Breakfast crew are all amazing at their jobs!My order is always correct, hot, and served up with a smile.They are always cheerful and this helps me have a great start to my day!If the drive thru is backed up, I don’t worry because the crew is HIGHLY efficient and keeps the line moving quickly.I appreciate them all so much for the warmth and smiles every morning.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but my persistent calls to the restaurant and speaking with a manager seems to do no good. I am so disappointed with the McDonald's afternoon crew. I ordered a few iced coffee drinks a few weeks ago along with food, after they left half my order out the coffee drinks weren't drinkable. I called the store I returned with my receipt and was met with an unfriendly manager that acted as if I was wrong about the coffee drinks. Regardless, she did make me more, they were also not drinkable so I gave up that day and left to no avail. Today I tried to give them one more chance because, let's be honest, there aren't that many restaurants to choose from in the greater Hardinsburg area, AGAIN my order was wrong and the food wasn't worth the wrapper it was wrapped in. Come on guys you can do better than this!

This McDonald's restaurant is quaint, friendly, and is a trip back in time for me because it's retro 1980's style. The employees say it opened in 2002 but it looks like 1982. They even have a decal on the building of Grimace, Ronald McDonald, and Hambuglar. This restaurant is a bit smaller than a typical McDonald's, but the quality of the building design is excellent. This looks like the late 1970's - middle 1980's style.

They have great food and all, but they lost of the time don’t give you what yoga do for or even forget to give it too you so you have to go right back to get it, but overall the workers apologize and are nice and friendly about the issues you come soonKid-friendliness: They have a play place for kids to go and play at while you go in to eat

I ordered from the app for curbside. This location was very busy but I didn't wait long for my order.I really like the sweet teaParking: Curbside pickup has numbered spacesWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility but the doors do NOT open automatically. There are ramps at the sidewalk and handicap parking spaces but for those of us who need help with the doors we must rely upon the good Samaritan who will open and hold it for us.

Went inside McDonalds at Hardinsburg, Ky because the drive thru was very backed up. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit and a six Kristen Kreme assorted doughnuts and two white milks. Sat down with my two grandchildren and watched dozens of cars go thru the drive thru. Finally went up to desk and asked if they only served the drive thru. Asked me what my order was twice and brought my sandwich to the man sitting near me. He took it back. When they brought out my order the “assorted doughnuts” were five crème filled with chocolate icing and one with sprinkles. As I’ve sat here writing this, three other customers have had their orders wrong. What is going on?

Slow service almost pitiful, employees were very disregarding of my meal requests. I order a mcdouble extra pickle and I got a M Pickle with a side of meat wouldn't go back waste of money and time. HR really seems to not care about their employees or their customers.i personally seen a rat on the outside of the building and roaches/ants in the lobby as I consumed my sub par meal

Last night was the best experience I have had in a long time. Our food was hot and it was right. Leah the night manager was awesome. She also made me the best Carmel ice coffee I have ever had. Thank you so much for the great experience!!!

Second time in 2 weeks this place has had less than average customer service. The first time the man in the drive through gave us our order the fries were garbage. They were cold to the touch and soggy, when I asked for new fries he rolled his eyes and shut the window (he did bring me new fries). Today we went in for 2 large fries and waited 15 minutes. There was no one in front of me and only 1 drive through was open, mouth l might I add there had to be 8 or more employees there.

Very poor experience. Hadn't been there for months after continued poor experiences, went yesterday and found myself in yet another poor experience. My order consisted of 2 McChickens, a 10 pc nugget, 2 ice cream cones, and a large sweet tea. The only thing worth having was the ice cream cones. The tea tasted like it had been out all day, and it had very little ice. The McChickens were hard and discolored, especially the fact that we paid for cheese to be on them and there was none, really infuriated me. The nuggets were extremely dry and crisp. Thankfully, they did provide honey mustard. After I noticed the poor quality of the food, I tried to call the restaurant multiple times, they had the phone off the hook or something other because you could hear background noise and static. Soon after, I called corporate which they said they would file a claim with the restaurant owner/operator. I would also like to add that customer service was extremely distasteful. Neither window staff said anything to me. In fact, the second window attendant practically threw the food in my car, she seemed annoyed that she had to give me my food. I am curious to see what action is taken from this terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, unless you enjoy similar to dog kibble.

