I bought a zero turn lawnmower, and soon after buying it, I had problems. At first, it was a struggle with communication. However, in the end, he took care of the problem take care of my mower and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He did what was right and that’s all I can ask for. I love these people! I run a lawn care company and I am a relatively new customer here, but they have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I had been dealing with another shop in another town, but they were just rude and abrasive and never gave me very good service even though I spend a TON of money on equipment and repairs. Robert and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure I don't have any down time. They have the products I need and the service and parts to back it up. They also carry a full line of farm supplies. They earned my business and I just ordered a new $7000 mower from them. I bet the other guy wished he'd been a bit nicer. Lol. Good Christian family owned and operated business.

Just moved to the area. Bought a chainsaw and some safety gear, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Took care of my family and went beyond to even fill up my saw and add chain oil at no cost. Answered our questions and was very informative about what feeds they have available. Even offering to order what they didnt have in stock. Super impressed.

Robert is simply holding this company on by a thread. I have to say, I’ve been employed by a company who buys millions of dollars in equipment at Central Equipment in Lexington. Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I recently moved to Mercer County area, hoping to be embraced and welcomed by a great customer experience. These people hands down, have the worst communications I’ve ever experienced. I brought my zero turn and weed-eater in after they had serviced my chainsaw. My chainsaw experience was fine. On my zero turn and weed eater, they performed much work I was unaware of. They restrung my weed eater for $18(as if I’m unable) put new carburetor on for total $106. So the total job cost total was $570.00!!!??! I’m all about paying and helping small businesses, don’t get me wrong. Robert during a phone call implied I should buy a new mower. If I buy a new mower, it won’t be from this company!!!! Additionally - Ashley called me to say I never paid for the chainsaw service (which I did) I then screenshot the bank record to email Robert. They are incompetent to the core with customer service!

Over the past couple of years, I have bought a chainsaw, a trimmer, and a commercial mower from them. They've always been knowledgeable, courteous, and realistic when offering advice on what I actually needed to get the job done.Most importantly, they've treated my wife with the same courtesy every time...which is important, because it's her mower. Two other mower dealers were dismissive and discourteous to her, which is why they didn't get our business.I strongly recommend this business to anyone.

Entire staff was helpful and kind. I was able to pick up my mower from repairs and buy horse feed (for lower than box stores might add). We will definitely return for our tractor and pet needs.

Two Aweful experiences at this place. Had an engine swap and belts replaced on my tractor. They failed to hook up the choke, and put way too big a mower belt on,,cost me almost as much to fix that as they charged.. I give them another shot on a string trimmer,,they take 6 months to find a carburetor, that they kept giving me the run around on,,finally they give me the 70 bucks they charged to Not fix it,and my trimmer back instead of following through with what they promised to do. Guy got upset cause I questioned there lack of communication and results. Nice people, Terrible service department. Stay away

They were my foster parents in the early 90s. They were a blessing to have parents, I never understood what a real loving home was til I got there. There business in small engine repairs are A-1 . Couldn't meet a better guy than Robert. He knows his engines. An being a country boy he can feed those critters too. So go on down there an see them. They take of your needs . Yeehaw!!
