UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I could give this bunch a negative 10 score I would! One time fill of prescriptions needed for my son. They wanted HOURS to fill his prescriptions and said one of his medicines is back ordered throughout the state. HOWEVER my daughter is sick and just got hers filled at a different CVS! I’ve been on hold over 30 minutes JUST to try to talk to someone and no one is answering. NO ONE IS THAT BUSY! You go in the store and they’re just lazy!!!!!! No one wants to work anymore! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! If you need meds in Danville, Ky—- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Anywhere else! Because they do NOT know what they’re doing and they do NOT care about people! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEYLL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME from me or my insurances!!!!

I really wish I could give ZERO STARS. This pharmacy NEVER and I do mean NEVER has my medicine every month. It always has to be “ordered” and it’s days before I get it. They also refuse to transfer my prescriptions to Danville CVS.Friday I went to go pick up my medication and they told us that they didn’t have it so they had to order it and wait for the truck on Monday (today). My husband stopped at the pharmacy to pick up my medication, and the pharmacist told him that the truck never came. That it will be a few more days before I could get my medicine. But as he was on the phone telling me this, I got a text, saying that one of my medication for ready for pick up. So I called the pharmacy and ask what was going on. They acted like they didn’t know if it was really ready or not after I told them the pharmacist had just lied to my husband. Found out it had actually been delivered by truck this morning. Then I asked about my other prescription. They told me that they didn’t have it. And I would have to wait for the next truck delivery. I asked when that would be, and they said they actually had my other prescription. No one ever knows what’s going on. They’ve lied to us so many times and I’m over it.

This is by far my favorite CVS! They are so helpful and everything I need is always in stock. Last time I was in, Gary helped me use the self checkout for the first time! And now it is my favorite way to get my things and go quickly & efficiently. I appreciate his kindness and patience. Not many employees go above and beyond like Gary. While I was in line, I noticed a woman be quite unnecessarily rude and rowdy with him - however, he remained calm and helpful. There’s something special about people like that. I also signed up for a care pass with Courtney and have loved using it ever since. She’s so sweet and I instantly was rewarded with coupons on my receipt at check-out. I’ve already recouped double the $10/mo fee in one transaction so I highly recommend this to anyone that visits CVS - even if it’s just once in a blue moon. Good people. Clean store. Pleasant experience. Every time. Thanks team! 😊 🛒

CVS app and Google says open until 9 pm. Arrived and new temp hours closed at 6 pm on Sunday. Hours listed on their own app wrong for every day. How hard is it to change that? Obviously someone took some time to print out new hours and post them on the door.

I USE to love love love CVS I went to cvs like clock work to pick up some of my favorite products that was only sold at CVS. The staff use to be so polite and friendly and I loved to interact with but now… I just honestly rather BYPASS any of my favorite products sold here or to even interact with the staff. The staff treats everyone as if you are automatically stealing something or up to no good. One day I stopped in just to gander around at all the new products they had received in store and automatically I had 2 employees circle around me, follow me up and down the aisle, give me foul looks, and quite obviously talk about me and not even attempt to try and hide the fact. Which made me highly upset so I just grabbed whatever and once I was at the front of the store I was treated as if I couldn’t pay for my products which put the cherry on the top of the cake. I use to get my prescriptions here and after that i stopped going there at all. You may have a different experience but as for myself I won’t be returning.

The staff here are helpful and kind, even though they are constantly busy. I dropped off a script and opted to wait for it to get filled. They did it quickly, but I still had time to watch them for a while. Those girls never stop running. I’m impressed with how fast they filled my prescription even though they were obviously swamped.

I usually have the pleasure of working with Allison and her staff and am never dissatisfied. Harrodsburg is a small town but the CVS Pharmacy is always busy. Even so, they will do what is necessary and within their power to work with you on a rush order. They are very knowledgeable and they never hesitate take the time to answer questions and are always willing to help. GREAT JOB!!!

Went there for a covid test had an appointment scheduled for 430. Sat in line with only 3 cars in front of me for over an hour. This should never happen no matter what test is being ran through the drive thru. I have had it done before and it takes 2-3 min tops. Don’t go to this store.

So I'm forced to use cvs by my insurance. I have been having to use these pharmacies in tn and ky. All are bad but this location is the worst. Rx never ready on time and many time they have to meds my mother needs and then they say they are ordering it and never call us. When I call to check 5 days to a week later they still don't have it. Btw my mother has stage 4 colon/retinal cancer . So a over the counter cream you get at walmart and we didn't know you could get it twice as much for the same price. They have yet to get this cream. I needed an antibiotic for a spider bite that is infected the cvs drive up window person said they didn't receive the dr order. Granted this was around closing time but I really needed this antibiotic ASAP. If these were caring people I feel they would have give me 5 minutes of their time to get me this medicine.

They filled a prescription for my wife. She was in a lot of pain. They said about 15 minutes but were done a lot faster. Our regular pharmacy couldn't fill it and called CVS. Very professional

They will give you a certain time, then your meds won't be ready, so you'll go back at the next quoted pickup time, only for your meds to still not be ready. This has happened to me on way too many occasions. And upon further observation it seems to be due to poor management. Sheila is very mean and degrading to other employees. I don't even know her, just read her name tag, but man I feel bad for people that have to work with her. They just really don't have it together.

Even calling a day ahead, prescriptions are rarely ready when you come to pick up. Extremely frustrating when you live in a different town. Have called to make sure they're ready before leaving to pick up, get there only to be told "we're working on it. Give us fifteen to twenty minutes."
