We’ve been looking at Ranger’s for a while. But, couldn’t decide the best route to take. I called Country Roads and asked if they had specifically what we were looking for. Sure enough they did. But, this was at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and they closed at 3pm. I talked on the phone with Jamie 3 or 4 times over the course of an hour trying to decide the best way to go about this purchase. We got everything set up over the phone so by the time we got to the dealership it was nothing but sign a couple papers and we were on the way back home. Hardest part of our time there was picking out what T-shirt we wanted. I 100% recommend them to anyone. Honest, genuine and caring people are the best to work with in scenarios like this and you’ll get that with them.

This was by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff were all so nice and took great pride in the transaction. The side by side was in perfect condition when we picked it up. Jamie was awesome with the financing and went way above to get us taken care of. The entire process was fast and painless. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Ethan done the delivery of our side by side at the dealership. He explained everything about it to us and gave us very good info on does and donts. When we left there we knew the machine as if we’d had it for a while. I highly recommend everyone in the market for a side by side, atv, lawn mower, or Trailer to go see the folks at Country Roads.

Recently purchased a 2021 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 crew. Of course nobody had them in stock. Spoke with Craig and Jamie through text, which is convenient when your at work, and they got me one ordered. Told me a specific time frame which was right on time. Got the call it was in and ready for pick up so my wife and I drove down the following day to pick it up. When we arrived the unit was in the show room, cleaned up, waxed up and looking nice. Gotta say the shop is extremely clean, the people were very nice and very helpful. They walk you through the unit to make sure you know how everything works on it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at purchasing any Powersports or marine equipment. I will definitely do business again with them!!

We were very impressed with the down to earth friendly attitude of sales and service people. No hard sale pressure, free to look and feel out all the features of the many choices of vehicles available. We left buying what we came for and with the assurance that as we had traveled over 100 miles to get there, the owner would make available her service tech to help with any issues by phone. P.S. Business and premises were very clean an maintained.

Drove from Louisville to purchase a used Polaris Ace 570. The store was actually closed, but the owner worked with me on having someone there for pickup. Did the preliminary paperwork for the purchase over the phone while driving out. Worked with me on the price, and answered every question I had.
