It's an OK place. But whoever is making the chicken sandwiches at the deli gets a 0 star! They're as hard as a rock. They need to wait or be fired asap!

They have some good deals on certain items. Some things they are more expensive than other places, but on the other hand there are some things that they are cheaper on than other places. Great customer service. I would recommend people to shop here and compare with your regular store.

Known locally,. It has been a staple for the area for many years. Sits along Main Highway and close to parkway. It is known for the plate lunches it serves. Has a deli, bakery, meat department. It does have a shopping complex with it location. Staff is welcoming. It does share a parking lot with the other stores at the location, but plenty of parking.

The deli is a popular place for plate lunches. Each day is served a different type. The store does have a meat department. The is fair size parking lot. Prices vary, it is the only full size grocery store for Hartford. It is close to the interstate, for those whom may need access.

Great service, they most always have what I came for. Selection is pretty good, store brand is great on nearly everything. Prices are pretty good, nice sales. Would recommend. Only downside is they changed the layout a bit and it takes a little getting used to

The store is always clean and they have a pretty good deli selection. Good fresh produce as well. The size of the store (smaller than the "big box") makes it great for quick shopping. The employees are always friendly too.

IGA not only has groceries, they have a small Cafe in the store. As usual, my plate lunch was very good.The reason for my visit was to see if they had a place open for seating inside the store. I was very pleasantly surprised that they do (with alterations to meet Ky State restrictions). Since I was traveling to an appointment and had left earlier than I needed, I wanted a place to enjoy a leisurely lunch to fill in the time. I checked most all restaurants (especially Fast Food) and they were either closed or carryout/drive through only.

I used to shop only here for groceries for years, but had to stop. The prices got way too high. On top of that they took away the pick 5 items so that really made costs go up. I do think they have the best meats in town and it's a shame they have raised their prices so high that I can get my shopping done cheaper at Wal-Mart or Kroger. I like the smaller size of the store and it's easier for disabled or elderly to shop there because of that, however most are on fixed incomes and can't afford their higher prices.

I found that they have lower prices on produce . Some fruits like blackberries are 1/2 the cost here compared to other area major stores. The people are always nice . And I have never gotten a bad product or out dated item . Keep up the good work

If you are into the homemade recipes that your grandmother used to make, this place is the best place to go. It has any and all of that odd ingredient that you are looking for. The meat department sells the best cuts of meat in town. However, the bakery has declined in quality over the years. Great breakfast though! The employees are helpful, and they live up to the friendliness that one would expect from the word "Hometown".

I love shopping at my Hometown IGA! They always have the best meats, at the best prices! They have great sales every week! They beat. Wal-Mart out because their meats are always always fresh and tender with a great taste!

Who doesn't like Bob's, it's a family tradition to buy your produce and meat from Bob's! If it's a special occasion then I better get it at Bob's. The deli makes lunch plates outta this world! The cook is a true southerner with a taste and menus item to rock your work week! Have at it big boy!

hometown born and raised lots of fond n not so fond memories wouldn't ever trade them though people are nice, lots of selection, good parking, plenty of perks to get u shopping there so the only really downside is BOB'S IGA prices Bob the owner whoever they jacked the prices n he's never went down his "sales event" only makes the prices go down to Equal to all other stores

They always have the small packages of herbs that I need without having to buy big packs for $3 or $4 at the other grocery stores. They are small and don't always have what I need, but when they do have it I am pleased.
