The bacon on the 1/2 lb. Flame Thrower was so tough I could hardly bite through it.. when I took off my bun the bacon looked like it had sat under the warmer all day.. it was brown on the edges.. I will not be having that burger here again..

The drive thru worker was very rude from the start of placing my order, which should have been my first clue. Lettuce on my chicken sandwich consisted of the ends near the core which made the sandwich fall apart. Ordered a large cheese curd that was saturated in oil and soggy because they weren't cooked thoroughly. Shake that I ordered wasn't mixed and had a small dab of whipped cream.

The food was decent, not amazing or anything. And the prices were outrageous. The basic double cheese burger costs the same as a sit down restaurant.. but the place was clean. And the service was pretty fast. Didn't take long to get the food. Like I said the only problem I have with this place is their prices. The food is not worth the price of the food. If they had cheaper prices I would have gave more stars.Features: There is none

Not too bad, typical Dairy Queen. I had the rotisserie salad. There was nothing special there, it was just chicken chunks thrown in the salad. They were large chicken chunks.

Went just after the Sunday lunch rush. Did not have the menu item my wife wanted(the reason we went ) and my bun on my hamburger was extremely tough/ not fresh. No let hip in two different bottles. Staff did not seem overly concerned when all of this was brought to their attention. I did receive a coupon for a free sundae with a meal purchase. Go for ice cream and it will be fine, maybe ok if you order a meal.

Let's just say there's always something delicious to eat at the Dairy Queen large menu to choose from not to mention ice cream and many Blizzards to select from mmmmm thick and frosty so slide by and give your taste buds a treat.

I can't give 0 stars or I would. 2 times they have ruined our cake orders at this DQ. First time was a big mess up, then thought give them another chance but nope same BS different day. Never coming back here again. Rude people work here!!! Then when asked to fix it turned out like this. Really?? Umm what is that??? Not what was ordered. Should take customer service more seriously since that's what your in the business of.

Went with a couple of friends to have a late banana split. The fellowship was great and conversation was casual. My wife and I enjoyed their friendship. Great to see them.The service was tremendous and the lobby was clean. Making memories.

Just once I would love to go to the Greenville Ky. Dairy Queen and my order be right. Once again I decided to give them a try and once again the order is wrong. Never again and I will not recommend this place to no one else. The food is pricey but good. But they can never get it right.

To start off with just ordering was every difficult task for the employees that were struggling . Not to mention the fries were undercooked blizzards where not blended and the amount of time everything took. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

The staff was having a blast, which was super refreshing. I always order my blizzard with extra cocoa fudge and they did it perfectly. Literally the best blizzard I’ve ever had (and that is saying something because I used to be the shift lead at a DQ- I’ve eaten ALOT of blizzards). The food was so fresh and even the presentation looked like that unattainable, commercial-quality food. I actually turned to my husband and said “this looks like the commercial”. Shout out to the three girls on the night shift tonight, I hope you guys see this and get recognized. You were killing it. Sorry we came through so close to closing time!

Service was professional. They practiced great social distancing, wiping down register after person in front of me, wearing gloves. Food was fresh. I ordered a 3 piece chicken basket but got 4 pieces! Lol

I went to Greenville a few weeks ago for a funeral and my husband who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease lost his wallet. Your store employee found it and Kelly sent it to us.
