we collaborated to fix those and level off the floor where needed. The end result was outstanding, and care went into the finishing details.I would absolutely recommend their services.

Excellent experience and install - I'm blown away!!! They installed around 1K square feet of carpet in our home in one day, with exceptional quality. The carpet is stretched nice and tight (no bubbles) and the seams are non-existent. I couldn't find a seam if my life depended on it! It all looks like one piece of carpet - throughout the rooms, closets, and hallway. They vacuumed and cleaned everything up after the install and I couldn't be happier. I have had a poor install experience with a different company, which made me appreciate what an amazing job they did. We got a 60oz carpet and thick pad through Home Depot. Thank you!!

Showed up on time and finished on time. Did a professional job on my 5 rooms of new carpet. Very happy with the results. A little difficult communicating as only 1 worker spoke fluent English but they all knew what they were doing and did it well.

Our experience wit the entire install was completely perfect.The Product is beautiful. The Installation crew was very courteous and always cleaning up after themselves. They communicated with us throughout the whole project. We gave them part of the garage to set up their tools and as a prep area and they left the jobsite spotless. We have talked to multiple people about our new floors and showed them the floor in person or on pictures and we always point out how happy we where with the installers. Thank you. We will use you for our next flooring project in the near future.

We used this company because they work with Home Depot for installs, we were thrilled! We had to get carpet removed and new carpet installed. Rafael and Raul showed up at the very beginning of the arrival window we were given. They were friendly but professional and started removing the old carpet and carpet pads immediately. We were replacing all of the carpet in a 3 story condo that we were renovating. The carpet was at least 30 years old so it had visible signs of wear (dirty traffic patterns) and some stains (not pet stains though). Having read other reviews I was a bit concerned that the stains would be an issue but neither installer even questioned me about them. They estimated that the job would take 6-7 hours, which it did. They did a great job of disposing of the old carpet and pads and made sure that everything was cleaned up and vacuumed to my satisfaction before they left. I couldn't have asked for a better installation experience. I would definitely use CFI again and would request that Rafael and Raul do the installation.Service: Carpet installation

Chris called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very professional and answered all questions that I had for him. Chris had me inspect the job when he finished and asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I am very pleased with his work and my basement looks wonderful. Chris had a helper, Travis I think, who was learning the trade, I could hear Chris patiently giving him step by step instruction and checking his work along the way, to advise or correct as Travis went along. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I will definitely be asking for Chris if I have any other carpeting jobs that need to be done! :) Very, very pleased with everything!

We had carpeting installed by CFI in our finished basement. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They called ahead of time to advise when they would be at our home and arrived on schedule. They did a great job installing the carpet, and the stairs were perfect! They cleaned up everything (old carpet and padding) and left the area in immaculate condition! They even vacuumed the carpet that they installed. When they finished the installation, they had us inspect the job to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We had a very good experience with the company, and I would highly recommend CFI for your carpet needs.Service: Carpet installation

My experience was extremely pleasant! The sales team was very friendly and ensured that I got exactly what I was looking for. The installation team was fabulous! When I said I was ready to schedule, they got me in the next day. They were very respectful and friendly! Great experience from start to finish! They arrived when they said they would and even offered to install a week earlier than scheduled. I had a 2 man crew that installed 1,000 sq ft of carpet in around 8 hours. The crew they sent to my house was super friendly and very skilled. Highly recommend 👌
