Heather, THANK YOU! I mistakenly thought that online shopping was working to my interest but you live and learn! Heather reached out and offered a by far better deal for far less money. You can tell when a person really cares about the customer and has their best interest in mind. I just had to share this....To begin with this agent has definitely been hands down awesome. The best and easiest experience I've ever had buying car insurance, which is normally a task I dread. I spoke with Lavonnie, who was super friendly and helpful, and she worked with me to get me a better deal that I even hoped for....Weeks later, I received in the mail the nicest hand written Thank You card!
