It's a great place to save money. If you see something there you want, you better get it right then, because when you go back, it will probably be gone. I have gone in, and there were several pallets of a popular cookie for a dollar a pack. The next day, I decided to get some more before they sold out. I went back the next day, and they were all gone. Again, great place to save money

If you are close it is worth stopping at. Many things are close to date, but if you plan on using them soon great deals. You can find some great bargains and dates can be a year away. I purchased some dried beans for 79 cents a pound with best use by date of 17 months out.Plan on spending time looking through ever aisle. Staff was very friendly. Will go again if I am anywhere close.

This place is my favorite place for deals.It might not have everything I want but what they do offer is great priced .I stock up on what they offer and I'm never disappointed on the range of deals they have.Clean , well stocked store with very nice , sociable employees and staff.

I really enjoy shopping at the Hazard Kentucky United Grocery Outlet store. There's always something new, and the prices are great. I don't have any over-inflated expectations of perfection in terms of quality of some of the items. When you're paying such low prices, you should accept that some stuff will be 'hit or miss'.The frozen foods section has lots of values and variety. The produce seems to be best in the beginning of the week. Good prices on mushrooms, apples and potatoes. There's always some great deals in the various meats offered, every Tuesday there are deals on Angus meats. Most of the time, there's enough products in each section to make your meals, just not 20 kinds of ketchup or excessive things like that.The employees are friendly and have been helpful in all the times i have been there. I don't think there are restrooms available to the public.Some of the items are for sale beyond the 'best by' date, but i haven't had any problems with freshness of my purchases.Thanks for reading, now go find some deals! :)

This place has some great deals and great prices I go there almost everytime im in hazard. I found this place on accident seen the name a kinda chuckled. My lady was like where are we going I said we are going right there. She is from around here and had no idea about it. When we walked in and seen the prices on the food frozen goods and stuff like that we filled a cart from top to bottom and sent about 200$. They do run out of stuff a d it is not surprising with the costs of thier food. Its good enough I almost want to leave a 1* to keep this gem from being swarmed and having no food when we go up there next.

Best grocery store in Hazard! I have shopped at UGO since living in Fort Payne, Alabama years and years ago. I know to look for dates & such but lately, it's better than ever. They have a whole new staff, everything is scanned correctly, fresh foods, a butcher, etc. I love this store and their helpful employees.

I absolutely love this place. They have excellent prices on name brand food items and constantly changing stock. If you are vegetarian or eat slightly esoteric things that dont move quickly at other grocery chains, this is your spot. 10/10 .

My favorite grocery store in Hazard. Always has something out of the ordinary that you just have to try. Large selection of cereals, drinks and snacks are the highlights but the star is always the frozen foods where I find some real gems on every visit. Makes it a must stop for anyone on a budget.

Cheap prices. Best thing about this place is the meat section. Some of the other stuff you gotta be careful with...check expiration dates & such. Love that you can buy something's in bulk in the freezer section.
