Stopped in after a sports function. Friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Fairly decent priced on most stuff. But 60 dollars for a pair of tennis shoes seemed like a bit much. Overall, 4 stars.

The selection is fine, store is clean, staff rude and lack any customer skills. They embarrassed my wife as she has been sick and went to the rest room . She would not know the location if she hadn’t used it before. The staff acted as if she had broken into the launch codes and world destruction was eminent. It will be the last time we return. ..get a grip for god sakes

I stopped in at the Greenup Goodwill to look for some work jeans. As soon as I got through the door I was greeted by a very rude lady who began yelling at me to exit the store and find a mask of I wanted to so there, which I was already in the process of putting on a I walked in. She began waking towards me, still yelling at me to put on a mask, it was already on my face! She watched me the whole time I was there and wouldn't even speak to me while I was at the register. Totally unnecessary to act that way.

I find that some items are overpriced and often damaged, but the store is usually pretty clean. My main reason for three stars is that you hardly ever find staff to help you check out. You have to chase them down and make them come to the register. Its not worth the hassle most of the time.

The employees were way to busy talking to each other and trying to hurry up to get the store closed at 5 when the store is supposed to close at 7. Everything was way overpriced. They turned the lights off while we were still shopping and when asked if they give senior discounts they said no Goodwill does not give senior discounts but discounts only to military. GOODWILL DOES GIVE SENIOR DISCOUNTS!!! They also asked for my drivers license when using my bank card. When asked to use the dressing room I was told it closes an hour before the store does. The employees act like they own that Goodwill personally.

Went in the other day was greeted by a very rude employee who started yelling loudly at me because I didn’t have my mask on yet I was in the process of putting it on when I walk through the door (keep in mind hers was down past her nose and only covering her mouth and she was sitting around on her cellphone ) I made it in 3 feet from the door and had it on then she proceeded to keep on yelling at me that I needed to have it on before entering the establishment . It was so embarrassing and uncalled for that I just turned back around and left .

The associates are THE WORST. It was 6:50pm and I was literally told to leave because the store was closing. The store doesn’t close till 7. She told me it was 7 by the store clock, and I showed her my cell phone, where it was 6:50. She told me my cell phone time was wrong.I wanted to purchase some items but they turned the lights out and pushed me out. They were beyond rude. I will never go back or support Goodwill.

Won’t shop here ever again. Last I checked mask mandates were OVER. she very rudely told me to get a mask on. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This goodwill is small compared to what I'm use to but it did have some interesting things. The employees were nice but there was a piece that said on it it was 2 pieces and I told her and she still charged me full price for it.

Closed way before closing time on all signage and online. They ruin products by writing on them with a sharpie but still try to charge new prices on items.

The things our donated but priced very high. I get they have overhead but its getting out of hand. Staff is very abrasive.

Found a nice looking cotton throw and a Christmas Story Old Man Bobble head with the leg lamp. It's small though.

Alot of the clothes are overpriced,Can go to retail sales get brand new ..I prefer Salvation Army but can't find any nearby..
