I hate to leave one star over one bad person. I’ve been taking my dog here for nail trims for years. Thursday I went after working 16 hours and a Dr appt. I wanted to take her and get that over with. The man called the police when I left and said that I reeked of alcohol? Cop didn’t smell it. Nothing detected either but why would someone do that. Have me pulled over and I was harassed which is a whole different story with the officers abusive behavior, but I was scared and so was my dog. I don’t know what he thought he smelled or maybe on something himself but you don’t do that.

I worked for Vince Fugeman, and he cannot tell the truth!He stole almost $15,000 from me. I had worked hard and saved my money and he literally took it and won’t even answer my calls so that we can talk about me getting my money back. His business was in a tight spot and I loaned him money with an agreement for paying it back. He never made one payment. Don’t deal with this guy!He’s a thief!

I've been going here for 4 years and today is the worst day ever. It hasn't been up to snuff for the part 4months but today.....awful, terrible and shocking. My Australian shepherd and Minnie schnauzser both stink worse than skunks. They were there nine hours without water or food. I tried calling several times but the phone has been disconnected. Go elsewhere

I just want to say after Barks and Bubbles was sold it ran completely downhill, the owner does nothing but lie. Please don’t blame the past owner after the sell.

I love how my dog looked when they were finished. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. My neighbor recommend this place to me, I very highly recommend this place to you. Definitely a 5 star place

I don’t ever do reviews but here it goes...I’ve always loved this place until the last time I brought my dog here. I have been bringing my dog here for the last year or so, and my dog has been one size and one size only she’s a golden retriever mixed with a basset hound she’s not big but she’s not small. Price has been the same until last time I went they raised it saying she’s not small well she’s never been small! Personally it made me feel like they were raising the price because of the epidemic and that really upsets me. Just seemed like they were after the money which I get that since it’s a business but just seemed like that’s all they care about instead of my dog. Another reason was she was there for four hours and when she got home it’s like she was dying of thirst and she’s not afraid to drink water at other places she does all the time. Not impressed at all and will not be coming back.

Always had good service and good results until our last visit. When I went to get my dog he was acting traumatized. I've never heard a dog scream before like that. He was trying to hide in a corner, was trembling, and did not respond to me. I asked what happened and they ignored me. Something is very wrong there.

The shop is very nice and clean. I'm glad my mom and Lacy opened this shop together. People can take their furbabies there knowing they will be safe and well taken care of. They are both awesome groomers! I don't have long haired dogs myself but I know from seeing their work first hand how good of a job they both do.

Pricing was very fair. Appointment arrival and pickup times were on point. My Airedale looked great as well, she seemed she enjoyed herself. My only knock is that the front desk lady answering the phone is pretty rough with the customers in person and on the phone. While waiting in the lobby she answered a couple calls and seemed very frustrated and after hanging up proceded to cuss and complain about the customers calling.... With a customer standing in the lobby. Not a great look for business.

This was the worst cut my golden doodle has ever had.I showed them a picture of what we wanted.The tech said no problem that’s how we do it.It wasn’t even close to what we wanted.Will not return.

Took my dog here about a week ago, it was the worst haircut he has ever had. It’s all uneven and it’s not even close to what I showed them I wanted. I’m never going here again.
