The little old lady with permed gray hair is the rudest person on the plant! She should not be in customer service. Never speaks to the customers and has a scowl on her face at all times. Get new help, I'd rather drive farther than deal with her. Only use the self scan if you go here!

Placed an online order and was told didn’t have my items. Went to the back and the item they ‘didn’t have’ was on the shelf. Eventually after 15 minutes of back and forth asked for my money back for whole order. The cashier then wasted another 10 minutes of my time and couldn’t figure it out, never got my money back. I’ll never place another online order from dg again. What a joke

This store is pretty amazing. The employees there are always helpful, they even will make you have fun while visiting. You can tell the employees work hard to make the store presentable even though you know there isn't enough time or help to completely stock the whole store. I believe dollar general needs to work on this issue. Even when dealing with rude customers these employees try to keep calm and collected when being treated horribly by some.

The woman was not very friendly, my husband tried to make conversation with her, she didn't seem to want to talk. Maybe she was having a bad day or family problems, or just didn't feel good. But there was not reason to act that way, but when her friend walked up she was more willing to talk then. But god bless you for what ever reason may be.

Isles are a mess, not enough employees to put up stock that is on rolling bins in every isle.

Very clean and well stocked! Great place to shop and get all your needs. Cashier is always friendly. They have a little of everything and it saves me alot of time from going somewhere else.... love this DG!!!

Would have given 5 stars, but the store was so piled up that you cant get a shopping cart down some of the isles. Other than that its pretty good place to shop.

The store is nice and clean, helpful and friendly employees.But you're out of luck if you need to call the store for something. 2 rings and a message plays. I'm not sure why the consistently do not answer the phone

So convenient! Friendly staff. Runs out of most frozen food before they restock which makes it not convenient but that is my only complaint.
