Great little 50’s diner! They have added a “garage” with roll up doors on all sides so on nice days you can have a nice breeze or eat inside when they are closed. There are also quite a few picnic tables down the side of the building. Food is wonderful and fresh. Cooked when you order, not a heat lamp in sight! Their prices are better than, or similar to, most of the chain fast food restaurants. I highly recommend stopping by and we will definitely be back.

Kaylas is always hit or miss, had Chili dogs, my wife had a burger, always good, had a Butterscotch milkshake, very good, problem was, both our sides were wrong, I ask for waffles with chili on top, got crinkle cut with chili, not a fan of crinkle cut. My wife loves crinkle cut fries, but had cajun seasoning on them, which she didn't order or ate. $40 including tip, so I expected our order to be correct.

As this is the 1st time my fiancé and I ate here, it’s a cute little dinner with amazing people working there , so nice and friendlyWe got the chicken/Philly sandwich it was amazing!!!! The banana milkshake was the best I ever had in a long time hands down!!!Ohio needs to get there milkshakes on point hahah

Booming Diner serving both hand dipped and soft serve ice cream and grilled and fried foods. I had the double cheese burger with crinkle fries and the Mrs had the single burger deluxe with onion rings. The burgers were really good with onions cooked in them. We opted to split the hot fudge cake. Our next visit will be for the Chuck wagon and Tenderloin with the banana split for dessert. There are plenty of tables outside and several stools along the wall.

I rode from Shepherdsville KY just to give this place a try. They didn't disappoint! They had pulled pork specials so I chose their pulled pork cheese fries. OMG so good! I really wanted to try a burger, but I'm glad I didn't. I guess I'll have to make another trip. 😁I also got a Reese Cup Sundae and it was also delicious. Almost too sweet.....if that's really a thing, lol. I can't want to go back, it's worth the ride/drive from Louisville. 😉

First time stopping at Kayla diner and we were blown away. The decor, atmosphere and food were all above expectations. Most places over promise and under deliver, however Kaylas diner definitely underpromised and over delivered. Absolutely delicious, food was hot, staff was amazing.

The atmosphere is cute as can be. My fiancé is big into cars. The food however was disgusting. The hamburger was cafeteria quality and entirely over seasoned. The fries were cooked crispy which I like but were over seasoned too. Shame. This town has no good places to eat and we just moved here. Was so excited to try this place out. Literally said I was ordering a little bit of everything. Glad I didn’t. Disgusting. There was food all over the outdoor patio place. I had to clean off a high chair for my daughter that was covered in hunks of food from someone else’s kid.

Food is decent but every time we visit the staff is super unfriendly. We walked in and only one worker was doing anything. The rest were standing in the back on their cell phones. When we try to interact with them they're very rude. We keep trying to give it a chance because we like to support local businesses. At the very least they need to find more friendly staff.The food is good and the ice cream is excellent.

Came to this diner for the first time with my group. Upon ordering, the young lady initially was not very friendly. Placed my order and was not told what came on the burger. I needed to return the burger due to containing pork (bacon). Once I approached the cashier, I was requested to pay again for another burger though I was returning the burger. The problem is that as a “customer” I was not told what was on the burger. When someone goes to a burger place they expect the usual, “lettuce, tomato, and possibly cheese.” The other problem was the rude customer service and instead of the manager coming to the front he took himself back to the kitchen and didn’t come out. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Rode too far with my group to pay $4 for a tiny, thin steakburger and rude customer service. I’ve had bigger steak burgers at Steak and Shake with great customer service.

The food is usually good, though sometimes can have too much salt. The prices are cheap, which is what you would expect from a dairy stop. Staff is friendly, and provides good service. The restaurant built on not long ago, which is a major plus for them, as it has helped with some overcrowding during rush hours. Additionally, building on had boosted the anesthetics of the place in general. This gives it a more traditional dairy stop vibe. The restaurant is located near the outskirts of town, and is near a railway. So, in the distance you can see fields, homes near by, while watching trains pass through. And you do not have to sit in their outdoor area to view this, as the inside provides a good view as well. This is because of how open the inside is. There is also an inviting and homey feel when using their dine in area.

I wanted to enjoy this place as I grew up in this town and it seems to help younger kids. But that's it. Every time I go in, it's 12-17 year old kids working, and they're rude. One girl does all the work while the rest sit back on their phones. I watched numerous ppl go back for mistakes on their orders.. sure the food is decent. Food truck decent. I would be surprised if cleaning is done every night because the staff has the patience of I just wanna get out of here.. it's a job I get it but do you'd job!!! Ok done ranting. I won't be going back. This is one of very few times I felt the need to leave a review.. it was horrible

My son went to get us food tonight. It was overcooked and very small compared to the other times we went. I think dine-is will always be better. Take-out has been bad the last 4 times. We won't be back to go or dine in.

Went there since opening. Was great at first. Past few times food has been overcooked and low quantities. Got an order of onion rings today that had less than half of all my previous orders. Seems to be they're working kids for under the table wage and improper training.. will not be going back

I wanted to like it. It’s cute. Very small but cute. However our food was disappointing. The burgers were just okay but the BLT was terrible. Soggy from the bread to the bacon. The milkshakes were fine but nothing to write home about. The fries were pretty good. I hope it gets better.

We drove up from Campbellsville to try it out and had a great time. Food was great and the hand dipped ice cream was even better. Dairy queen has nothing on this spot. Will be back

Food is great but the staff don't listen or care about your order. I get the same thing everytime. Double or triple burger with NO CHEESE, yet everytime they put cheese on it! They just don't care enough to make your order correct!

Went here the other day for lunch with my husband. I had the cheese burger with onion rings and my husband had the cheesesteak sandwich with Cajun waffle fries and we got mushrooms as an extra. The food was good, the cheesesteak needed a little extra seasoning and more cheese but other than that I wouldn’t have changed anything. It’s a small little diner with minim seating on the inside but they are talking about doing outdoor seating for when the weather is warmer. There selection of ice cream is decent and they have different flavors of soft serve. I will be taking my kids back for ice cream soon.

So good!! I was starving and my mom remembered seeing a post about this opening on facebook. It's decorated so cute! I got a chilli dog and cheese sticks with a Dr Pepper. It was so delicious. They have the best cheese sticks I've ever had. I 100% recommend!!
