I want to say good things, I really do. But it seems every time I shop there I’m finding well out of date items. Many times even if in date, the milk has been spoiled or cheese has been moldy. We do still shop here some as there’s not much option in Grayson, but we sure try not to because it’s a good chance your items will be out dated or close to it. Fruits and vegetables have been a disappointment recently as well. 😔

Ralph's food fair is a great local store always have the items you want in stock if not they're always willing to get the items that you want and they will have it next time you come back we'll definitely recommend to any family friends and anybody who wants a good items at a great priceThe last sale that was going on from Ralph's was greatThey had a great deal on pop chips bread you name it everything in the store was a great dealafter this last sale I'm stocked up on Pop I shouldn't need nothing for a long time thanks Ralph's for having great sales I would definitely recommend Ralph's to all family and friends who needs some great shopping for groceries and household items as well or even a fast great tasting deli dinner

Very nice and clean store. Personnel are extremely helpful and make it a point to show you where items are that you could not locate on your own. We appreciate the hard work they do!

Be nice if they actually went by the sticker price in the meat department. You have to watch everything that is rung up. They do not always put sale prices in the computer.

The owner also owns the dirt lot behind the loves gas station and has decided to Start charging $10 to park if you don't you might get a boot on your truck or have it towed

I have great respect for the wood's family they have been in the grocery business for as long as I can remember... One of my favorite memories was when I was a little girl my uncle Luke Edward Back Jr. Worked at Ralphs. I can remember using the price gun & putting out dry goods with Kevin Mcglone while Luke was in the meat department or having groceries....

Decent place...very clean, friendly employees. A bit pricey but not many places to shop at for groceries. Over all support the local community (small businesses) I do when I'm in a place.

Was raised on Ralph's, the staple grocer in my hometown. It has really grown bigger and better equating to Kroger stores, in every department, where I live now. Good hours, good checkout time and options, plentiful and accessible parking. Plus, I usually run into people I know, but maybe haven't seen in years which is what I miss about Ralph's and home! Always look forward to a visit to Grayson, and never mind getting the groceries!

Very nice employee helped hunt down specific product! Wish you had small bags of complimentary ice for my freezer stuff. Cashier seemed unhappy. The register wasn't set up for me to use my own bags and I left with bags I didn't need. Overall nice visit.

Its much nicer than the old store. You'll find things there that others stores nearby don't carry.It's a little more pricey than other stores, but the savings card helps.

The store was very clean and the Isles was clear of any obstacles. I had no trouble finding everything I needed, the prices are very reasonable. The cashier was a polite young lady who kept a smile on her face the entire time she waited on me. She and the bagger both thanked me for coming in and told me to have a good night. I'm definitely going to recommend this store to everyone I know. I would give you ten stars if I could.

Always have what I'm looking for in stock. Really nice people work there. Lines are usually not long. They also have a pharmacy inside the store so it's pretty much a one stop shop. Reasonable prices as well

I witterwee wuv Wowfs food fart. It’s best in nation. Better than Cristiano Ronaldo and Chocolate ice cream. I usually don’t bring up global warming but the gas prices are friggin obese. I just love tacos on Wednesdays because it’s not the same as taco Tuesday because that element of surprise. If peak fortnite was a grocery store it would be Ralph’s food fair. 😤😤😤💪💪💪🦍🦍🦍🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯 🐐🐐🐐🗿🗿🗿

It's the only grocery store for 25+ miles. The prices are too high and the cashier's are either very young and don't know what they are doing, or they are old, grouchy, and too snobby to help you. While it's clean there is always a line no matter if you're at the deli (they cut meat however they want) the pharmacy, (quite helpful) the bakery ( taste good but seldom right) or the registers. But short of a 50mi round trip it's all we got. Would love them to be more accommodating and friendly to locals.

This is nothing to do with the store itself, but one of the managers working there is an extremely vile human being. He treated my mother like a criminal when she was walking around the store just looking. My mother bought over $400 worth of products and the manager was being very rude and treating her like she wasn’t human. Just for the horrible customer service, I pray no one else has to deal with that manager who lacks common respect. If I could give negative stars, I would. Learn how to treat people with respect and please hire managers who can actually act professional.

It was so easy to use the app & have my groceries brought to the car. The man who brought them was very nice & very helpful. It was the first time I'd used the app & wasnt quite sure how to do it. I called the store & was walked through it step by step. I was very impressed with them.

I live in Greenup and go out of my way to shop here. They are very friendly, they care about their customers and the store is always very clean and tidy. The have a top rate pharmacy staff and pharmacist who always go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need at the best price. Store prices may be a little higher than the Walmart but it's worth the difference for me to support our local businesses and feel appreciated. Deli food is always fresh and delicious. Workers are very friendly and dressed nice and are clean. I can't give this store enough praise.

The store has lots of choices in product. It is clean and does not have any odors. Friendly staff, but not a lot of clerks asking if you need help. But I believe he was the manager was working in the meat department and saw i needed help and came right over. Thats the way to walk the walk. Sir

This is a pretty nice grocery store but if there was a Walmart nearby I would shop there instead. Ralph's Food Fair has the common things but no specialty foods. We eat mostly turkey meat and there's not much of this here. No turkey bacon or turkey sausage could I find. All in all its a good place to get groceries.
