Staff is nice and very helpful however the furniture they have on the floor is not available can't tell you when or if they will get it and won't sell displays Why Bother?

I love shopping at big lots. They have a great variety of stuff at great prices. Very friendly workers who tries to be as helpful as they can. Great places to go shopping for some dog supplies, bed sheets,furniture, kitchen accessories & appliances like air fryers and stuff.

They have been here for a long time now they used to have a lot of furniture they don't have near as much and the majority of the middle of their store is what little furniture they do have but they do have some Jason items their lawn and garden items are great but they are very expensive and I do not seem to be no more better quality in the Dollar Generals but they are four times the prize. But it is all in all a good store with friendly people

This is by far the best Big Lots ever. They are friendly eager to help, they are right on top of things to tell you about your product. This store is very clean you can get to the furniture to check it out real good. I would highly recommend this store over all! These people enjoy their Jobs, They definitely need raises for all. The management knows what they are doing. They seem like family to us. We will never shop anywhere else other than Hazard Big Lots!

The store management left me at the cash register for over 30 minutes while waiting on a price check on a item I was trying to purchase. After the manager cashier, and myself seen this employee walk by doing something they themselves walk off and didn't return after a other 5 minutes at the register. I finally just paid and left. But the lack of customer service on this employee and manager part says it all. The old saying " lead by example ", missed the mark here.....or did it.

This place is actually cool 😎. They have everything in here from furniture to groceries, clothing, toys, anything u need for a house is on there pretty much... I loved it. Probably my new favorite store🤘🤘🤪

You can find a variety of items here that you cant find elsewhere in the area. The furniture is very nice but they're very firm on prices even when the furniture is damaged. Hard to do business with them on furniture because of this. Friendly staff though, just tough policies.

Feels like the company as a whole is trying to feel more like a TJ Max or Marshalls. Prices have gone up on some things but still good deals to be found on some items.

I don't know if they were short handed or what today. But I wonted to get a recliner and no one was in the furniture section. The only employee I seen was a girl at the register and she was bissy.i waited about 20 min then left to make it to pick my kids up.
