Called to ask if an item was actually in stock prior to driving 40 minutes to get it. The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and ask me to hold until she had someone check the floor. A nice gentleman answered and ask specifically what I was looking for to ensure he had the right item. It turned out he was the store mgr. He was so polite and helpful. He checked the floor stock and let me know that they were in fact in stock. Upon arriving there, I located and purchased my items and noted that Michael, store mgr. was assisting customers on the lot with lawnmowers. He was the same polite yet professional person I spoke to on the phone. The store was busy but looked very good. Very well managed. Kudos to Michael.....

I left buying a charcoal grill that the clerk did not want to sell me because she didn't know the price. Finally someone else showed her where the tag was so she was forced to move a little to scan. I did leave without the charcoal because she didn't want to help me get it. I told her not to worry that I would stop at the dollar store and pick some up. She was happy because she didn't have to move.

They have Everything! I enjoy shopping there when I can just look around, from their Yard implements to their baby chicks. Dog food to baler grease, they have it all ! And if they don't have it apparently you don't need it !

This is one of the better tractor supply store in the area. While it is a bit difficult to get to when there is road construction going on at the exit ramp from 64 (which seems to be endless), the staff at this location are extremely helpful both in person and over the phone.

It was a 5 star review before because of their customer service, but needed to change it to 1. I'm a quadriplegic and would normally buy dog food in Portsmouth. I'd prepay with my debit card and they would load me up. Now I'm in a pickle and asked a friend that works in Grayson to pick it up on his way home and he didn't have the extra cash. Grayson office refused to do me the same way. Who would use a bad card for a $30 purchase of dog food? Really? Now I have to figure another way to feed my dogs. I'll no longer shop here!
