Some of the prices are good but other things are just crazy like I found a Kamen rider belt that they price at $168 when on the Internet it's only 50 at most Plus I was treated like I was an idiot and didn't know what I was doing just by walking around and asking questions also one employee I don't know his name but I was asking him a question and he had called someone on the phone and insulted me in front of them saying that he couldn't remember the numbers he was supposed to give them because he was talking to me by going a certain customer and I was the only one in there oh and they also carry illegal games and software plus they don't seem like they have any cohesion or how to run the place because they have so many figures and stuff put into boxes cuz they're too lazy to price themI also can get two 50 dollars games and $200 game system and only get $30 this place is a joke but if you get the right employee it's fine

Amazing place with cheap service and great hearts. My laptop couldn’t be repaired and they let me know exactly what was wrong and laid out what I had to pay for the diagnostic test on the phone. Very flexible with pickup or will throw away for you. Very helpful and kind!

I’m so blessed and thankful for monkey punch i was having problems out my PS4 pro overheating for a while I thought it was the hard drive going bad thank GOD i talked to someone that knew what it was overheating he did a good job fixing my ps4 pro I definitely recommend them they know what they are doing friendly people GOD bless each and everyone of you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Adam is super friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff and wont let you throw your money away on an item that's not worth fixing. He will tell you straight up and help you find a better solution. Great place. Jenn is super cool too!

I bought a few games from here and they all worked. The owner is a man middle-aged, his mother also works there and she followed me all over the store as if I were going to steal something when I have been a paying customer in the past and I had no intentions of stealing. That made me uncomfortable but nonetheless the games work that I bought there and I would recommend it to a friend

I’ve only had one thing repaired there, but I’m happy to say they have amazing service and the person who works there is very smart and nice.He told me that my computer couldn’t be fixed and told me a good place to get a new one.The place is also very good for retro and new games, as it is where I got my GBA and N64 and my games for them.They also have some of the consoles in between like the wii and ps3. Pretty much, if you need a repair, you pay for the work needed, and if you want a game/game console that isn’t sold at other places, you go here.

I thought I was going to need my charger port fixed but they said it just needed cleaning, they cleaned my charger port and left it like new for 15 bucks! Thank you for your honesty!

Took a phone to get fixed. Worked fine for one day then the screen messed up again from pressure applied behind the screen. Would not fix the phone again or refund the money, stay clear of this place, They are the biggest scam in hazard.

Every one is super nice there, lots of products to browse through, the man that works there he fixed my boyfriends phone screen about a month ago and it’s as good as new! Repair work is amazing super nice quality everyone is respectful and I have never had a problem at Monkey Punch Repairs.

This place is the best repair shop in town. Adam, the owner and tech, is familiar with just about everything to do with not only computers but games and even comics. If you need a part replaced or a check up, I strongly recommend Monkey Punch.

We had a laptop with a broken screen, they fixed it well. Don't really have any experience to compare it to. They do have alot of games there including tabletop RPG... Dice too

Almost double the price of competitors. Gave an estimate of at least 6 to 7 days to fix an I phone screen that takes 20 minutes to fix.

Never answers the phone and always rude on the phone the owners mom is rude and has a small attuide games work systems work some stuff is way to over priced where I could go elsewhere to get other deals its hard for a person like me to find someone to play mtg Yu-Gi-Oh with now only store near me can't contact to get info to play wouldn't recommend for a regular store stick with the vault in Jackson or GameStop

Awesome store...can fix electronics reasonabke prices...some items in the store are some what over priced...like the little surprise boxes and things...but in the turn around they do have reasonable prices as well.. Good customer service too
