I took my dog to this place she don’t really like anybody but me I told them that but I had trouble getting her the building she don’t like buildings it houses I left her there go 6 hours was told they woul patiently get the mats out when they texted me to come get my dog with the wrong name I went back to get her had to sit there for 25 minutes waiting to talk to somebody one person walked in and out didn’t say anything finally came charged me $80 without seeing my girl then they brought her out they had sheared her I still hadn’t talked to the owner at all the girl who helped said that was the best they could do when I called and talked to the owner to complain I wasn’t to mad just concerned the didn’t ask me the owner said I said to whatever it takes which I didn’t when I said she don’t look like a Australian shepherd anymore that I raise pups out of her she called me a backyard breeder and a miserable human being and cussed me great customer service there saying goes customer is always right now I know that can’t always be true but kindness goes a long way I think she knew she did wrong that’s why she was so defensive but the truth is she is belittling me for making money of animals when she is doing the same thing

Beth was able to accommodate me last minute for a nail trim, then worked with me when I had to reschedule. She was friendly and her staff was quick with my dog's nail trim. She did a great job. She wasn't accepting card but allowed me to pay with PayPal which was very appreciated! This address on Schwartz is wrong. Her address is 20 independence drive, Hazard Ky 41701.

I recently took my dog to this groomer and the first thing I noticed was the smell I almost turned around and walked out. 2nd thing they took hrs to do our animal and I ended up having to make an appt with a different groomer. I would definitely advise not to go here unless your able to give a full day to get your pet groomed

Don't waste your time looking around town for a groomer, Beth at The Barnyard Boutique is exactly who you need to bring your fur baby to see! I am over the moon with the wonderful job Beth did on my little doggo, he looked 50lbs lighter with his wild hair gone and he felt so soft and cuddly. Absolutely wonderful experience, your beloved pets will be in safe and loving hands with Beth at The Barnyard Boutique.

I took my 3 dogs there this past week. They did a terrible job. I don’t leave reviews and I certainly don’t want to damage any business’s reputation, however, my dogs have been shaven nearly bald. All of them are razor burned in several areas. My male came home with a nail that was still bleeding from being cut too short. He also had several cuts from being shaven way too short. My older female has razor burn that’s pretty severe on her face and under her legs. My smaller female has razor burn behind her ear and under her front legs. I can understand that sometimes things happen. The dog moves, the nails are a little longer than they should be, so they’re cut a little too short.. I get it. I’ve taken my dogs to multiple groomers and sometimes, things happen. But for all three of them to come out with MULTIPLE issues each and for the cut itself to be that awful, there’s zero excuse. I wasn’t the one that picked my dogs up that day, so I was unable to express my concerns with the groomer and honestly I’m not sure what I would even say. But my dogs will never go back there.
