Awesome second hand products but prices are extremely high considering the fact that all items are donated to them. Everything purchased is nothing but profit for them. But if you think their prices are high in store their prices are ridiculously high online I mean it blows my mind how much of a profit their making on items that are donated. But if you're looking pretty good second-hand products I would highly recommend shopping in store and definitely NOT online!

Definitely will never shop there your better off going to a regular store with the prices at goodwill! I mean things are donated to them for free and they ask $6 for used tshirt I mean really the main man is laughing cause he makes millions off other ppls hand me downs 🙄

I used to quite like this place but they really need to get rid of that cashier with the blonde curly hair. That guy is very arrogant, rude and seems like he's high out of his mind all the time plus he never bags anything, not just my stuff but I've seen that he doesn't bag anyone's things. He doesn't even ask if you want a bag or anything. Very unprofessional and he ruins my experience every time I go there because he's almost always the only cashier in the front. If he weren't there I'd probably give it 4 stars

Nice used clothes, prices are much too high for things that were just given to them, but still affordable. Large variety of women's clothing. Optional sizes, not enough men's clothing. But overall, I will return. I Just wish the prices would go down for those who might not be able to afford to pay 6.00 for jeans, like homeless people or the unemployed, or single mothers etc.

The environment is so stressful and rude, unprofessional customer service, and the clothes are way over priced.. the worst part is the employees are running around like freight trains with carts of clothes and they will run you out of an isle or back u into a corner, and for me this happened atleast 5 times during my visit probably more tbh, and this is something that happens everytime but it was wayyyy worse on my last visit. They also are always screaming through the store. I am always over charged, I haven't had this problem with any other goodwill except hazard. I had an employee argue and charge me for adult size for an obvious little girl size 12 that I picked up in the children clothes section. I would advise anyone to check out Prestonsburg goodwill. I don't experience any of this there even though it's out of my way I find better clothes and the employees are polite and fair.

This is perhaps my favorite store to shop at but I have been caught offgaurd when checking out, with the total. It could be just aa much on my own behalf for not looking for them as well as I should, but I have had troubles with locating prices. Again, it could just be me but there have been times when I couldn't find or understand pricing.

The musky smell of cigarette smoke hits you in the face as soon as you walk into the store. It’s probably from the clothes that have been donated. The household items were way overpriced as well and not organized.

For this Goodwill being in small town Hazard it is okay. Wish they would filter in some stuff out of Lexington. Nothing like a good thrift store find.

I think someone forgot the real purpose behind the idea of a "goodwill" store! When the prices of items that were DONATED are more than Walmart's sale prices, someone is simply trying to make a profit! I don't think $6 (or $5.97 whatever) for a pair of used jeans is helpful to anyone who is truly struggling financially. Sad!!

They are okay, but they are a little too high on things that have been donated. I heard that they are making a big profit which is not donated to the needy. I don't know this for a fact, but if it's true, shame on them.

It's pretty standard. The section that is not clothes has grown recently and as a knickknack lover I'm happy about that. Found there shoes for a buck so not bad.

I go here about twice a week but they have this worker I think she's a assistant manager she sarcastic and is very rude she has a section where she does the pricing and I can't believe the price she puts on everything she's not looking out for poor people I feel like it's her way of saying I better than you somebody needs to show her the door and take a bunch of them with her
