I love shopping at the Dollar General it has the lowest prices in town. It also is more accessible from the road than the other dollar store. However, it suffers from the same issues that accompany every Dollar General Store visit regardless of the location. It is very obvious that either they are unable to keep employees, do not hire enough employees or they are poorly managed. The aisles are cluttered with stock and boxes that haven't been put up. I am surprised no accident has occurred. I have never seen more than two employees working at a time and with all of their job requirements, stocking shelves is the last priority. It would be a lot better shopping experience, if I wasn't worried about anything falling on my kids. I have seen this at almost every Dollar General I have been to, I would not be surprised if they have been sued for negligence.

I like shopping there friendly employees but they need to learn when they get 3 people in line to ask for help at the check outs to better service their customers because I have seen long lines with only one checkout open no one asked for help I was in a hurry and I put my merchandise back and walked out.. in my opinion they need to work on their customer service..

Loved shopping here but now it so piled up and You feel like that hate to help you. Lines are 80% of the time 6 to 8 people deep.What happen to management? Need to get whoever was there back!! Its not a friendly welcome you in anymore!! No one never speaks to you and if you ask a question It if you speaking a foreign Language.

The employees are nice and the store is usually clean but you can't really get through the shelfs because there is a cart full of items in the way

The store was being stocked and i could barely get down the isles. I mean they were in front if almost every end cap and in more then several islesm Major fire hazard, most likely a future lawsuit and a customer should not have to move HUGE carts or pallets to shop in any store. My experience at this DG was ridiculously irritating and exhausting. I also lost $50 there last night in the midst of all of the disarray. Was pretty much beyond an unpleasant experience by far!On a positive note an employee did apologize to me last night regarding it.I will most likely go to an alternat DG location on my future visits. Safety reason is #1. DG really needs to take care of all of this very soon.

My favorite dollar store to go to in Hazard. They normally are always stocked with everything I need. They have good workers and they never fail to always provide excellent customer service.

Was charged twice for one product due to inattentiveness of cashier. Jerked 12 pack of soda out f hands nearly causing me to drop on my feet. Aisles are cluttered with stock carts thus causing you to walk down another aisle. Usually unable to get to products you want to look at.

you can never go in this one particular store and browse around they always have the aisles blocked with stuff they are stocking. always dirty looking workers look miserable like they under slot of pressure. not very friendly here either

This is my home store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable on some things and high on others, but you can get anything nearly anything you need here.

The many product selections and the convenience of not having to walk forever to find them ... And I only live about 10 minutes away from it... So it's fast and close and convenient when I'm in a hurry 😊
