Got a huge umbrella and the staff were so helpful letting us see the box it was in to make sure it would fit into our car. Yes it is that big. She even wheeled it out yo our car for us. Live this store.

I'd recommend anyone to do business here because the employees that I've had contact with have all been VERY nice and courteous and willing to help you find anything in the store. Nice clean store with a VERY big variety of items to choose from.

Love love love this place. They have so much stuff you could literally spend all day in here, well i know i could. Haha They have things that you can't find just anywhere. I love all the home decor options they have. I would probably go here every single day but my wallet just cant handle it. Lol The prices here are not bad at all. && the quality is amazing. We are definitely going to buy our new outdoor furniture here very soon. Check this place out yall.

Surprising selection of items. You would not believe what you will find. They had egg noodles, wonton wrappers, and rice vinegar to start off. They have really super cheap name brand cereal, it's always 2 for 5... and the chips are cheaper for the name brand items as well than any other grocery store I have checked in Harlan. If you have a BigRewards card you get a $5 coupon every time you have 3 x $15 dollar purchases.

Big Lots is a good place to go in shop sign some and mostly what you need with people are good there their they're always helpful they got a lot of Christmas stuff and a lot of Halloween stuff me if you're out and about and I ain't got nothing to do it's a good store to visit

I had a 10 dollar off coupon for spending 50 dollars she told me they didn't accept coupons really, then I went to the car to get the paper I got it out of then she said you had to spend that on Black Friday in order to get the coupon really wich one is it do you take coupons or not? What really upset me was getting charged full price anyways for something that was on sale really I would much rather give someone 10 off then make them upset to where they won't shop there again! It wasn't Henrietta either and it wasn't the cashier it was an actual manager really I'd get a new one! Worst customer service from a manager I've ever dealt with!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Delivery w 53 dry van, truck entrance at light and circle around mall clockwise to last scissor lift on RHS before McD's. Slide tandems as far forward as possible, tight lot. Staff friendly and helpful.
