I go here 3 times a week to buy a chicken for lunch and I depend on them being there between 12-12:15 as I’m on my lunch break. I’m on a Strict diet of meat only and no seed oil or fried food.Today they were not going to be ready until 1:15-1:30 and when I asked why the guy behind the counter lied and said they already sold out when I could see the rotisserie was full and he told me they were going to be done in an hour 15 minutes. I also have been informed by the lady who usually works that section of the deli they take 4 hours. And he wasn’t at all in a good mood I gave 4 stars because usually the service is awesome and the chickens here are way tastier than at food city the only other place in town.

My Husband and I were staying at a hotel across from the Hazard Kentucky Walmart and needed to run in for a few items. We went in around 9 at night and was very pleasantly surprised. Almost all the checkouts had a worker at it, the store was spotless and every worker we came in contact with was so very kind. Keep up the amazing work Hazard and let this store be an example of what a grocery store should be like. Thank you for a great experince!!

Came here on the second since I had eaten dinner nearby at a restaurant with my loved ones. Thought I would pick some things up my family needed at home.Went to return something and watched this dude named Ricky who was at the customer service desk treat a young couple very poorly he even told the lady taking over for him loudly in front of other customers that, "They are not to be trusted." The female had been taking out every card she could have paid with and was making an honest effort to show proof of purchase.People lose receipts all the time and may I suggest associates ask customers to check their Walmart app? Trying to ruin people's credibility and make a scene, not cool.Hope I don't need to stop at this Walmart in the near future. Lots of neat stuff to look at but nothing is in the right spot for price. Pointed this out nicely to two associates on the floor.Waited for an hour to talk to a manager named Grant coming on shift and asked them to address this kind of behavior. Other companies have faced adverse actions for it.This is supposed to be a flagship store in this district.Never got a call back from the store manager or district manager for what I witnessed. Good job Walmart for accusing an innocent of being a thief.

Large selection of many items, not to bad as a shopper, but ive witnessed many time management treat there associates like dirt ,right in full view and hearing of customers. Which has to be embarrasing and belittleing to the employee and reflects bad on the company. Telling an employee to go ahead and quit, that they have 2 more people waiting to take the job if they do quit. I dobt have much context but either way no matter right or wrong ,that conversation shouldve been private. Ive heard horror stories but i admitedly didnt witness .

The young man at the self check outs with the pony tail, glasses, and nose piercing is always so helpful and nice to me. He doesn't act annoyed when he has to help with issues with the self checks. Give this young man a raise

Walmart is Walmart, this is a matter of true convenience for many of the locals located close to many other stores to make it a one stop shop. People were nice, I still don't like checking my own items out just to be babysat with my receipt at the door. Overall a good experience.

I have came by the jewelry counter too many times to count and they never stock the Watch batteries! I buy the watches from WalMart expressly for that reason. Mady was the sales associate that attempted to assist us at 1200 hours pm on the 5th of April 2023. I will come by next week and update this review. The battery I needed for my watch is 377, let’s see if have some next week, I’m betting not.

Very busy, felt as though I was being followed through out my time inside the store, only 2 check outs open the rest were self check outs please explain how it is you can't trust the customers to shop without the aid of security, but then let them check themselves out ? I'm sure there are ways to cheat there also so if u can't trust your customers to do the right thing should we all be treated as potential shoplifters because of the actions of a few

Love the store but the hours need to move back to 24 hours. I get disappointed when I remember they close early still. They need to stop having people go Checkout themselves, bag it and load the buggy themselves. They could at least have one if those young guy workers help out older people.
