My wife and I were involved in a very serious car accident where I hit a semi head on. I had to I Had to be life flighted to Nashville and my wife taken to the local hospital by ambulance. We had our dogs with us. And they we're scared to death. And the local humane society came and picked our babies up and cared for them while we were in the hospital. When we went to retrieve our babies. We could tell that they had been loved on and the ladies at the place we're so amazing and they did not even allow us to pay a bill. Truly truly amazingly beautiful people.

Very rude director. I tried to give information about a dog that was stolen from me over a year ago and before I could finish and tell them I couldn’t have him back anyway straight attitude and wouldn’t let me talk on the phone until after she said what she wanted say and after I told her I wasn’t asking for him back her whole mood changed and started laughing. Do better.

They are trying! These people have hearts of gold trying to make the world a better place for the animals. They could definitely use more funding. They are typically over capacity and try to run transport to a spay neuter clinic atleast twice a month.

Great people and the volunteers are awesome. Janet and her staff and all of the volunteers is giving a helping hand to the animals that have no one else and no place to go, if you are looking for a best friend I would say that they have him or her waiting for you so go visit them.

This place is a joke. The kitten I rescued from a dumpster is currently still in my home because upon taking her to the humane society, I was told to just release her cause it's better than being locked up in a cage. The poor thing was only 4 weeks old as it turns out! Heartless people doing a pitiful job! Disgusted with this place.

Kinda got details wrong on the dog we adopted. She ended up having worms and even though her card said okay with other animals, she goes after our rescue cat like she's never been around a house cat before. Although time and love is helping the cat situation but we would of liked to know about the worms, to go ahead and buy medicine. Still happy to get the big dog out of the shelter regardless.

Even though I felt as though the staff (some lady didn't catch her name) was a little smart. They really helped us take care of a problem we had with someone just dropping off a momma cat & he babies in our front yard. I am very thankful for them because we couldn't take care of them.

Adopted a puppy from here in the beginning of the year. She is the best puppy ever!! The staff was AWESOME and very HELPFUL!!! If i decide BELLA needs a brother or sister, we DEFINITELY will adopt from here again!!! Thanks guys for my Baby Bella!!! :-)

Do to my wife being disabled. Myself being away from home 15 hrs. a day. And looking at heart surgery in the near future. We had to surrender or 10 year old Lab. They were very understanding.

Mr and my husband spent 3 hours there the other day. And the dog went had been looking for each other me we have went up there we found.. But we can't have him because our dog is a male and so is that one but it takes more than one time for dogs to like each other. I say that dog but its name is big fin he could have had a great home and they denied him that chance.. I only wish the dogs and cats the best. And also found out after we left the employees was talking bad about us.. The reason I know this is because my brother in law and his wife was still there..

It was vary short, because they should not even have had my dog there. Western Kentucky RV Park called them to take my dog. So I can't really blame them but he never should have been picked up he was being well treated and loved

God love these girls that donate there time and effort to keep this place up and running I had to take a baby Kitty in there the other day that some SOB thrown out his window of his car in front of Logan aluminum while he was doing 60 miles a hour the other day yes I turned him into KSP ,Please donate to this place they need all the help they can get ,
