I came in on Saturday and found my foundation on clearance & sale. I bought two. Used coupons. The looks neat & orderly but you better check everything because I got home with the wrong color. Once correct one wrong. Stocked in the wrong spot.I called and explained the situation. I used coupons & the items were on sale. So the gal said no problem we will just do a straight across exchange. So I hurry over & speak to the gal I spoke to on the phone. In the time it took me to run back & grab the right color (same product and same price) the lead sent her home. So I explained everything again to her and she said no problem then gave me a total. I said to her that is not right because it is the same product!She announced this is the way we do things and there is nothing she can do. I said that was incorrect because I was a shift lead not even a year ago. I paid and left. The only reason I paid it was my foundation is discontinued & I won't be able to find it at all.So my coupon was taken and kept, AND you got full price for the item AND they will damage out the product!That is not how it is done! Train your people correctly!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Gave them 3 different attempts to get my prescriptions correct. I'm done with Walgreens. Rude phone staff that are unconcerned about your issues that they are causing. Zero customer service training apparently, last time they didn't even say bye and just hung up. Delivery is outrageous, you constantly have to call them and babysit your prescription until you get it. If you want to wait a month for your prescription to be filled after calling them 3 times to check on your order then these are your people. Just trash. Switching to kroger. ✌️

If I could give negative stars I would! The pharmacists and pharm techs are going to end up negatively impacting a patient's health due to sheer negligence and lack of knowledge. I will be reporting them to Walgreens at the corporate level.

Gave me the wrong pills and would not take them back. Had to eat the cost and still get the right ones. Thanks Walgreens for not making it right, your mistake

I have issues with this pharmacy every single time I’m there. I don’t have these issues at any other pharmacy but for some reason it’s impossible to get my medicine filled… I will be switching pharmacies.

Walgreens is about the most pathetic pharmacy in town, I had prescriptions there at one time, they applied a coupon to one of my meds and told me it was done by the insurance company therefore my insurance would not pay for it. I called the insurance and they had no idea what I was talking about however due to in coupon they could pay. Come to find out the pharmacy was doing this to people so they would have to pay. Second, Walgreens is the slowest people I have ever seen, 25 minutes to get two cars through drive-thru. I have seen my doctor send scrips to Walgreens, go to pick it up and then tell me the script aint there, and 5 hours to fill a scrip is pathetic.

My client's order I pick up every month is always wrong because they said they read it wrong. So I get part of the order. They have to order more medicine, so it takes several days. Then I call at 8AM. I wait at least 10 minutes to talk to pharmacy. It is still not filled correctly. I have to call client to call pharmacy again. 3 hours later, I call Pharmacy to see if it is filled correctly. I wait over 20 minutes on hold. Finally they are filled correctly. I arrive a couple minutes before 1p. They are closed. They failed to mention they are closing even though i spoke with them and 20 minutes prior. I wait until 130P. This happens in one form or another every month. Personally I use other pharmacy for my own meds. I have to get my dog's meds at Walgreens. Since they switched over, they forced me to buy a discount program for 20 dollars a month, to keep the cost of her medicine 17 dollars a month. Otherwise I am charged 35.00. I have paid 17 dollars a month when they were Rite Aid for over 5 years. They staff have always been polite be always seem stressed and like they don't know what they are doing. When they were Rite Aid service was bad. As Walgreens, this store is a nightmare. The fish rots from the head, so I am guessing that is the problem.

Walgreens is extremely slow to fill your prescriptions. I called in my refill for insulin and declined it and said insurance would pay for it , however i had my prescription transferred to cvs and they got it filled and filled the whole script unlike walgreens who would only give my 2 of 6 pins at a time.

Literally the worst pharmacy service and customer service I have ever experienced. I used to request their pharmacy, well that changes now. The pharmacy employees are rude, disrespectful and hateful. When I go in they tell me it’ll be 30 minutes. I call an hour later to be sure, nope give us another hour and a half. Okay, no problem. Two hours later go in and they tell me to wait BC it’ll be another 30 minutes. When I mention that I was told that two hours ago she gets extremely defensive and rude. I will never go back to your pharmacy and I’ll make sure no one I know does.

We changed our pharmacy to Fruth. When you call walgreens to see if your script is ready they'll tell you yes, and when you get there it's either not ready or they can't find you or your ins info in their system. When you call them out on the problem, those girls get hateful & snippy with you. They just have a IDGAF attitude and I got tired of it. I've been a customer there for years but not anymore.