This used to be the best McDonald’s in all the surrounding counties. Now, the managers are never there when you need them, the service is horrible, they get something about our order from drinks to missing food or whole orders are wrong and even happy meals are wrong every single time we go through there. They’re friendly to my wife and only some of them are nice to me but most of them are rude. They’ll pull you forward and then bring you cold food. No straws or napkins. Just horrible. They need a good manager to come in and clean them up.

I don't typically review fast food unless it's sub-standard. I will say this prices were a little more than our local area McDonald's facilities.... However, this is honestly the cleanest McDonald's I have eaten in in quite a while. They were friendly to my wife and children, and that's always right up there with cleanliness in my opinion. Thanks for the quick pit-stop!

8:00 PM on a Saturday and the place looked closed. No signed lit. No parking lot lights on. Just a long line at the drive-through. Couldn't figure it out until I read a small sign on my way out. This store is all solar powered. The signs and lot lights haven't been changed to low wattage LED units yet.Food? Same old McDonald's. Great fries!

It was one of the worst visits we have had. Came thru drive thru ordered almost $23.00 worth of food asked for fresh fries and they tasted like they had sat there for 2 hours.... The burger was no pickle extra onion and they barely put any onion on it. I couldn't believe when I came to the window and asked the girl If the fries were fresh she said oh yeah for sure! That was the biggest waste of time and money spent!

Ask the person taking my order if I could get a hot mocha peppermint coffee she said yes!I told her I was on my lunchbreak so I couldn't wait behind 4 cars if it wasn't available. After arriving at window the cashier said their machine was down and the peppermint mocha was offline.

Hate this McDonald's ever since they renovated it. The people before the renovation were super wonderful, kind, friendly and fun. It was always a pleasure to walk in and see their smiling faces. This new crew NOT SO MUCH...they are rude, slow, lazy, could care less if they wait on you in a timely manner. And that attitude is very plain to see. Have witnessed one cashier busy playing on their phone and another one with huge hickies covering their neck....REALLY? Grow up nobody wants to look at that staring you straight in the face on their cashier. <<<Stick that person in the back as a cook and keep them there until they can grow up and come to work in a proper manner!!! The fries are most always nasty, cold, soggy and old. Ugh!!! The food tastes like it's old and been sitting under the heat lamps too long. As for the new decor....who the hell designed this throwback to the 70's??? IT'S HORRENDOUS!!! Not only is it F-UGLY it is very uncomfortable and I feel like there is no privacy since the change over.

Horrible service. Processed order and paid for order on app. Told payment didnt go thru so ran payment back through and was over charged for food. Told to pull up and wait for iced coffee. Waited 15 minutes. Ended up calling store twice til someone answered to find out what was going on with order. And was told it would be a little longer til they would bring out iced coffee. After 25 minutes coffee was finally brought out by manager. She did apologize and give us free breakfast coupons. But wait time was ridiculous.

Every single time we go, something is wrong. Either the machine involved in our order is down or they blatantly get our simple orders incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen and machines have issues, but the consistent mishaps makes me curious. Why is it that every time for the past few months have I tried to order a shake and been told the machines arent working? I'm genuinely tired of this.Edit: It happened again

I'm going to attach a photo of the "deluxe" chicken sandwich I order using mobile to go. It was brought to me quickly but I open the box to find a tomatoON TOP of the bun. I understand that food never looks like the picture but there is no way this was from shaking the bag or box. Maybe it got left on the top side of the box and wasn't noticed before the box was closed. I really don't see how this happened. I didn't ask for a refund and I'm just going to put the tomatoes where they go myself but I do pay for the food to be put together correctly.
