The biscuit was so old that it wasn’t even funny. I tried to call back there and talk to the manager nobody ever answers. The bread was so hard that I got thrown it against the wall, and it wouldn’t have broke. We will never go back there again. It was a waste of money. in the main and behind the register, had his pants hanging off his butt.

The place was empty and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order . The chicken tenders were dark on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside. I ordered a # 2 from the menu and this is the first time that I got a wet bun & greasy bun . It literally melted !!!!! I was in a hurry to get back home . So I just threw the food away . I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

What type of low carb burger is this ...... no sauce .... no seasoning.... not wrapped as a burger at all .... and very rude 😒 took 30 mins to get this let down of a low carb I will be calling corporate office Monday about this they need to get someone in there to set things straight

Couldn’t even put together a simple order without getting it wrong. Apparently ketchup onion and pickles is too hard to comprehend. And, double usually means two patties. Guess can’t expect much with two teenagers working there with no supervision; she was too busy sitting in a booth laughing at the counter girl’s confusion with my order.

Nothing like paying $12 for a sandwich and fries and throwing it all away . I know I oughta go and complain but what’s the point it’s Hardee’s I knew it was gonna be nasty . But fries ice cold. Burger same . Was absolutely disgusting. Ontop of a long wait when they weren’t even busy . Next time I’m here I definitely willNot spend moreMoney with them rather starve .

Excluding the kind cashier at the drive up window...Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had!! Waited over 20 minutes for no reason. Went in to ask about my food and the girl working had the worst attitude. Claimed she couldn't look up previously placed orders in the drive through which I know to be false. Any register can look back at previous transactions. She did not even offer my food simply asked if I wanted a refund then tried to give me over 60 cents in just pennies out of spite 0 out of 5 if I could rate it a 0 I definitely do not recommend.

One of the most poorly ran one I’ve ever been in. For over a month their menu screens didn’t work due to a bad back up battery system that Walmart across the street likely sells. Now the 2nd week of “card only” payments because the cash machine is “messed up” ( truck drivers get CASH advances not card advances ) they can’t even accept exact change.

All of the employees that I've come thru has come thru for me and my family 110%. The food, I only order the chicken strips and to me they are as good as the best chicken strips (restaurant speaking) to date. Especially for the $5 box. The cookies, and fries are extremely good 😋

Stopped to get gas at Love's and get a breakfast sandwich at the Hardee's at the same location. Service starts out slow while staff is busy the cashier is no where be found at 09:52 in the morning. Finally a lady with purple lipstick shows and up asks "and what do you want" kinda weird greeting but oh well I ask for a a Sausage Egg Chz Biscuit and Im told its $5.08 or there about looking at the marque price is $4.09 I ask why and then purple lips replies "I not dealing with this and walks away" shortly a gentleman come up and tells me that it's corporates fault that the prices are set in the store POS regardless of what their menu shows. I would be willing to bet that all items if not most had a different price than their menu shows. left and bad image of trust and most likely will by pass this store on our weekly trip to our house at Barkly Lake from now on

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Hardee’s employees at this location. I was traveling from IL to KY with a group to deliver relief items after the tornado. Probably 50-75 people and we were all served, quickly, and friendly. Much appreciated as I know it was overwhelming.

They have been the worst Hardee's I've ever eaten at. The food has either been cold or just so old and horrible tasting especially their breakfast. They need to really upgrade their food quality and service or will lose alot of business even with them being at truck stop...

They had the breakfast side showing during lunch in the drive through, I paid almost $10 for cold curly frys, I asked for lemonade and it was just water so I had to go inside to get another drink, then they didn't give me any sauce for my chicken tenders but I had already left. I tried to call the phone number and nobody would answer, I even tried Love's transfering me to them. This is ridiculous for the price and all this happening during my lunch break at work.

The trick here is to order the cheapest thing in the menu because they never get your order right. If there was a contest for which fast food place can get your order wrong the most times, this Hardee's would win the gold star! They also don't know how to grill a sourdough (Frisco) sandwich... They always leave one side not grilled. They do have really good sausage gravy, but that's one thing they get wrong on your order most often... Always check your order before you pull away. The last time they got my entire order wrong, I went back, went inside and told them what my order was supposed to be... Then watched them get it wrong again while I was standing there... Note to Hanson Hardee's: This ain't ticket science!

Very polite and warm greeting. Got a couple of hamburgers and fries. They were good. The pickles were a bit different, like a bread & butter pickle. They really added something different to the burger. A good time was had by all.

Google maps states that they are open til midnight. There sign states they are open to 11 pm. They were closed when I stopped at 10:25 pm. I understand that businesses are short staffed but it's ridiculous that a truck driver can't find anything to eat AT A TRUCK STOP. 😕

Waiting over 10 minutes to get my order taken with only 3 ahead of me. They were only taking 2 orders at a time til those were filled before taking another order.. Another 6 minutes to get my order. This is unexceptable for a fast food place.

I have been here 6 times and 4 of the 6 the food is practically inedible. The chicken tastes like it was cooked several hours before, fries are stale, burgers not fresh. Was so excited to get a24 hour burger place in Hanson but the quality is not worth the money. I will take the time to drive to Madisonville for a decent meal.

The counter girl was good but the cook did not follow the directions on the order ticket. I had to send my $6 burger back & it still came out wrong! I want be going back to this location😣

There was a massive puddle on the floor that my friend fell in and got seriously hurt. The employees then didn't even bother to notice they had fallen until another woman spoke up and said it to the cashier. Who pretended not to notice. Another employee can over and acted very inconvenienced that my friend had fallen, split their soda and was laying in this puddle soaked in their drink and water from the soda machine. The only person who seemed actually concerned was the manager of the restraunt who took my name and number before I rushed them to the ER. They haven't contacted me. Hardees hasn't contacted my friend either. We will probably never return to this hardees.

We came as a group of probably 75 people traveling in a caravan to help the Mayfield victims. The employees took this group on and served us all. Good job.

Got bacon ,fried egg and cheese buscuit. It was so bad , I took it back told them it was unacceptable. The buscuit was completely falling apart and was buttered way too much, too salty and egg looked horrible !! They gave me my second buscuit and it was just as bad . THREW IT AWAY!!! CINNAMON ROLL TASTED RAW!

Service was fast and great the only issue is that I had to wait to take my order a little bit longer cuz the associates were a little bit chatty and deeply into a conversation but other than that the food was Hardee's guaranteed

Pretty sad effort here, and food was disappointing. And I was so excited to finally get Hardee's breakfast.Vegetarian options: It's very hard to get a breakfast sandwich without the meat on it here. They think it is very out of the ordinary and they don't understand how to make the same which without meat

Friendly,nice service. I believe they saved my burger and fries from today's lunch rush so I Could eat it tonight.Will opt for chicken on another go around.