I wouldn’t have even gave them one star but it wouldn’t let me write a review without one. I have NEVER been treated so poorly! Our son is very sick and needed medication it went on 3 hours trying to get a script transferred from Olive Hill Walgreens to Grayson and after the guy telling me “we’re still working on it” I said well you can speed up the process it’s been 3 hours! THE MAN HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to speak to the manager she was not there so I spoke to a pharmacist who was nice and understanding, she said it would not happen again. HOWEVER when my husband was in drive through waiting on the script the man was giving him the eye and paced by the window while he waited on the medication! I have now transferred all our scripts elsewhere and WILL NOT EVER use Walgreens even if it’s the last pharmacy on Earth! Sorry not sorry! You don’t treat people that way!!!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Started constantly losing prescriptions, requiring me to go back to my doctor to get another. Today I was told that my son's insurance was no longer accepted since May. 1. It's the same insurance as mine, and they still filled mine. 2. When I asked how that I'd received medicine from them the last 6 months, I was told I couldn't have and that I was wrong. They couldn't explain the empty bottles filled at their store just 2 weeks ago. 3. This medicine was needed badly, but I was told the night before it wasn't ready. Now I'm told they can't fill it due to no accepting that insurance for 6 months. I was never called, nor allowed to buy the medicine at cost. This leaves me going back to the doctor and waiting on another pharmacy while my son gets more ill. Would do 0 stars if I could.

Constant miscommunication and mistakes in the pharmacy. Every time I try to get my father's prescriptions they don't even run the insurance on file. Then quote me a ridiculous price. I have to REMIND them to run the insurance and today the lady didn't even know which card was the supplemental insurance card and which was was the primary insurance card. How can so many different employees be so unknowledgeable in one store? Then the other day, I go to pick up a photo from the photo department and 2 peoples face on the photo was cut in half almost cropped out. Please teach your employees the basics on how to work a photo printer program. I mean where is the common sense cmon guys. I left my photos on a chair and walked out.

I'm on 3 different meds that I have to take daily together in order for them to help me and every mth there is a issue with getting them refilled. I've went as long as 8 days without one of them when the refills r right there. Terrible customer service. They never get anything right and always make excuses. Oh and let's not forget my boyfriend was given someone's else's prescription instead of his own smh

Pitiful. I dropped off 2 medicine bottles for refill as well as a new prescription. The girl has the bottles in her hand and asks if I've ever had a prescription filled there before. "Yes, the ones you're holding in your hand"....I come back a couple of hours later and she doesn't give back my change. I pull around and ask for my change...."I put it in the bag"...where do you shop that you receive your change dropped in the bag? Then I get home and hand the medicine to my husband. I tell him to make sure he reads the pamphlet in the bag since one of the meds is new to him. I then notice its a partial fill. That means out of the 5 days he's suppose to take the medicine, I received 3 days worth. I called Rite Aid and asked why there was a partial fill and the person who answered says "more than likely we didn't have enough to fill the prescription." Shouldn't you have shown the customer the courtesy of giving that information?...she says its a new girl at the window. Train her. Its not her fault that she doesn't know any of this info. 3 strikes....one customer.

The store is always empty, of that tells you anything. The pharmacy staff is some of the rudest people I have ever had the "non-privilege" of dealing with. They have dead eyes. Bad employees are usually the result of pathetic management, so I am guessing it must be a real dandy place to work. Too bad zero stars is not an option.

I like their specials but the pharmacy is the slowest of anywhere. I changed over to med save already. Also got my first covid vaccine a month ago but I cannot schedule a 2nd dose due to their website and phone service telling me there is no appointments. Pharmacy wouldnt help me with the problem either.

Horrible service. Something goes wrong every single time and no one seems to care. Missing prescriptions, back and forth between doctor, people saying they will do something and then not doing it. I've called ahead on numerous occasions to see if prescription is ready, told yes and when I get there they either tell me to wait 45 minutes or tell me they don't even have it in stock. Its ridiculous. Definitely recommend anywhere else.

Unpleasant says it lightly. Employees are unpleasant, most if not all. Service in pharmacy moves at a turtles pace. Girls behind the counter act like its playtime, seem incompetent. Horrible experience.

They were very rude to me and wouldn't let me get my medicine for three days they said it was my insurance when it was not and come to find out they have my birthday in their system wrong!!!! Very rude staff!!!! Would not recommend I've been going there forever when it was rite aid but since they switched to Walgreens I've had terrible service!!!!

Took my child to go pickup prescription from pharmacy it was 8pm on a Tuesday and they was already closed. The hours say pharmacy is open till 9pm Tuesday so my child had to go without
