Absolutely spot on service, interactions are awesome with waitress and customer. Cooking was GREAT!! Didn’t have to wait hardly anytime at all on drinks or food, FAST service and GREAT food, what else could you want!!!Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of the buildingKid-friendliness: Took my kids in to eat and they LOVED IT!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables that are accessible for wheelchairs and the waitresses actually ran strait to the door to assist someone in. Very nice and helpful!

Very good food and great service. The waitresses are all very nice, helpful, thoughtful and seems like they are one step ahead and making sure you got everything you want, Our waitress was Caitlin Winn and we have never had a more polite, caring and showed great hospitality. Caitlin gave us great recommendations and delivered our food and beverages very well and in reasonable time thanks to the cook as well. I had a curbside pick up order on the app, I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and never seen anyone so I assumed it was just taking a little longer to fix the food. So I walked inside to see what was going on and to my surprise the food was on the counter ready and waiting, but no one ever brought it out I had to go inside and get it myself. The order was also poorly fixed and didn’t have everything they came with, no topping on pancakes, when they were asked for. Not even worth the money.

Caitie is usually always my server when I go to eat. My son and I were there recently and really enjoyed it. She always makes sure the customers have a good dining experience, which is one of the best qualities to have in the server industry. The food can be amazing but if the service sucks people do not want to return. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Never a dull moment with Caitie, she’s funny, charismatic, and has the best personality!!! She is hands down the best and more often than not people come there while she’s working and ask for her, because they know they will get better service!!!

I'm not gonna lie, this is probably the worst Huddle House I've ever been to. I always try to find one on a road trip, because they are truly one of my favorite breakfast joints out there. But I was severely disappointed by this one. The staff was very friendly, and even offered to make something else for free, but we had to get going soon.We got there at 6:45, as Google said opens at 6. The doors didn't open until right after 7. No big deal there, but the food was just awful. Eggs were dry as could be, bacon was blackened, and pancakes were still white, and smaller than what you'd get from McDonald's. I truly hate to be so negative when the staff was so friendly, but I really only want them to succeed. I just don't believe it holds up to Huddle House standards.

We waited over a hour for drinks, let alone our food . When we FINALLY got to eat everthing was cold including the shrimp and steak platter i ordered. Im sorry i understand being understaffed and all but somone is gonna get sick and die from this place. We ordered 4 plates and 4 plates were not eaten. We paid for 2 of them out of pity for the waitress being overwhelmed by all 3 customers on a monday . Absolutely yhe worst place i have ever eaten hands down. I will share my dogs bowl of kibble before i let me or my family ever eat there agin and for anyones safty i sudgest you do the same. Upper management down to the staff needs to be removed for this abomination of a so called "restaurant ". My food would have ben hotter if i had dug it from the dumpster. You wanna get sick eat here comes with a free night stay at harlan arh hospital.

I love this place, but the other day, my husband and I were extremely upset. We had just placed our order, and about a minute later, here pulls up. I guess another cook in a Silver Ford car with someone with him. Well, his passenger was polite and went to the counter to pick up his food to go and sit down and wait. The guy goes to the grill and makes our cook back up so he can make himself something to eat and then go sit at the employee table to eat. Then our food was allowed to be cooked. He then got up and had his passenger get in the car, and they left, but he came back after dropping the other guy off. I found it very rude and would really like to know who he thinks he is because I can't imagine an owner doing that or allowing it. The other cook and waitresses are awesome, and we just won't go if he is working.

Food was horrible. Our family was only one there. We saw three people working. My son got the mushroom melt, he got a plain patty that was overcooked and cold. Waitress made sure we knew she was ignoring us because my elderly aunt asked for another biscuit, hers was too hard. (Like wood) All of the food was bad. Service was worse. We will never be back.They we're out of patatoes, iced tea, lemonade, and ice.

Great place to eat considering they have a full menu. Unfortunately they are still confined to limited seating. Masks are required and it is enforced. But good service and short waiting periods are good. We go here a lot. Bring the family and enjoy a good hot meal.

Gravy cold. Baked potato almost rawOut of mashed. Outof sweet tea out of lemonade out of ice. Never eat there again!!!

First time eating at a Huddle House. Reminds me of a Waffle House but with a bigger menu. Food was excellent. Service here was excellent. Wasn’t the cleanest but they were busy. I’d come back to this Huddle House and will be sure to try others.

This place used to be good.The service I received today was ridiculous. After confirming our order three times, they messed it up. They left items off the order, they didn't have crucial pieces of what was ordered and didn't tell us until they brought our food, and they acted completely incredulous when we weren't pleased.I won't be coming back to this location any time soon.

We ran to Harlan for a quick trip and decided to eat breakfast there. It was clean and the food was fresh. Our server was really worthy of her 10.00 tip.
