This place was recommended to me, and I’m glad it was! This is a hidden gem!The staff are friendly, and they make great recommendations (try the slaw on your dog, trust me).Picnic tables outside, eat in your car, or they have a decent little dining room that is clean and well-appointed.If you want health food, nah. But if you want delicious, this is the place.Kid-friendliness: Good simple options for kids.

Stood at window and waited about 5 minutes. They saw me but wouldn't wait on me. A girl walked passed me twice. Once to help someone get a cup. Then went and got more cups at counter but DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE. Another man stood talking to his other customers and saw me at least twice but no reaction to me whatsoever. Then another lady came up behind me so I told her she could have my spot. I was leaving. As I drove off she was still waiting and hadn't been served either. I don't plan on coming back here.

Must stop! We went here last night on a foodie binge and was blown away. The service was excellent, food cooked to perfection and everything was perfectly packaged, something I weirdly appreciate. 9 months pregnant and wanted all the things, so we got footlong hot dogs with everything (they are really a foot long and delicious), giant stuffed tater tots, fried mushrooms, a chocolate shake, deep fried pumpkin roll (my god), AND a funnel cake (ridiculous). This place itself was worth the trip from Michigan!

I really wanted to like this place. They have longer hours than my regular burger shop. The staff was friendly, service was prompt. The place is so cute from their 1950's diner vibe, to the music they play and the fun menu. The food just didn't do it for me. The burger tasted like a frozen beef patty, the footlong hotdog with sauce was soggy, the steak hoagie sandwich was over powered by cheese and just different from any other steak sandwich I have ever had and not in a good way. The deep fried pickles were crispy but tasted like they were fried in old oil, plus they charge extra for ranch to dip them in. The peanut butter milkshake was the best thing we had, and a great value for the price they charge. All of their prices are reasonable, except the 60 cents for a side of ranch. I really just wish the food was better.

Stopped a couple days ago. Asked the girl at the window about the Deep Fried hot dog? She gave me a blank stare..I asked again she just looked at me condfused so I ordered something else. Maybe taking that Earbud out of your ear might help her out. Overall hotdog with sauce was really good. 👌 def reccomend. Also asked for oreo shake said they werent doing them?

Just ate there for the first time. Got the deep fried footer & a regular footer. Wasn't enough bacon to taste on the deep fried one. Prob wouldn't get that one again. Had slaw on both of them & was good slaw. Got a pb & a chocolate shake. There wasn't enough pb or chocolate to hardly taste the flavors. Maybe try again another time. Also, they only had 1 size & that's too big for me.

My family and I are on a small vacation and visited this establishment today around 4:30 pm. It wasn't particularly busy at the time. With the loud sound of the cars on the highway and the loud music they play, it's a bit difficult to place an order. It also doesn't help when one of the waitresses/cashiers has a headphone in and either on a phone call or listening to music.Our order was messed up but we corrected it after finding it out 10 minutes later.We placed an order of parmesan chicken wings. It ended up being fried wings, tossed in what seemed to taste/smell like cod liver oil and sprinkled with maybe a spoonful of parmesan.We also ordered a barnyard burger and after waiting 35 minutes, we decided to just leave and didn't even want our money back.Went down the road got some Little Ceasars and their food didn't disappoint.I'm not sure how this place has 4.7 stars.

Stopped in and got dinner for the family last night. The owner was super nice. The restaurant was very clean. The food was awesome. We tried a lot of different foods because everything sounded good and it was! I love the atmosphere and the menu was great. Fair food!!!!!! Need I say more!!! Where else can you get a funnel cake, deep fried Twinkie and some awesome hot dogs, burgers and so much more. Did I mention the milkshake? OMG! New favorite place to eat.

I had a steak hoagie and husband had the hot dignity dog. Both were excellent. Friendly staff, fast service.Parking: They have drive thru also. Small lot.Kid-friendliness: That have high chairs and tables are right close beside each other.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat lot good access

Took a short drive/scenic route home from Ashland to Lexington, stopping off at this amazing roadside diner in US23 in Greenup.Service was friendly and fast, music was pumping oldies rock, befitting the whole atmosphere. Food was amazingly fresh and hot.You won't FIND a better burger/hot dog ANYWHERE in the area that competes with the quality and price of Hot Diggity Dogs. Take the trip up the road and get you some... national fast food chains can't touch this..

My kid's and I love the place. Not one complaint! My dog Malibu loves it so much she goes crazy when she sees Pete. Oh and Malibu says they have the best ice cream ever! One of my favorites is the cheese steak sub. If you haven't tried it you should.

LOVED IT! We were in town from St. Louis. Would highly recommend to anyone. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a drink refill station in the dining area. Otherwise it was an awesome place to stop!

Food was delicious, prices seemed reasonable. The only thing I wood say is I expected the diggity dog to be completely wrapped in a think piece of bacon. It seemed like it was under the dog, or there wasn’t enough to completely wrap the dog. I would expect extra think pieces of bacon to completely wrap the dog even if it meant a price increase.Overall good food.

First time there, had been past it many times. We stopped, got the foot long hotdogs (FOOTERS) and onion rings drinks and I think tatter kegs. One of the best hotdogs we ever had, onion rings were great and those tatter kegs , large stuffed tatter tots( I think I got the name right on those) were totally awesome. Would recommend great prices and great food. We will be back..

This place really surprised me. I was not expecting much for a hot dog place. It turned out to be a much more than just hotdogs. They had burgers, desserts, milkshakes, and much more. definitely I’m going back to eat there again.

I stopped a couple weeks ago for the first time. I ordered the stuffed burger. Although I don’t like tomato so I had them made without that it was amazing! I have been back several times I’d like to try other items but the SB is so GOOD! The fried pickles are great as well but keep in mind they are very spicy. I’ve heard great things about the stuffed potato kegs as well but haven’t tried yet. They have a great selection and many “fair” foods that you can’t get around here except during the fair. Maybe I’ll try more if I ever get tired of that stuffed burger but I doubt it 🍔. Also the inside is super clean! I always pay attention to stuff like this as I worked in a restaurant while in high school. Not just the dining area but mainly the food prep area seems very well cleaned and organized. Glad to have them as a local business.

We go there all the time but the last 2 visits were not good. We come all the way from Ashland because they have pretty good food. Ist time they had a cashier that was very rude. Now this time we order over 60 Dollars worth of food. We ate some food there then we order the to go food but we order deep fried Oreos for the little ones they were gonna eat them at home but when we opened the bags they were not there. I have spent over an hour trying to call but it always busy. So someone must be enjoy what the left out for the kids. Probably not going back. We didn't open the bags because trying to keep the food warm.

Very good hot dog/hamburger joint. Hand pattied burgers/homemade hot dog sauce/ice cream and the like. Good prices and made fresh. I moved here 3 weeks ago and I've been there 4 times! Can't beat it.
