We take both of our dogs to Best Friends! We love the staff and small town feel! After his groom, Blitz, our long hair German Shepard is sooo soft and smells so good! We just want to cuddle with him! We can't say enough good things about this place!

We took our 90 lb collie here for the first time a few days ago. They did an AMAZING job with him. He’s a hand full and I’m sure he gave them grieve. He’s never looked or felt better. AND they did NOT cut his mane off like other places have. Wylee the wild child has found a new spa ❤️

Our favorite groomering salon. Summer and her staff are always so loving to our dogs. She does the best job on our Shih Tzu and cares very much for our elderly timid terrier mix. Highly recommend them. I even travel 20 miles to go to them- they are that good!

I have taken my dogs there in the past and have a new dog. I have left several messages because they don’t answer the phone ( I get they may be grooming dogs at the time), but I did not even get a courtesy call back. Guess they don’t need my business anymore.

Our dog has anxiety issues. He has never been crated, so grooming used to be hard.Summer at BFPS comes in at 7am to groom our dog in a quiet, stress free environment. He leaves the salon happy and perfectly groomed. We drive out of our way to go to BFPS, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My baby girl was supposed to get a cut, not shaved. They didn’t apologize for cutting her wrong or even for the fact that I hated it! The owner was completely hands off, like it wasn’t her and James didn’t give a care that I was upset and blamed it on me because she had only had one cut in her year of life. They didn’t even leave enough hair on her head for a bow! I will never go back and you shouldn’t attempt!Oh and they aren’t following ANY COVID-19 procedures or sanitation!

Summer and her staff are the best! I've been told multiple times of "cheaper groomers" around but they never hold a candle to the service and care Summer gives. My fur baby will go NOWHERE else ever!

Shaved our dog bald, was not even close to whar we asked for. Also tore one of her dew claws out during the "grooming". Complete hacks, have no business grooming dogs if this is the level of incompentance they have with all dogs.

They do well with the cut, but twice I picked up my dog and she smelled...not like she just had a bath after a trim. The staff is rude.
