Absolutely adorable little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Hazard. The staff was awesome and so sweet. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and they asked questions to help me narrow down my options. Ended up with a French toast latte light flavor, and it was perfect!!!! Definitely one of the better lattes I've had and wasn't too sweet. It is located inside an older building and has a great vibe!Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy options and sugar free syrups.

I love coming into your coffee shop anytime I get a chance! It always feels warm and inviting! You guys are always friendly and it is my home coffee shop! The teas and my usual sweater weather coffee with oat milk is always so perfect every time. Thank you for being so awesome and keep doing what you guys do!! I would recommend everyone to come here! 😁

Relaxed atmosphere. They are happy to let you hang around as long as you want.Lots of board games for adults and kids. A great family place. Our small children like to drink a hot beverage and play the boatd games.Kid-friendliness: A favorite with our children. Our 5yr old had a quiet party there with grandparents and loved it.

I love this coffee shop. I’m not local to the area but usually pass through Kentucky at least a couple times per year and always go out of my way to stop here. Today I was excited to share this place with my sister and we drove 2 hours out our way to stop in. I was honestly shocked by how horrible the barista’s customer service was. If this were my first stop in, and I hadn’t had such great experiences here over the past few years, I would not ever come back. This is a great coffee shop and I would absolutely recommend it, just very disappointed with today’s experience.

We came down from Toledo, OH to visit my daughter who is working with Americorps to help with the flood disaster cleanup. She proudly took us to visit this wonderful coffee shop! Fantastic espresso drinks. Great pumpkin spice & caramel lattes, and the iced London Fog tea with lavender & agave syrups was a delicious treat! Comfy seating. Games available to play. And the young man running the store, Evan I think, was a gem! Great experience!

My friend and I waited for 15 minutes for a latte this morning as the one worker continued her work on a delivery order for later in the morning . Instead of working to fill 2 simple cups for us walk-ins, she took her time writing on the many cups and filling those orders while we just watched and waited. I understand that there was an order to fill, however, walk-ins should not have to wait so long as we have time pressures as well. There was no other people in the place so it wasn’t like she couldn’t fill those orders for delivery after serving us. Definitely but customer friendly!I wanted to now thank you for your most kind service. Thank you for your response. I don’t only want to be negative but rather affirmative when things have turned around. My friends and I come in rather often and we have only had great service. We do enjoy hanging out in the lobby. I would give you 5 stars

I got to experience the best white mocha I’ve ever had here, and I’ve traveled quite a lot. They really have it down to a science, I wasn’t expecting such a gem but I’m so glad I found it! Worth a visitKid-friendliness: I had my little one there, they have kid options and there’s a toy store right nextdoor

If you haven’t tried them I recommend you do so because they have excellent coffee but just haven’t tried there sips yet but they look amazing has well.. now to hazard coffee company thanks for serving me and keep doing good because you have the best coffee in town I order on DoorDash because I don’t have a car to come and sit around but that’s ok I can still enjoy your guys coffee at home by ordering from DoorDash

Amazing cappuccino and chai tea latte. We are from California and know what good coffee tastes like and this place was delicious. Honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. So if you are in the area please make a stop! They also have dairy free milk options so that also is a plus in my book. 10/10!

I got a regular latte that has really impressed me! My coworkers got iced lattes with sugar free vanilla and one sugar free caramel. Both loved their drinks and had no after taste like a lot of sugar free options! Our only complaint is not getting a 16oz instead of 12oz! Friendly service too! Highly recommend to go support this small local business, you won’t be disappointed.

I loved my iced almond latte from Hazard Coffee Company! Great service and the owner was helpful in suggesting local places and events to visit. There isn't indoor seating, but he does have some lovely shaded tables behind the building. Take a bag of the Windy Hills coffee home with you--yum!

A hidden gem in a small town. Amazing coffee drinks at competitive coffee shop pricing. All of the orders are prepared quickly and the service is top notch. Such a great cozy atmosphere hidden in downtown Hazard.

This place was so cute! Ordered an iced latte and donut and I almost went back in for another! So glad I picked up some fresh ground beans to take home! If you are or claim to be a coffee fan... you HAVE to stop here!
